I had very courteous staff and excellent service. The communication was great and they let me know what was happening all along. Everyone was very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at not only a beautiful new bumper but how shiny and sparkling my whole car was.

Nilson, Customer Service Representative, is a gracefully, concerned employee. Hes a very positive representative for the company. Service King, under guesstimated, the time of completion for my vehicle. The exterior appearance of my car is acceptable. Ill know the performance of my car when I drive it at least 100 miles or more. There were no damage under the hood of my car.

I took my Infinti here for some cosmetic repairs after a minor fender bender. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the level of customer service. The finished result looked as if the accident never happened and paint job matched perfectly. I’m extremely happy with the repairs.

I need to get some accident damage repaired and took my car in to Service King because insurance recommended them. From the beginning they handle everything professionally, but were also very friendly. They took all the photos for insurance, and provided a quick quote. In all the car was there for 8 days and I received 8 updates, also I should note that 8 days was their estimated time for completion, so they were on target from the beginning. Additionally they repaired some minor scratches on other parts of the car at no cost, and offer a free car detailing for a later time. Many thanks to Jesse and Nilson for making this a easy and less stressful repair.

My experience at Service King Northwest location was amazing. There was a smooth transition between them picking my vehicle up and towing it to their location. I was always updated in a timely manner regarding the status of my services. Every time I called with questions their servicemen were easily accessible. I really loved how I was always able to speak with a serviceman and wasn’t on hold. They were able to answer all my questions. My car was ready within a timely manner, it was actually ready before the expected date. The level of communication and professionalism at this location was outstanding. I was very pleased with the service received. I received a text update every day on my car status. When it was finished (on time), they went over the repair and even washed and vacuumed my car. I had a nasty dent on the side where someone back into me. Car looks brand new.

I just picked up my car from service king today and so far it’s running good and it looks good as new they had my car ready on the day that they said it’ll be ready so accurate timing.they worked on my back bumper which was damaged due to a driver hitting me from the back. The gentleman at the front desk has really good customer service skills, he explained all the work they fixed/performed on my car, let me know they was a warranty they have for the work they completed. He also went above and beyond and not only washed my car but also cleaned the inside, and gave me a little hand sanitizer, gave me a few extra face masks, and as a lil thank you service gift, and offered me to come back any time for a free car wash. This is a great place to get your vehicle fixed at good work and good customer service skills.
