I brought my car here for diagnostic and repairand I didnt get either service after keeping my car for over 2 months I wish I could give them no star but I am putting in a lawsuit against them

Run from this place they kept my car over 3 months and charged me 1200 for work that I have to have redone I pick up my car twice for it to not make it to the corner before it broke down do not come here

I told them, what I wanted done to my car and they promptly advised me on the best course of action in how to accomplish my mission in the best way possible. I had the parts and they set me up with an appointment and on the day of, I got all the work done pronto! I love them!!! Thank you 3rd Kind Customs for keeping my ride looking good on these H-Tine streets!! Thanks!! Would recommend 10/10 times.

Monica was very friendly over the phone, I came in and got a quote for a paint job. It came out great!They were fast and efficient. They do everything here, literally a one stop shop. Thanks again!

They did a great job on my girlfriends car. The work was done well and extremely fast. It was even done before the completion date they had told me. I wouldnt hesitate to go there again. It was a pleasure doing business there.

I really wanted to give this place a higher rating from the start. The owner is easy to talk to and friendly. I brought my motorcycle in to have the tail lights looked at as there seemed to be a short because they sometimes worked. I saw coolant sprayed across the engine as he pointed it out to me and said the radiator had a leak. I was grateful that he caught this. However, really long story short, it shouldnt take you 3 months to do the work. Honestly. The bike cut out at idle on the way back more than a few times and when I finally made it back to the garage, I find the radiator return hose was kinked because it wasnt quite long enough. Not real happy about that. I did give two stars because they managed to fix the tail lights and replaced the radiator - especially after the first one they sourced had a problem. But now I have to deal with a bike that constantly dies.

This shop is the real deal. They truly care about the work they do, and it shows in the finished product. If you need custom body work done to your car this is the place to go! Even the police trust them to customize their vehicles!

Unfortunately due to a former employee of 3rd Kind Customz I did get the run around for two months from former employee about my car not being ready. One weekend I saw a post about former mishandling work orders. I called that following Monday and spoke to Jessica which I explained my situation to and she took my information and gave me the Royces (the owner) number. He took the time to listen to me and correct all that was wronged (unfortunately at his expense). I no time I had my car back after talking to Royce...when initially I should have had it back well over a month ago. I will definitely go back to 3rd Kind Customz in the future if ever needed again. Thank you Royce for all your help. Wish you luck in all your endeavors.

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, efficient and customer service oriented. They handled my repair within a week and I would suggest this business to anyone needing emergency or cosmetic repair on their vehicles.

3rd KIND CUSTOMZ IS ONE OF THE BEST AUTO AND BODY SHOPS HANDS DOWN THEY FIXED MY CAR IN ONLY 3 HOURS EVERY BODYSHOP I WENT TO TOLD ME 2 DAYS I WAS IN AND OUT THE SERVICE WAS GREAT THE STAFF WAS IMPECCABLE THEY TOOK CARE OF ME FROM START TO FINISH AND NOT ONLY DID I GET MY CAR TAKEN CARE OF FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE BUT THE FINISHED PRODUCT WAS UNBELIEVABLE I WAS SO IMPRESSED IVE BEEN BACK 3 TIMES AND REFERRED ABOUT 4 FRIENDS THAT ABSOULTY LOVED THIER EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN THEY ARE HOUSTONS BEST !!!!!!!!!!!!

This is what a custom shop is supposed to be. From the staff to that actual work they do, they are Houstons best.
