I initially received a quote from Sergio to get an aftermarket spoiler painted black. I dropped it off on my appointment day but when I received it, I noticed a couple of minor issues. I explained my concerns to Julien who was there at that time and he promised that he would consult with the painter and take care of it for me. The spoiler apparently had to be prepped by sanding down all the minute imperfections before the base coat was applied. It was then clear coated and buffed to make it shiny and smooth. It took a few extra days for it all to be squared away, but it was worth it.What I admired the most was their professionalism and customer service to make whatever it took to satisfy the needs of the customer. Vanessa was amazing at keeping me updated on the progress. Great team that I would definitely recommend to anyone who has any car painting or customization work that needs to get done. I was very impressed with the way Julian handled my concerns from the beginning of the sale to its conclusion.I’m very picky and they by far over exceeded my expectations. Awesome service! Sergio is a truly great and professional guy. They did an excellent job on the ceramic tint on my Toyota Rav4. They explain how to take car of your tint over time along with maintenance recommendations on the vehicle overall. I HIGHLY recommend this place, you will not regret it. Went to the Auto Suite to get my Tesla model X wrapped, wheels coated, brake pads, and door jammer all done. I couldn’t be more happy with the way everything came out. Overall great experience! The owner Sergio provided me with 2 different options to repair scratches down the side of my car which were both priced lower than I was expecting. I brought a 2015 Ford F-150 from Sergio and he transformed it into a 2015 Ford F-150 monster truck. He gave me a 8 inch left with rugged tires. He wrapped the truck and 22in rims in a wrap that changes color during the night and day. Gave me a new hood and grill that made the truck look like it can eat you alive, and finally finished it off with HID lights with 3 new light bars. Everyday I get compliments and I can’t appreciate Sergio enough. He completely took what I imagined and made it a reality. Amazing business owner, with an establishment that has a great culture. There is a young black teen named Rasheed. He just trying to get customers and finish the work as fast as he can. He is trying to stay on top of things but he really cant. Hes extremely helpless. But unfortunately, there is like 1 person working on wraps and stuff. That 1 person is in charge of 5-6 cars on top of him and having everything booked. When other customers come visit this place and try to have the work done, Rasheed cant handle it and give them next appointments. There got to be more people in charge of doing graphic work and wraps and not just rely on 1 graphic designer.This shops is so huge but only 1-2 graphic designers wrapping vehicles in the garage. Whoever the owner is trying to keep up with his budget and CHEAP. Thats all I can say. He dont want to hire more graphic designers. Thats why there are always the same vehicles buried in the garage for weeks and weeks and paint is getting burned outside the lot. There is no space to park anywhere. They keep saying they are getting the car ready and done but its seems like it will never be done. This is their dialogue for the day. They love to keep all the vehicle stacked and lying everywhere
