This is the place to shop for a car if you want quality service and excellent customer service. I had the pleasure to have sales person, Ice to assist me. Before visiting Hub Hyundai Katy, I had already planned on leaving without a car. My life at this point felt bleak. However, Ice reassured me he was going to make it happen. My credit wasn’t at the level it should be at the time and I just started a new career. Again, Ice kept reassuring me that he will get me in a car. All I wanted was a used car. If I can get that, I’m good. With Ice’s experience and expertise in the field, I began to feel confident knowing I was going to leave with a car. He worked with me every step of the way. He explained every process as I eagerly waited. When Ice tells you he is going to get into a car, believe him. He’s a man of integrity. He was my strong support system throughout the entire process. This review may seem tricky from a certain point of view, dont get me wrong they have everything for a 5 stars review materialistically speaking and is so hard for me that I had to put down the review and think about it and put into the proper words why I felt so impersonally beyond the red cup of coffee. They actually have a nice coffee station in costumer lounge you may stay there with the free internet with free water you free water but what you are looking is to find the right part fro your car at accesible prices their Housekeeping needs some improvement by the way. Their facilities are very good but attention in not that good you feel like they were attending some annoying customer more. Prices are not very competitive but their system is fast and reliable so if you know how to fix your and you have an idea about what you are looking for your car this the ideal place for you but if you dont have the slightly idea of how to fix your car it may be costly and troublesome and time consuming because then you need to make appointments for installation and it will require patient to wait for your car to be fixed.

I’ve been getting my car serviced here for years now. Helpful staff. They have bottled water and coffee in the waiting room. They have vending machines that accept both card and cash payments. Waiting depends on staffing and how many walk-ins there are. I like scheduling my appointment so things run smoother. They send you a message so that you can ask questions or call them while you wait.

Like any car dealership, once youre there theyre determined to not let you leave until you sign the contract. The ol take your keys to your trade-in ASAP so you have to ask to leave is a clever trick. However, I knew what I wanted before I got there. Which is lucky because the salesman knew nothing about the cars. I had to explain it all to him. But he was nice enough. A little pushy with the sob story about how many hours he works though.

Always quality work, with a smile and a fist bump on departing. Of course, pricing is competitive, fair and easy on the wallet. Personnel are always friendly, even w/o an appointment on Saturday for O&F, rotation of tires etc.Addition; took my other Genesis for O&F change, state Inspection and have the emergency break checked. As always, stellar service, greeted with a smile by staff and a fist bump on departure or the professional handshake; both apply however, the fist bump has that personal added touch.

Mr. Kimbrough was a very patient and helpful salesman. I absolutely love my new car! He assisted my husband and I with every question we had as soon as we stepped foot on the lot. He never pressured us into a sale or gave us a feeling that we had to purchase that day. He was knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and answered in a way that helped us make our decision. Brought car in back in December 2020 for an issue with the door handle button not working to unlock the car. It’s now May. I’ve called 5+ times now about the part. The previous service advisor no longer works there and they keep telling me I’ll get a call back from the new one. No call back. Ever. It’s been almost half a year guys. Get your stuff together.Edit: Finally got the part in, in June. Part was painted by someone who couldn’t be bothered to match the color properly, or coat the handle completely. I’d expect better honestly.I pointed it out and they’re going to redo it. They did apologize about the problem and said they’d make it right. They ordered another handle and it was supposedly getting painted quickly. Still waiting. I’m not calling this time. They’ll hopefully call me back eventually. If not I’ll eventually just drive up there to see what’s going on.If they fix it right I’ll update about my experience again.

If you enjoy paying 4-5 thousand dollars above what your car is worth, purchase your next vehicle from Hub Hyundai of Katy. Many dealers are taking advantage of the market, and Hub Hyundai of Katy is no stranger to this tactic. Their reasoning is that people are so desperate for cars right now, that someone will eventually pay for their inflated prices. These additional costs are 100% profit for the dealer. I was pitched a used 2021 elantra that smelled like smoke inside for $27,000. A brand new 2022 elantra costs $21,000 MSRP. Do not waste your time here and be aware of exactly what you are paying for.

My boyfriend went into Hub Hyundai Katy West today hoping to buy an Elantra N line. He was being pushed by our salesmen to buy service agreements that were optional, them stating “they had to be in the contract”. It was unfortunate to have him borderline pushed around about the requirement of said service agreements. What is worse is that when it was pointed out that those things like window tint were optional they simply decided to “not do business” with him. He was really hoping to walk away with his new car today. It’s unfortunate that he has to now start from scratch at another dealer.

The experience was horrible I spoke with Laura and Jessie both of them said I was approved over the phone and when I made it to the dealership none of the application was processed or even worked on. Jessie was asking questions that didn’t was already answered prior to me even showing up at the dealership. I was told to bring proof of residency and down payment and when I got there the down payment amount changed . Then the finance manager came in and said I wasn’t approved because my income was to low. You guys couldn’t see that when I sent my paystubs over? Never go here to purchase a vehicle they will bait you into the dealership for you not to drive off . A waste of time and money on insurance for a car that’s still on the lot!

I went into Hub Hyundai today with an idea of what I wanted; model, trim, price, etc and talked with sales representative, Cody. He asked the right questions and got it narrowed down to a vehicle on the lot. It was exactly what I wanted. We went for a test drive and he was extremely knowledgeable, personable and was all-around great. I decided to go in an “talk numbers” (the worst part), and that went very well. He really worked with me and got it to a price and terms I was happy with. This all with very, very minimal haggling, if any. He was honest and straight forward with his answers. Then I go to financing and meet Rudy. Rudy is great as well. Explained everything to me, listened to and answered my questions. Also very personable. 10/10

Wish it could be Zero stars.Bought my Sonata here in 2013 and had no issues until my current experience with the Service department. The Sonata I purchased had an engine issue well-known enough to lead to lawsuits and the extension of the warranty for the engine to 10/120,000. My Sonata is at around 105k miles when the engine went bad. I had it towed to Hub Hyundai 5 days ago and have still not gotten any answers or any resolution from the service department. The dealership also has no loaner cars available for their customers. Already needing to be reimbursed for two costly towing expenses I am told I can rent a car and “hope” that Hyundai reimburses me for that also.

I can’t even begin to express the gratitude towards Kimbrough Austin!!! He was our sales guy and he did everything and more with the most laid back experience which is what I was looking for! My fiancé and I can’t stop talking about him. Let me just say how easy the experience was and the extra things he did to be amazing. So I come in with a pre-approval from an outside place, as we were walking in he asked is there anything we need we said we just got here and he was quick to help with our being “sales man crazy”. As soon as we got in he had us with cold waters and didn’t even go straight to car talk, asked us about our day and that. Once we completed that friendly conversation I let him know I’m not budging on my preapproval and showed him the 4 cars I found online I wanted. He agreed quick, no pressure, asked only what it is I liked in the cars I chose. Told him suv, with lots of space, miles less than a certain amount. He came back not ONLY with 2 cars I asked for READY with AC Going already so it wasn’t like Texas heat death but a 3rd he thought I may like since 2 out of 4 I asked for were gone and he didn’t pressure or say anything the FIRST thing he did was go and check the price before even trying to show me it and when he seen the price and it wasn’t around what I was asking he shut it down. No pushing no like well look at this no nothing just “ooo girl nope that’s not the one but I wanted to see cause it fit all your other needs but I’ll roll that one back to where it goes” like YES THANK YOU! We picked and mannnn this man was just so good conversation, made us laugh, made the time fly by while things were getting processed, didn’t take long to process anything, explained it clear and easy and as a loan officer my self that’s something I admire when they can say things in ways that make sense to someone that is not and they understand what they are getting into. There’s so much more I could say but I know people don’t like to read too much lol. Just know his personality is so genuine, literally so great I HAD to hug him more than once lol, but business wise and sales men and ease to work was just out the mf roof (in a good way)! I drove 8 hours to pick up a car, they changed the deal after I got there, they refuse to answer questions about sending me the title or license plates to my car, then I was repeatedly called and pressured to give the sales person a 5 star review so he/she could earn a bonus. Avoid this dealership, they charge mark ups on their cars. I went to OKC and bought the SAME vehicle UNDER MSRP. AVOID

I have a 2015 Genesis I was recommended to go by there and see the salesperson Nina Lee. I heard she was the best person to get me a great deal on my Genesis for trade in and I was very impressed. Nina Lee worked with me and I test drove a G90. This was a awesome car I was not disappointed. Although in the end I decided to keep my 2015 Genesis, I just couldnt depart from it. But Nina Lee was very helpful and understanding. Her total professionalism and attention to detail made me very comfortable and not pushed around. I would recommend Nina Lee to all of my friends to go by HUB Hyundai and request her as their salesperson any day

I applied on a third party site and was told that I was approved from the site. The dealership called me to confirm I was approved for up to $25k. Just needed to prove my information. When asked if I was really approved, she said yes!! We have financing and work with all credit types!! Found a car, did the math was ready to go and I show up and low and behold I wasn’t approved!! I hate lies! I would have never wasted my time or took the dings to the hard inquiries! I specifically stated what range and down I had and that was not even acknowledged! What ever!! My complain is about the part department. I always order parts for my shop for Mitsubishi and Hyundai form this dealer, I called today to order some parts and the guy who answer the phone to help me was soooo rude. He was mad at me and don’t want to order parts for me by the phone. He was so bad customer service, I believe he don’t like his job and he is doing it just because he need the pay check. I had to call 4 times until he answer, he don’t even put customers on hold, he just don’t answer. Usually I deal with the young lady there and she is so nice and helpful. When buying a new car make sure your sales rep actually delivers what he says hes gonna deliver. Theyll say yes and sure I can make those changes really quick but not do any of it. I asked if he could get me a vehicle with darker interior- he said yes of course. Guy never even looked for one. He said Id get a loaner vehicle for the hour or so itll take to tint my windows and fill up the gas tank. Got there for my appointment- no loaner vehicle and no tank fill up. Kinda disappointing but I traded in my small car for a bigger one which is all I aimed to do anyway. Oh well lol - guess I shouldve came when Nina was there - shes great.

I called to see if a car was available, they told me it was but when I got there the vehicle is not there. They brought out another vehicle, I guess they couldnt sell this one so they brought it out as a replacement. Price negation took a while, we finally agree on one. BE CAREFUL, the number on the paper doesnt match the price we agree on. CHECK YOUR NUMBER because they will try to trick you.

Just needed a battery change in my Genesis. There should be no reason for them to touch my center console, but somehow they did. Its soft brown leather is marked now with black smudges, and they took my $10 I keep in there for tolls. All of this after I had to hunt down the battery myself. Good grief, never coming back.

Called ahead to confirm the specific car we wanted was available since we live over an hour away. Sales person confirmed it was available and scheduled an appointment, but when we got there the car was not available. Could be an honest mistake but feels like a sleazy car salesman move to just get us to the dealership in hopes we settle for something else. In the words of Lebron “be better.”

Jesus was such a great guy to work with! He listened to our wants and needs in a vehicle and took us out to the lot to look at several different options. He didn’t play the waiting game where we were just sitting around for hours. He got straight to the point, got us the price we wanted to pay and was so nice with our kids. My 2 yr old was getting a little antsy towards the end when we were waiting to get in the finance department so I took her outside to walk around. He came with us and played tag with her. He also kept coming back with different snacks for my kids lol. The overall experience was so great. Everyone was very kind and we left happy. Highly recommend.

Terrible service base on my experience, i called for a car I saw online if its available and price as well, sales men confirmed that they have it and accept the offer I gave him, they make me drive 45 min when I got there was surprised with a different car he said this is similar than what I saw online, older 5 years and different make. where he got the similar not sure, didnt even apologize for not having it, just from his mind he picked us a car. Just like there throwing food for fish to catch them and I hate that way, not a smart way to run and train your sales people.

Spent 40 bucks on a Uber to get here several people had called and said it was a deal that should work. With my credit as poor as I told them everything didnt sugar coat anything at all and then once I get here they tell me the car I wanted was sold Saturday, like really!!!

I want to thank Davide. A friend of mine recommended me to go this dealer. Within minutes I got a call from Davide. I explained that I was looking for a first car for my 20 year old college student daughter. I also explained that she was willing to fill out any form in advance but that I wanted to minimize the time and exposure we were going to have at the dealer due to Covid-19. He send forms, we filled them out and within a few hours, he called to say that she was approved for a brand new Hyundai Accent all on her own. We picked the color and features over the web.We drove to the dealer and Davide brought the car with a giant red bow on the hood, a customized license plate, playing her favorite music group. We could not believe the attention to detail. Car was immaculate, and loaded with extra features that we were not expecting.We walked in to the finance department, all papers were pre-printed. My daughter signed all the copies, we were in and out in about 10 minutes.I wish all my car purchases would have been this easy. If you are in the market for an affordable new car and want to skip the hassle or sales pitches.... go to HUB of Katy and ask for Davide., and yes.. his name is Davide not David. So we found a car with a good price. Called the night before to make sure that the car was there and at that price, we were told that it was there and at that price. So we drove over 1hr test drove the car it was nice... so this is where it goes south. We were ready to sign but then we seen a $1,400 dollar add on when we asked about it, and we were told that it covers windshield replacement IF needed, tent replacement if needed, nitrogen in the tires, a hundred dollars off for tires. I dont think it is worth it. I was a case of (bait and switch) so no keep the car.

The service department was awesome. Went in for a few recalls, and met with Daniel. He quoted ~2 hours - no problem, Ill wait. Much to my surprise I was out of there in less than 1 hour. Car was clean and ready to go. The waiting room is comfortable, too. Great experience!
