One of the most important days of my life (wedding day) was ruined by this company I rented 2 party buses and both buses AC systems were not working on either bus causing my elderly parents to nearly pass out and other 52 guest to suffer from the pickup location and the ride back . I spoke with the owner they offered 2 credits for service using a vehicle of our choice my wife used one I had planned to use the other one for my birthday . I even reserved the vehicle for that day However this company has since withdrawn the credit stating the new managers changed the policy but I think she forgot the fact that we booked in August a few months after the company was sold. At this point Ill gladly spend my money with a company that will honor their customers. Bottom line please read the reviews stay away from this business....

Big thanks to R & R Limousine for my girlfriends Bachelorette party last Saturday night! We had such a great time! Loved the Limo Bus, more than enough room for all of us girls, beautiful decor inside & out. We had the best driver. Always opened our doors and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Would highly recommend R & R Limousine to anyone!

I absolutely love you guys because you have the best Houston party bus!! It is super fun, the bus looks really classy and the atmosphere is great. We danced and had a lot of delicious cocktails and everybody felt just great! I like to party and I really think this was one of the best parties Ive been to lately!!

Went here over the weekend with family. Although the food was great and the staff was awesome. The valet services was HORRIBLE! I gave them my brand new car (10k miles) that I got less than a week ago to put under their care and this is what they did to it(pictures below). Scratched steering wheel in different places and a scratch on my door. I spoke with the manager of R & R Partnership about it and he states that he doesnt believe that one of his employees did it. Its a new car thats less than a week old for me, just like everyone else would do inspect and appreciate what they just got. So I know what wasnt and what is now there. Very upsetting and unprofessional care... I want to go back to Superica and enjoy the food but Id be too scared leaving my car with their valets. WATCH OUT.

Awful! Don’t get any rentals with this company! Customer service is trash, the bus was bad, the bus broke down and we didn’t even get one until 2 hours later. It was for sure the worse services I’ve ever received in my life. It’s extremely overpriced too! Lady was extremely unprofessional

I recently had a meeting in Houston and one of my associates recommended me to use the R&R Limousine service. That was a really good advice. The car was beyond expectation and the chauffeur was very nice and polite. He drove me all over the city, to all the places I needed to be and patiently waited for me every time. Thank you! Please do not get their services! The customer service is awful. The lady is rude, won’t let us speak to her boss. The party buses are in awful condition. The payment is way too high for such poor quality & management. Don’t use their rentals for the sake of your own money.

I went to Houston to see a friend and while I was there we wanted to have a girls night on the town and called a few limo services. This company had the best customer service and this was the best experience I had while I was in the city. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a limo company in Houston.

I recently went to a wedding at Heights Villa and R and R Valet was doing the parking. Since most of the parking was taken up I had to valet. Everything went well at the beginning, but when it was time to leave thats were I noticed something suspicious when the driver was pulling up my car I notice he was speeding and almost look liked he was about to flip my van. I didnt realize at the time but they were rushing us to leave quickly also. I didnt realize it till the morning that they dented my left bumper of my car. Ive tried calling R and R but I usually can a lady who tells me that someone will call back (guess what no call back). Im good now I dont need them to call back I will just use social media to spread the word how good R and R is through out Houston.

Current manager is extremely rude. She’s not helpful at all & will yell at you over the company’s mistakes. The party bus was overpriced & it was one in bad shape. It broke down in the middle of the highway, and we had to find a stop in a gasoline station with our passengers. They kept on ignoring our calls and send a bus around 2 hours later. Worst services. Please don’t ever get their rentals.

The original owner sold the company in May 2019 and the service has unfortunately gone down the toilet. The current manager, Laura is extremely rude and inconsiderate of her customers. She devalues their time and money. We booked this bus for a bachelorette and the original bus’ air conditioner was not working, after an hour we were offered a new bus which would not start and then after another 2 hours we were offered another bus which worked well. Laura refuses to return our deposit for our troubles. After a 3 hour wait and sitting in the heat for hours. R and R has terrible service and I strongly recommend you book with someone else. The new owner, Muhammad is also unresponsive.

Make sure and ask who the valet operator is whenever you park your car with one. If they are the Valet company at a restaurant dont let them valet your car, period. If you must, take a video of your vehicle and a picture of whoever the driver is. They treat $150K cars like rentals and race them. Watched it happen at state of grace from the bar window one entire night, every car they chirped the tires and slammed the brakes. Watched them almost hit 3 different people walking into the restaurant since they were driving 30mph in a small confined parking lot. They backed my car into a post to boot. Eventually they will run over someone and go out of business.

Well people, this is however the best limo service Ive ever dealt with. I remember when my cousin is coming from New York and he needed a limo to pick him up at the airport. R & R literally saved my day.

Family Service company, they provide valet parking services, transportation in many different ways. Excellent people, responsible and very professional staff, 5 star services.

They valeted our car at Maison Pucha in the heights, it was broken into while we are at dinner and they denied any responsibility for assisting with repairs. Additionally the restaurant told us it was this companys responsibility to fix it. Never use them for valet.

I ordered a limo from R & R Limousine. They arrived 30 minutes prior to the requested time and were waiting outside for us. After our outing was done the limo was waiting outside again to take us home. The driver was very friendly and opened the doors for us.
