During this COVID-19 other insurance companies stepped up when we needed them with financial assistance with a 20% discount. Standard Insurance DOES NOT HAVE A PROGRAM IN PLACE TO HELP existing customers. I called and asked they said no program in place you don’t need a program in place this was an unexpected pandemic situation.But there sure is money to continue with commercials on tv. Well after my renewal soon approaches I’m switching.Very disappointed 😔

I called for a quote from Humble TX and somehow got an agent in Temple TX. I have two vehicles, a sedan and a truck, retired and previously with Progressive, clean driving record all of my life with proof, MVR driver recordsfor 30 years. The difference is this, Standard quote $2368.00 with $479.00 down for premium and $242.00 monthly for 8 months expensive, right. Progressive $123.41 Monthly for 10 months after $165.17 premium at 1234.10 yearly. Standard is practicing legal price gouging, to some, it is akin to robbery by license holder. Big Insurance is worse than Big Pharma. andin your face with police on the streets propping up weak insurance agencies. I am running back to Progressive! Largest number of drivers in the Southern U.S. and only 5 Google reviews, all negative, whats wrong?
