I have used Steven Griffin Allstate Insurance before for automobile coverage and he always was trying to get me to switch my home owners insurance too him. I wouldnt give in due to loyalty to State Farm. My loyalty went out the window with this years quote for renewal. So, Steves persistence paid off.

Why 30-days delay when the premium is fully payd? This is NOT new coverage, why Allstate is playing games? I just spend my money on new roof and have no coverage for 30-days? Totally ridiculous!

Had four policies with this Agency and specifically Mr. G, an Auto, two Motorcycles, and Renters insurance.Steve never conducted a review of my policies nor did he keep the scheduled appointments we had. When I finally spoke to him on the phone, he rushed me off explaining that he had to train a new Agent. Due to this Poor customer service and lack of professionalism, I allowed my insurance Policy to end where I’ve now gone somewhere else.Being in Houston, TX- I really wanted more info on Flood Insurance and coverage for all my belongings. Sad they lost a true and loyal Veteran!
