This is a great laundry mat. Machines are always spotless and the bathrooms are clean. Never had an attendant be anything but friendly and helpful

Came in this afternoon, after discovering my hotel didnt have laundry. searched my google and found this place. theyre open from 7a to 9p ... the place is definitely a local joint as Bridget knew everyone who walked in. She kept the place very tidy and cleaned the machines between uses. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Even have a working change machine and vending service. Ill be coming back h4re for the duration of my stay.

Im driving by out of town and needed a place to do the laundry Ive used on vacation, a lot of the other places had lower ratings, so I decided to come to this one instead and Im really glad I did. This place is really clean, the attendant is really on her job, doing what shes supposed to be doing. I really appreciate having a nice, safe place to do my laundry at. Would definitely recommend, whether youre a local or passing by. The washers and dryers look very modern and well taken care of.

Absolutely the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been in! Helpful worker who made sure she let us know when our requested washer was available and showed me how to and where to put our detergent and additives in. The best ever!

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The business is clean, and I love how adamant they are about wiping down each machine after someone uses it.

Love the staff! Ive been a few times and the two ladies Ive met that work there are ALWAYS helping in any way they can. They remind me when there are a few minutes until my cycle is done. They help with clothes. They carry out my baskets to my car. Everything is disinfect just after I am finished using it... but I am never rushed. Very polite ladies and they are funny and conversational. Its the cheapest place to do laundry with the big loaders and it only takes 45-50 minutes to do TEN loads of laundry for under $20.

Cleanest in HS. Cheap as well. Dryers stink and definitely need to be updated but the washers are phenomenal.

This is the place to go in Hot Springs! Very clean, new machines, big washers and dryers for oversized blankets and such, i was impressed by the very nice attendant lady working there today (Wed. 8-12-20) she helped me use the machines correctly and was cleaning each one after each use, she did a great job! Its a safe, clean place, easy to get in and get out, i will be back and i highly recommend it to anyone who needs a good laundromat! Thanks yall!

As laundromats go, this is by far the most welcoming and inviting one Ive ever visited. Attendant was friendly and seemed to really care. She took meticulous care in cleaning each machine after each use. I hadnt been to a laundromat since the 1980s so the cost was a little shocking at first. They have newer model machines that make the chore easier.

Its very clean & never super packed and I always go on Saturdays. Every time Ive went, Ive always had wonderful help from the laundry attendants! I never thought Id have a high recommendation of a laundromat, but I absolutely do!
