I am new to the area and google searched “auto repair near me”. I am directed to A & J and he helps me right away!! I let him know what was going on with my car and he referred me to an amazing tire shop in the area, and told me to bring my car by for a look.I already had my parts for needed repair, and Arnie was very honest with what needed to happen right away and what could wait.He replaced my brake pads for a great value and is just truly a nice and honest man!! I feel so grateful!A & J is my new auto repair home!!

Amazing experience with A&J Auto Repair! My car was not cooling properly so I dropped it off after hours one evening. Arnie called me the next day, diagnosed the problem & fixed it right up. Oh the amazing quality work here. Drive on past them. Go to the nearest McDonalds, the quality of workmanship is soo much better. Might not get your vehicle fixed, but at least you feel like you get what you pay for.

I was involved in a hit and run and the closest repair shop near my house was A and J. I called them and they let me bring my car in. They fixed my car in less than a week, and helped me with any issues or questions I had. This repair shop is run by genuine guys that really care about helping you and getting you back on the road. Thanks to A and J, I was able to get back on the road as painless as possible. If you live in the heights area, I strongly recommend bringing your car here.

I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. The owner was very nice and personal. He took the time to explain the car parts and what the issue was and what was causing it. Since I am a female and do not know much about cars, he could have very easily taken advantage of me. However, this was not the case he gave me the best price around Houston and actually did not charge me what he usually charges for an A/C test. I will definitely be going back to this place for future problems with my car.

Came in because a metal piece came off my car. I was worried it was major. Arnie said don’t worry about not a major problem. I appreciated his honesty, because he could’ve taken advantage.

Car died in the parking lot across the street, kindly walked in and asked to use jumper cables. At first he said he didnt have any because people dont bring them back. I responded with wanting to pay him money or leave my license if he didnt believe I would bring them back. He re-iterated the he didnt have any... I said wow a shop without jumper cables.. and before I could say another word he told me:I have a charger pack but I wont let you use itYou can tell a lot about a shop by the quality of the owner, and after reading the reviews already posted, even though I didnt get any service done I would say just stay away!!

My buddy took his truck here, and they did him completely wrong. The owner laughed at him and told him go ahead and file a lawsuit. Found food wrappers and other items in the truck. The battery was put in and held with a strap instead of putting in a battery holder and tiedown. Smh just taking peoples money
