I had an electrical issue with my 2000 Pontiac Trans Am. The battery was 4 months old and the altenator was 3 days old but the battery would not hold a charge all of a sudden. I took the battery and had it charged and checked. It checked out good so I took the alternator off and had it tested. It passed passed passed on the machine but the problem was still there so I took the car to a place that was recommended to me. They kept it for a few hours called me and said its the alternator. So I took the alternator back off and had Autozone exchange it for a new one. I installed it and the problem persisted. I was frustrated to say the least. I called my buddy Elmo from Autozone on Fulton and he recommended A and M Auto Electric. They checked it and were able to isolate the problem. It turned out to be my radiator fan motors were bad and drawing too much amps causing my battery to die. The price I was charged was fair for the amount of time it took to find and fix the problem and I am very happy with the customer service I received from the mechanics at A and M. I highly recommend this shop for not just your electrical but all of your automotive needs.

Very VERY honest Owner in Arturo Galindo. Family owned business for years. Once you go there, youll NEVER go to another mechanic again. I live no where near him. But, Ill travel because hes fair and trustworthy.

Arturo has fixed and worked on our 3 past cars over the last decade. Dozens of people I have recommended to his shop and they have been very satisfied.

I took my car in for a minor issue. My airbag light was on, first he told me that it will take 3 hours and i gave him five hours. When i got there, he told me he couldnt finish it still. I took it back there today at 8.30 am and its 1.21 pm and i call him, He said oh im sorry, i was going to call you back but i forgot. The guy who is going to help me with it is not open today. like who does that? Very unprofessional. Do not patronize him if you care for your time.

This place sucks, they overcharged . I took my car in for a front light signal that wasnt working and they returned my car back with other wiring issues on it. All of my dashboard lights turned on. I went to let the mechanic know that the dashboard lights werent turned on when i gave him my car and he said that other problems popped up while trying to fix it. Very unprofessional, they kept changing the price on me and ended up keeping the car for 2 weeks just to end up giving me back my car with new problem on it. I WOULD LIKE TO WARN EVERYONE OF THIS PLACE!!
