I always go here for my oil change its super fast no long wait times I have no compliants BUT THE LAST TIME I WENT they did not screw my oil pan bolt all the way and I was leaking oil for about 4 days before I realized it ... probably wont be going back!!!!!

Needed to get my inspection sticker, and my usual spots machine wasnt working. They were fast in getting it done. However, not one employee was wearing a mask nor is there a sign requiring their customers to wear one. We are in a pandemic, and as a transplant patient with a weak immune system, it concerns me. I had to wipe everything down in my car, and used a lot of hand-sanitizer. I wear a mask to protect others, please wear one to protect people like me.

Went with my aunt to get an oil change. Spent over 1hr and half there and they tried to up charge her. recommended is the word i should use. Half of the stuff they recommended, we already had it switched out earlier this year. I understand its a business and you need to make money but NO means no sir.

Price is okay, standard service is great, but not one single employee was wearing masks or gloves during pandemic when dealing with customers or moving cars. Id wipe everything down once you get your keys back.

I went for an oil change and the person upfront was very rude and when they told us that the oil we brought wasnt enough I told him it was okay that I would put the rest of the oil myself he got mad rolled his eyes and left after that some other people walked in and he was very talkative but he was only being rude to hispanics in conclusion just dont come here their customer service is terrible

The waiting room was smaller than norm. Felt like a doctors office. To get a seat or to avoid bigger crowds try to go either early in the morning or close to closing time. We unfortunately had to wait outside in the cold while my fiances car was being looked at. Remodeling is necessary, just tell us to come back instead of taking our keys.

A drab little waiting area, but the oil and filter change was quick and only 20 dollars. They offer other services but arent high pressure sales guys by any means. Ive been going there for my oil changes for 6 months and Im happy with them

Just left the place trying to get my truck looked at cause Im having trouble filling up my gas tank and they refused to even look at my truck and perform Diagnostics. Frank said they couldnt help me... disappointed.I WAS WILLING TO PAY FRANK REFUSED...

The clerk was friendly. I got my inspection done here. The total time it took was about 30 minutes. The usual wait is about 30 minutes because its a small shop. Plus, the get decent business. The waiting room is small and a little dark.

I am currently looking for a place to take my vehicle but its hard to find a trustworthy mechanic who wont try to get over on you so before I decided to bring my vehicle here, I read some of the reviews and I can cleary see just by the owner respnoses that this place us roody poo. To the owner, your respnses are unproffesional and they are not helping your case for bringing in new customers. Calling the very same people who have kept you in business liars is not the way to do it. Alot of the reviews say the same thing so its safe to say that this many people can not be lying on you and your shady dealings. You would be better off not responding at all... Thanks google for showing me the way. I am not goin there.

I came in for a oil change...they all saw my car (with a small break in the rear light) convinced me to get an inspection. Minutes later telling me I failed...because of....you guessed it: the rear light (it wasnt affecting the bulb as other ppl who do mechanic work told me it should pass inspection) .....2 weeks later another inspection and new rear light and failed inspection because of wipes? ( Even though they said I passed everything the first time but the rear light)

So i got an oil change here. My gripe for this service is all my fluids were not refilled. My windshield wiper fluid was not refilled my windshield wipers were not recommend for replacement thats odd. The only thing i was recommended on was more cost for repairs.

I do not recommend this place at all! This place took advantage of my father today. My dad went to get the oil changed on my Hyundai Elantra. They did not tell him the price & charged him $50 dollars to run a diagnostics that AutoZone would do for FREE. My dad is on a fixed income. We will NOT be going back.

Worst mechanic shop ever. No integrity. No customer service. This business has a sign that highlights the “no refunds policy” if you fail the Texas State Inspection Exam. Bottom line u have to pay regardless. They saw my car had dark windows, they drove my car in the garage before they gave me an inspection test and still had me take the TEST only to fail me because of my windows and get my money. No integrity.

The Manager Rudy is very trustworthy and courteous. I have 4 cars and if and when they have mechanical problems I take it to these guys. There has been many an instance where I thought a problem was going to cost me a lot of money and, because of their honesty, turned out to be pennies. An example is when I broke down near Firestone and made it there I was quoted a price of $800 to fix the problem. I called Rudy and I had it towed under my Triple A and he performed the same thing Firestone was going to do for $375. I highly recommend this place. They do not do Transmission or major electrical though.

Everytime I come in for an oil change I sense an attitude from this one guy. I dont know his name but hes short with a mix of grey and black hair and is always rolling his eyes. I wont even get into how they tried to jerk me with a repair! Wont be coming back.

I do not recommend this place at all. I usually let my husband and brother take my car to get oil changes every 2 months because i drive very far distances. They only charge them $25 for the oil change. Yet today everybody was busy so i decided to take my car. Once there they was verynice to me. The didnt quote me a estimated price, which i thought was unusal but i said it was okay cause i was expecting to pay the usual $25. But whenhe came through the door, he joked about how evrything was great on my car and all my fluids was filled. Everything was great until he charged me $55 for a standard oil change. When I mentioned that my husband always comes here, he told me i need to pay or he will kick me out. I was horrified by the way he changed up so fast. This places takes advantage of anybody they feel like they can get away with it. Then my husband took his car up there later that day and his oil change was only $25 again. Shen i confronted the man with my husband, he told us to never come back. Horrible place of business.

I have been to this shop a few times... And never really had a problem with them. I always try to be patient when the shop is hell a busy. Buy i really feel like i was played yesterday 2/28/18 i took my truck back to shop after it had cut off on me.. Now mind u on the 24th and few days before to just gotten a tune up well something like a tune ul cause i already got the oil change from same spot... Back to when the truck was cutting off, so i take it back to the shop cause i had been trusting this company to help me with my vehicle. Ok so they look at it and he come back with his reason on why its tripping.( he said because of one problem was why it cut off soni paid for that problem and i left the shop and it cuts back off..so at this point i am confused cause i just pay some money to fix this problem so i coukd see y this was happening again. So i called him and was like its doing the same thing i just paid to fix why...he told me to bring back which i did... Now looking at it this time his diagnosis was different n that kool but what pissed me off was when it was time to pay the money when i first brought the truck he didnt maken it clear that the problem he said it was a little earlier could not exactly be the main problem wrong with the truck. i would not have paid that money for something that could have been fixxed later....i am still waiting to speak with Someone in charge

I got my oil change here and immediately after my engine started knocking never had any issues before I called the manager and I said Hey listen my truck is knocking bad what is going on here and to no end he did not want to talk to me or fix the problem I said let me have the owners number call the owner the owner was even more rude than the manager and said I will not do anything for you and hung up the phone i ended up going to Walmart to di a second oil change and the knock stopped do not I repeat do not take your car to this place!

Prices are ok but they wont even put air in your tire unless you pay extra money for the full service. Thats ridiculous because most places put air for free when you get an oil change or anything. Went on a Friday morning around 9am and it took about an hour and a half for oil change. I would have left about 15 mins earlier but no one told me that my car was ready. I was sitting in the waiting room the entire time and apparently my keys were just sitting behind the counter. No one said anything or notified me that my car was ready. I would have sat there for even longer if I hadnt have said anything. Also my mom got her oil change there before and the next day the inside of the car smelled the like oil/gas. The smell got worse the more she drove. After about a week, she went back and it turns out they forgot to put a valve or something back on. Basically they fd up. Therefore, they offered a free oil change on the next visit but my mom said that its not even worth going back even though it will be free. Im sure they work hard but small things like letting a customer know that the car is ready and doing an oil change properly is a huge deal.

Charged 300 for something that guys right up the street did for 150. Thank you Super Express for getting a quality job done in a timely fashion without the bullsh*t. 5133 aldine mail route.

Just got assaulted with my own car by the owner Rudy Malbrough.He was dragging me from the garage while i was standing in my passenger side door.all behind he stuck the key in wrong and couldnt turn my car off.He did not want to help me and he was very rude and called me a crack head maybe because i was black woman. I would not go to this place at anymore and im going to take this further.so whoever in business with him get ready.
