They replaced stolen catalytic converters timely and in good working order, left green marker paint on door above drivers window and still working to get it off without scratching the paint.

I used service king when someone hit my charger. They were very quick ans work came out great. They contacted the other persons insurance to handle the estimate and payment. My car was ready a day earlier which made the experience so much better! My car looks as if nothing was ever hit. They also sent me daily texts to keep my informed with the progress! Also i was worried about a shop joy riding in my car but this shop did not put miles on my car at all! I feel very safe about allowing Service King Willowbrook to fix my car. Could not be any happier with everything! GREAT SHOP 💯

One word Amazing!No body likes to have thier car damaged but if you need body work this is the best! 1st customer service. Every single person that we had contact with was polite, kind, and friendly. 2nd communication. Not only do you get updates but the information is accurate. 3rd and most important quality. I cant tell that it had any previews damage. I have had other cars work on by other body shops and I can feel the rought area where they worked on but service king did an absolute smooth finish. Can you tell where I had work done? I cant. Thanks guys.

Service King did a great job repairing the front end damage of my Prius V. I was updated daily on progress of work being done. Car was sparkling clean inside and out upon delivery.

This was the best experience I have had with an Auto Repair rebuild shop. They communicate regularly and with out probing. They new it was my birthday and even had a cake waiting for me when I arrived to pick up. Truly went out of the way to make me feel special and appreciated.Not to mention, the car looks amazing and you can’t even tell it was in an accident.Hands down, awesome.

The work was great . The timing of having the car done as they say on time . BUT IF YOU HAVE A NICE CAR “ any type “ like I do .... take a picture of your mileage. They might take it for a 1,000 mile joy ride . How in the hell can someone put a 1,000 miles over a weeks time from fixing a dent in a door .

They worked well with me to coordinate dripping off and picking up my car at the Copperfield location which is where I would normally go if it weren’t for COVID-19 restricting how many locations they have open. They made it easy for me though. Kept me well informed via text throughout the process. Would highly recommend them.

Our insurance company recommended service king and we called to see how they were handling things since were over 65 and in quarantine..They were very respectful of our situation and picked up and delivered our car, looking like new...during the process they called or text to keep us informed on where we were ...the people on the phone are very professional and Michael the mgr met all our expectations ...I would recommend them to anyone...

I would given them zero stars if that were an option. The most unresponsive body shop I have ever worked with. They added almost 3K in work that they said needed to be done when in fact a little buffing did the job at another body shop. Not sure how that happens but seems to me like they are only looking after themselves and not the insurance company or customer. TERRIBLE in every way...Our vehicle sat in their yard for a 4 days with the keys in it until we finally called and told them the keys were under the steering wheel... DO NOT USE THEM and GO ELSEWHERE....

Worst place ever, my car wasnt the same after, and people are very rude, strongly dont recommend! Dont believe there forever warranty even if its there fault they couldnt fix it right.. they will not try to understand even though its there fault. Or even fix your problem. This place should go out of business

Very disappointed overall with the quality of the work, especially after my insurance company (Allstate) had this particular Service King on a recommended list of body shops. First, I want to say the staff were friendly and professional. Another positive is that the paint color matched perfectly with the factory paint. However, there are two different areas on the new paint that are dull when viewing in the sunlight. Also, there is a tiny but noticeable paint smear on the edge of the repaired fender. Had to have the car cleaned up twice (once with overspray on the windshield), and I am still finding sticky residue on the hood and door. I hand wash my car since it was new three years ago, and never take it to an automatic car wash. I know every scratch. After they repaired the car, it now has visible swirl marks and multiple new surface scratches. I am afraid to take the car back to have these issues addressed because of fear that they will fix one problem only to create a new one. One more thing - do not trust the text messages about the status of the repair. The message informed me that my car was going to be ready the next day. After driving to go pick it up then, I found out it was still in the paint shop.

Irving was my adviser. He was very informative, even when I called after receiving a text message from the shop regarding my repairs. I caught him off guard but he was quick, happy to help, and prepared! He implemented excellent customer service!! As a customer service professional myself, I appreciate it most when other individuals in a customer service rolls exceed my expectations. I was nervous to drop off and leave my brand new vehicle in the hands of strangers, but Irving made this so easy for me.

Irving Martínez and Kevin the service manager have great customer service skills they made me happy and thats all that matters when it comes to your personal car. The initial work was done fairly quickly, but there was an issue with the lettering on the tailgate being noticeably crooked and unevenly spaced. Communication was not very good after the fact. We called several times asking if the replacement part was in, and didnt receive any return phone calls.The entire process took too long. We delivered the truck on 11/20/18, and got it back on 11/27/18 (good), but the delay for the callback work took many weeks, and was finally finished today 2/8/19. Im glad the process is finally complete.

... Alan did a wonderful job! Provided excellent customer service. He kept me posted every step of the way, texting me the progress of repairs to my vehicle. Im not too knowledgeable when it comes to cars but any question I had, he was available and willing to help! Some of the best service Ive received since being in Houston! Id definitely recommend coming to this location and asking for Alan!

I do not recommend this place, they didn’t include some damages on the repairs estimate records, i called in for warranty and they denied doing any work on that part.If you ever use this shop make sure to read and double check every item on the repair bill.

If youre going to take your vehicle to service king I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the one in Spring Tx. I had my vehicle towed to this shop and they did a POOR job on my car. About 2/3 weeks later after getting my car back it broke down labor day weekend due to the sorry job they did. Never did they consult me about wanting aftermarket or if I wanted the same Chevy parts on my car. Chris Hinds who was the one taking charge of my claim, he took it upon himself to make the decision to put aftermarket parts on my car. Never kept me updated unless I called. I couldve been in a car accident the day my car broke down luckily i didnt. My car is not drivable at the moment, I am now having my car being towed to Service King off 45 to get it repaired........... OVERALL I GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS. NEVER AGAIN!

Service King does a great job with the actual automobile repairs and when customer service issues are not up to par, they are on top of feedback and do try to correct situations, which I appreciate.

I was referred to Service King by my insurance company after having an accident. BAD MISTAKE! Initially, I thought that Allstate wouldnt steer me in the wrong direction but I should have thought twice about that. Mike was my person of contact whom I spoke with directly each time I called or visited their facility. They replaced my radiator and a few other parts underneath my hood and one day, Mike called to tell me that there was a part that neither OEM or AM would fit. I thought that sounded a bit odd because if the aftermarket part did not fit, surely the OEM would have since we never altered anything and they should have fixed any damaged part caused by the accident. Instead, Mike told me that they made a part to make it fit. That part was connected in some way to my A/C and it has no blown right since. After receiving my car, I did call them to explain that the A/C didnt seem to be working correctly but all he could say was that it usually takes a few minutes for a cars A/C to blow cold when its hot outside. OBVIOUSLY! Although, if I have the A/C 3/4 of the way up and drove for 20-30 minutes and was still sweating in my car, I suspect that theres an issue as this was not the case before. Sure, we got our car back earlier than initially promised, which we were happy about, but after getting the car back, Mike and anyone at Service King acted like they did not want to be bothered with us. After carefully inspecting the car, the new bumper was not aligned properly as you can tell that it is overlapping/crooked in areas that it shouldnt be. Plus, whether its cold or hot outside, my car has been been pushing out a lot of heat. I dont know whether its from underneath the hood or underneath my car, but I feel it each time I get out of my car or even while I am in my car... (possibly one of the reasons the A/C has to work so hard to get it cool inside). Overall, I was not a satisfied customer and wont be recommending anyone to Service King Willowbrook. BTW, we were told Mike does not work at this facility anymore, I wonder why. BEWARE!

Wouldnt recommend it to anybody first and last time I go to service king my paint doesnt match on my truck they painted the side of my bed and only painted the corner of it instead of the whole bed now ihave one corner that looks different then the rest thats the first time I see any shop do that kind of work then they told me my truck was done went to pick it up, it wasnt done had to take it back the next week so they could finish it up .. I wouldnt take my car to that shop again some of the worst work Ive ever seen

I recently got some work done on my Camaro from Service King and found the staff very courteous and professional. I was dealing with Jeffrey Benavides and they really did a fantastic job. Jeffery was very keen on every minor details and making sure I get nothing but perfection. I was very happy when I received my Camaro and would recommend anyone to Service King.

This place I dont recommend. My suv was hit back in May and still getting repaired always get a call that its ready then get another call that they have to do more repairs. There service sucks and also the customer service people.

Sad excuse for a body shop. Youll pick your vehicle up with an entirely new set of issues.
