We had a water leak coming from our a/c system in the attic and asked Advantage to come take a look at it. Their technician arrived right on time and quickly diagnosed that the problem was not an a/c related issue but a separate plumbing problem. It was not something they were equipped to handle so they recommended we call a plumber. Before the technician left he decided to perform a quick check on our a/c system and even did some minor interior cleaning. The technician was extremely polite and really knew his stuff. He was there for over an hour but since he could not help us he did not charge us. I would have happily paid for the service call and the diagnosis but they didnt ask for a cent. This is the place to call if you have a/c issues!

Great service, Alex was very knowledgeable and courteous. Checked my entire cooling system. Explained what was needed prior to repairs. Definitely five star service. I would refer their services and will absolutely use this company for any repairs needed in the future.

When Our 19 year old air conditioner started blowing hot air at 4:00PM one hot Saturday afternoon. My son n law said he used Advantage Mechanical Services last year, so we gave them a call. He said he would come out. He inspected the old unit and showed us a small leak on the outside unit, but said he felt something else was going on. He went upstairs and found a larger leak. I thanked him for coming out and informed him I would be getting more bids, which I did. He not only came in a little less expensive, for the unit we were looking at, he could answer all the questions I threw at him.We scheduled to replace my unit later on that week only for Advantage Mechanical Services to send a crew out the next day, due to a rescheduling with a customer. His crew was excellent, on time, fast, worked hard, answered all my questions and took care of my floors with proper floor coverings and cleaned up all the trash. They were extremely knowledgeable, priced fairly, and came on time (punctuality is something very rare in the home repair business from what I experienced). Mr. Knight was very transparent and was not pushy with the sales piece but gave his professional opinion on my current system. Give them a call as I am a customer for life!

Advantage Mechanical Services provided terrific service. We had an A/C condenser unit for our home that began making noises and smelled like something burning at 4:30 AM. We called the answering service and received a return call from Chris within the hour. Alex, the Technician was dispatch to our home by 8:30, diagnosed the problem, provided our options and installed a replacement unit same day. Alex and his assistant were very cordial, prompt and professional.

I really, really like this company. They just put in a new a/c unit for us and they are very prompt, very professional, very dependable and offer great service. Recommend them very highly.

I met with several companies to obtain bids for a condenser and air handler replacement. Others made offers that were competitive with this companies proposal but I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and helpfulness demonstrated by the employee, Chris. Throughout my dealings with Chris he inspired confidence and trustworthiness. He took the time to explain exactly what was needed and why. He assisted me in explaining how to operate my new unit. I was equally impressed by this companies ability to meet my needs during a stressful time (post Harvey recovery) quickly. The subcontractors assigned arrived promptly and worked professionally throughout the day, not leaving until 8:30 p.m., after the unit was installed. They were efficient, courteous and left the area clean.

We have used Advantage Mechanical for a few years now and just had them do a complete system replacement. The owner worked with me for almost a week off and on to help me understand my choices in systems and pricing. The installation team was on time, professional, friendly, and clean. The system was up and running almost immediately after I got home from work. The owner came to inspect the job during and after the work and is always easy to reach. My husband purchased the premium protection plan which includes 24 hour emergency service.I can not rate anything other than the fact that I first called at 9:35 PM to report my AC not working. I called back at 10:45 PM due to being told that while it might be awhile before the technician could get to me, he would at least call and confirm he had my info.1:40 AM and I wake up and call back and speak to the third person and was told that they had not actually made contact with the on call tech - he had not been answering his phone that night. Basically, he hasnt responded to me or anyone else the whole evening.Ill gladly update this if something changes but as of now I paid for a service that hasnt even provided me with an acknowledgement phone call. During the last phone call, I informed the rep on the phone that Ill be responsible for the care of an elderly person with limited mobility in my home tomorrow. The house cannot be the 86 degrees it was when I got home. It was 89 outside at that time. Tomorrow when its nearing 98 degrees, I can only assume it will be hotter than 86 inside my home.Ps- it is currently 3:00 AM. I am over 5 hours since my first phone call without even an acknowledgement, and we paid in advance for the 24 Hour Emergency service.

All around excellent! My A/C unit went out on a Saturday evening and the on-call technician, Andrew was at my house in under an hour. He was extremely professional, courteous, efficient and took the time to explain in detail what was happening with the A/C unit. He had the parts that were needed in order to fix the unit and got it back up and running that same day. I highly recommend Advantage Mechanical Services and will definitely use them again.

I recently called Advantage Mechanical to come fix my a.c. because the company that I used for years- SOS MECHANICAL-DAN LEE retired and referred all his customers to Advantage Mechanical. Long story short they gave me A quote to replace a.c. and furnace and some duct work for almost $11,000. I knew that was way out of line. I contacted another company and had a whole new system installed for $5,000 CHEAPER! SAME EQUIPMENT PLUS SOME! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I feel sorry for anybody that does business with this company.
