Fairly quick and easy to deal with. Only 4 stars due to the fact that when my tires were rotated, the pressures weren’t checked and my rear sensor came on due to low pressure. Overall great place though.
I’ve bought two cars from here the first time was great service when they had Barry working as a sales person, a year later I come and buy a truck and it had problems so I bring my car in to get repaired and I get no updates all day and not even a courtesy call that my car is going to be staying over night even though I have work the next day. Also to top it off I’ve only had this truck for a couple week and after the first week the service 4 wheel drive light comes on and the car only has 20,000 miles and I have to pay out of pocket for it, aren’t you guys supposed to inspect the cars before you sell them? You can tell they didn’t on this truck because I was the one who pointed out the backup camera didn’t work when I test drove it and they were unaware of it
If I could give them a zero I sure would!!! THE PEOPLE ARE THE WORSE!!!!! DO NOT BUY OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED!!! They even had an employee that was taking cars back and not doing oil changes but charging people, they never notified ANYBODY about this just covered it up!!!! If you have an issue they will say OH WELL!!! They literally TOLD ME to take it someone else!!! A DEALERSHIP TOLD ME TO TAKE MY CAR SOME WHERE ELSE!!! My mother took her car in and said he back up camera wasn’t working they said let us diagnose the problem and then we can fix it they charged her $150 to diagnose and tell her EXACTLY what she told them but they couldn’t fix it she would have to take it someone else. LITERALLY THE WORSE KIND OF PEOPLE!!
My wife and I was told by the salesman, Any vehicle we sell gets inspected and if it has a leak, we wont sell it to the public. We attempted to buy a 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L Vin #: 5FNRL5H68CB051675. Just before doing the paperwork, we had the van put on the rack to inspect the under side. The transmission casing had multiple cracks in it and it was leaking transmission fluid. I brought this to the attention of the mechanic and salesman. I looked online at 9 pm, 9 hours after we left, and noticed the van is still on there and for the same price. I hope nobody ends up being misled like we almost were

I called to talk to the general manager,, i left a voicemail and never called me back… i called again left another voicemail… no call back,, the reason i called the manager it’s because the other person i dealt with didn’t get done what was supposed to get done and i didnt want to talk to them i wanted to talk to the manager… what does the manager do instead of calling me .. pawns the call off to the person i didn’t want to talk to.. If SOMEONE CALLS YOU… “YOU”. RETURN THE CALL THERES A REASON WHY SOMEONE ASKS FOR YOU AND YOUR VOICEMAIL SAYS TO CALL ME BACK…
Long story short..I had a breakdown while traveling and they were able to slot me in and get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner! Very thankful for their compassion and customer service!
We found EVERYONE at this dealership genuinely amazing. Our salesman, Kyle was helpful and HONEST!!! After purchasing our Ford Edge, my wife heard some road noise and I contacted Kyle. We brought the car in as we were leaving for vacation and Kyle was with a customer, so we were helped by Brian, who was such a great help. David in the service department was so personable and we talked for a while as he wrote our ticket. When we picked up our car after vacation, we found the repair statement with the issue they found with a 0 balance. This dealership will go out of their way to make things right!
A well oiled machine...The crew at Pennyrile Ford have won me over... again.After a scheduled maintenance visit for my Ford, I was impressed by the end result.My car was scheduled for brake work, so I knew that it would be a good wait until the car would be finished. (Nobody in their right mind should want a ten-minute brake job).In the meantime I made myself comfortable in the waiting lounge which was clean and comfortable.When the brakes were finished, I was informed so by the expiditor.I settled-up with the cashier andbid adieu to the expiditor.Curbside, I was surprised to see that my car was gleaming... (Did they wash it? I think they did!)Results: The car drove and stopped much better than before, and Pennyrile Ford has won over another diehard fan.

Took my F-150 in for an oil change and the service dept said my oil pan was leaking but not to worry it was a warranty repair. I checked my driveway and where I work and found no evidence of leakage but I let them replace the oil pan at least I think they replaced it. After about a 2 months I was driving down the road and the transmission completely disengaged and left me on the side of the road. I finally got the truck back to Pennyrile Ford in Hopkinsville Ky., the same people who changed the oil pan. and they told me a wiring harness had made contact with a hot exhaust and burnt the wiring harness. It would have to be replaced and was not covered by the warranty so it cost me $845 to get it fixed. It seems funny to me that a truck I had no problems with for 3 years suddendly had a wiring harness hit a hot exhaust after they worked on it. I dont think it needed an oil pan to begin with and the wiring harness was not routed correctly when they replaced it.
I just want to say what a pleasure it was to deal with Pennyrile Ford on my most recent vehicle purchase. Ive bought 5 vehicles from them in my lifetime and have always had good customer service. The sales manager Brian has been there a long time and will get you top dollar for your trade. They gave me 1500 more than Sisk offered me and 5500 more than Patriot offered me. Jimmy Clay was amazing and got me a great interest rate. Clyde was my salesman and he was super the whole time. He was courteous and professional and never once pressured me to buy. He worked really hard with his manager to get me a great deal. He was hands on and helped in any way he could to make us comfortable. So go visit Pennyrile Ford if you need a new car or truck. Refused to honor the warranty for my transmission. I advised that I was having issues with one of my headlights. They replaced the bulb and charged me $42 to do this. My headlight is still not working at all. This is unacceptable. When I called in regarding them refusing to honor the warranty he said I had to go to a different Ford dealer even though the contract says I can go to any Ford dealership.
Kinda fixed the problem. Theyre too backed up to give a darn about follow up.
I purchased a 2015 Ford Fusion and have only been driving it for one year. Ever since, I have had to put $2,000 worth of repairs into the vehicle. Beyond frustrating with the fact I’ve only put 10,000 miles on the car and still owe $4,000 on it. I’ve never had to put so much money into repairing such simple things on a vehicle.

I like to know what I’m getting into before going to a dealership to know what to expect and to just be better prepared. Barry gave me all of the information I asked for over the phone without “selling” me. I purchased a vehicle from here almost 6 years ago. Everything was fine with the sale.Then I began to bring in my car for service to be done your normal things oil change, tire rotation, and a few recalls. Well at the beginning everything was going fine .But then I was being told there was one recalls that was not recommend it for me to have done and was not a must, It was called a cluster Box I do believe.So then I take it for another oil change there is a engine protector cover that goes underneath that comes often on to have your oil changed.The service man come out and told me that the cover was damaged and that it would cost so-and-so amount to fix it. I said no thats OK, Im not gonna worry about it right now!He said OK thats fine. Well the next day my car is sounding different it was a louder noise for me. So I get to the school I look underneath and that engine protector is gone. So i call them and I was just so mad at this time, said they couldnt put it back on because of the damages i ask them where is the cover I wanted it they said they threw it away. I thought who has that right to not return something to a customer and just decide to throw it away or actually not even put it back on the customers vehicle . I think it was a lot to do with being lazy. I have pictures of the bottom of my vehicle when they did not put that on nothing was wrong .I have proof they still did not do anything or want to hear about.Then they damaged my rams but he did have someone touch up the rims.So this last time was the draw! I go back to have the tires rotate it oil changed and they had to order lug nuts for my wheels they said they could not rotate them until I changed a log nuts the car is less than 6 years old.Well they damaged my rims again, But they are worse than they was the 1st time. I tell Mike he tells me he knew I was going to say that . I said if you knew I was going to say that why did you not come out and show Me Before You took my vehicle to the back he just giggles. Of course the talking argument escalate it back-and-forth. I even went to management so they call me and said they would pay for my oil change and that is all. So Im stuck with rims that are damaged !!! and I sat there for almost 4 hours . I did not even see my car in the back, why cant people in this world start fessing up to what theyve done and take responsibility for their mistakes or their actions!?? thats the right thing to do.. I went ahead and purchased a truck but I surely did not go there to buy it . I will never give them my business ever again!

They thoroughly answered every question I had, addressed any concerns I brought to their attention, and worked with me to the very best of their ability to provide me with everything I asked for to ensure my satisfaction with not only the vehicle itself, but the entire transaction. They gave me multiple options that were well within my expectations that I had in mind at the beginning of the visit. From a womans perspective, I never once felt like I was being tricked into a car that was unworthy of the asking price, and never once felt patronized or taken advantage of. They put me in a great car for a great deal, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

He was a very genuine, no non-sense man, and We had a long and candid conversation. I appreciated that kind of communication; he didn’t have to reach out to me at all. There was 2 sales man that helped us and they were amazing. The the vehicle we bought had problems. The day I bought it the driver side seat belt stopped working and 3 days later the brakes and rotors were stripped and they blamed me and said I stripped them in the 3 days that I had the vehicle and they made me pay to fix them.
They did the works. Done right after I followed up on their work.
Curtis was extremely helpful. I was driving from 4 hours away and he made sure that I knew of every ding and scratch before i came. They also got me down to a price that fit my budget.Definitely recommend going here!

My husband and I were referred by a friend to this dealership, because it is one of the only ones he trusted in the area. Right after we parked and started looking at cars, we were greeted by Berry. He was great! We had too much negative equity for our bank to finance a used car plus the negative equity, so we felt very defeated. Berry got our negative equity down to half the amount it was by buying a new car and financing with ford instead of our original bank. Our current car is going to be seen as a paid off car when it comes to credit and will be great for our credit scores as well! Ricky then went over all the numbers with us and he got all of the warranties and protections within our monthly price range. They really take care of their customers and you can tell they really value every one of them. Thank you guys for making our first time buying a new car so easy and carefree. Exceptional service!

Located this dealership through cargurus.com. The dealership is about 2.5 hours from where we live. They were offering nearly the same vehicle my wife and I had test driven a day or two before finding the vehicle they were offering, but at a more reasonable price. After negotiating with them a bit further--their listed price was already aggressively priced for sale--we decided to purchase the vehicle from them. The sales process went flawlessly and quickly, with great communication and professionalism throughout. Special mention to salesperson Barry Massie, who went over and above to make sure we were satisfied (and is still doing so)! Bought my car from Pennyrile Ford. And had my first oil change today. Apparently safety is not a priority. Found out they sold me a car with bad tires and refuse to make it right. Very disappointing to say the least. I would expect that from a mom and pop dealership on the side of the road but not a dealership. I will not recommend a dealership that does not make safety a priority.
Everyone was very helpful and nice. Clyde was great working with and so very kind. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us lol!
Overall, positive experience. Always able to fit you in for an oil change without much notice. Service may take a few days to fit you in, but very helpful and takes the time to explain the issue to you / willing to negotiate and reduce pricing where possible on larger repairs or expenses. I live in Clarksville, but go to Pennyrile Ford because I like the service better. They also offer a courtesy shuttle if you work nearby which is helpful.
Attempted to get a quote on a component part and the first rep for parts was nice and tried his best. Once he couldnt find it he asked his manager for help. I got transferred to her and for a manager. She was rude. She asked why did I want it and laughed. She asked why was I even calling when they are a Ford dealership. I was directed to from the Lincoln website...then she admitted they sell Lincoln parts...why ask?That was pretty rude and I dont want to call back now. Maybe she was having a off day. Would be one star but the first representative was kind and tried his best.
My husband and I bought a F-150 in 2016 loved the truck. Traded it in 2017 for a F-250 Super Duty. Bought the bumper to bumper coverage sine it is a 65,00.00 investment. Bought a 2018 Escape great on gas. Go back to the F-250. The traction strips on the running boards on the drivers side are starting to fly off as you go down the road. My husband took it to Pennyrile Ford to be told that they are after market and they are not responsible for them but, for almost $900.00 we can get new ones. We purchased the truck new with the running boards on them so Pennyrile Ford put cheap running boards on a rather expensive truck and wont take responsibility for them. The sales people are wonderful but, our next purchase will not be a Ford. It pains me to say that because my husband really loves that big blue truck. We understand stuff happens, when the water pump went out on the 250 Pennyrile fixed it no questions asked this puzzles me.Update: Pennyrile Ford fixed the problem after a little research. It was a honest mistake on their part and they gladly fixed the truck. Thank You for your quick response and repair.

The tech I spoke with only knew how to tell me to bring it in for service and pay for said service without even knowing if it would fix the issue or even attempt to ask questions or give useful information. Never spoke to anyone at a ford dealership like this.

I had a wonderful car buying experience here. I found this place by chance in an internet search for an SUV. I am so glad I chose Pennyrile Ford! My salesman, Chris, was awesome. He was very helpful and checked up on me a couple days later to see how I liked the SUV. He was a very caring salesman and wasnt just in it for the money. The staff is friendly and not pushy like some dealerships. The parts department staff is great and make sure you get what you need especially Mike in parts. The service writers are more than helpful and will give an estimate without hesitation. Both parts department and service department are reasonably priced. Just know if you order a special order part and dont need it, you cant return it. You will have to ask if its special order they wont offer that info to you until after.
At the first glance you would think Pennyrile Ford is just like every other dealership close to military base. Dig a little deeper and go a little farther and you’ll come to realize that Pennyrile is full of helpful and kind staff. Came looking for our first truck and would not have wanted to go anywhere else. Shoutout to Clyde(our salesman) for everything he did for us. I would definitely recommend seeing what they have to offer. Where it be truck, car or suv they’ll have something for you.
