Excellent. They fixed my electrical problem! The dealer couldn’t even fix it, but they fixed it here! Before my car was turning off in traffic, no AC blowing air, weak headlights. It was a big problem! But they fixed it here the same day! And a great price too. I highly recommend to my friends and anyone.

I called ahead and explained what my problem was, what had been done so far and what I needed done. They told me they could fix my vehicle and they set up an appointment with me and told me it would take a few days to complete the job. I take off from work arrange to drop off vehicle, set up replacement vehicle for the few days during repair and a ride back home from the drop off. When I get there the same person tells me they dont do that kind of repair they would diagnose it for $75 and I would need to take it somewhere else for the repair, also said we deal mainly with lots not public?? During our very detailed phone conversation I told him it had been diagnosed and exactly what I needed done. This place was a big waste of time and money from lost work. The response when I asked why they didnt say that on the phone was rude and then he just walked off. This was the owner Chris I was dealing with.

Chris always has the best price for any electric issue on most vehicles. Been doing business with Chris for 10 years and no complaints. Highly recommend.

Worse I’ve seen . I had a headlight problem that wouldn’t turn on . I told them I had check the bulb already and fuse to make sure there was power running, and the problem could possibly be the ballast . They decided to charge me $120 for diagnose . $250 to remove bumper, and parts separately . I could have well spent over $350 for a ballast replacement that should have only been 50-150 dollars for labor and part . I decided not to get it done here, and they charge me $150 for the diagnose instead. Told me I wouldn’t be able to take my car without paying that .the diagnose was preety much to check the bulb and fuse first, even though I had already told them I did that . Basically I paid for them to tell me what I already knew . Truely a rip off here . Beware

Took our Cadillac Escalade EXT in for some work, we asked to please do not do any work till they had called us to tell us what was wrong, what needed to be fixed and the cost, this was not done and my vehicle smells like someone spilled beer in it. Also the check engine light is on and it wasnt before. Yes they did fix what was wrong a hose for $280, I wont go back.
