REALLY LIKE IT ...!

Owner was not professional at all. He threatened my sister multiple times and wanted to charge her 390 .00 to get her car he had towed less than 10 miles and had on his lot for less then 10 hours. Would not let her receive her property from vehicle . Sheriff had to come out to mitigate the situation . The way he handles this is not professional and not good for business .. would not recommend him or his company to tow a hot wheel car !

I do understand business, being busy, & only 1 person.... which makes me want to suggest, a busy business hiring @ least 1 person, to be available @ the office, during office hrs, so it is more convenient, for customers to pick up their vehicles. Thank u for being kind, when u arrived, to assist the grumpy customer. ;-)

I dont understand how the other reviews were so bad because this place was very good to me. Yeah I had to prove I owned the car before I got access to my car but Im glad because that meant they protected my belongings in it until I could claim them. Yeah my bill was bit high but there the fact my car was about 55 off road and Im sure they had to do some hard work to recover it but Im glad they did.They were super friendly to me and even helped me retrieve my stuff out of the wrecked car! They know what theyre doing and did it with respect to me and my car.

We were pulling a Disaster Relief tool trailer back from working in FL after the hurricane when our truck broke down on interstate 24. Our towing sevice, Coach Net, called S& S Towing & we were fortunate they did. Steve was able to load our truck on his rollback & pull the trailer behind to Pennyrile Ford dealership. We & all the equipment arrived safely. He even took us to a hotel & when that one was full he took us to another. We would recommend his towing service to anyone in need of one. Thanks, Steve!

Please, use ANY other wrecker service. I use towing very frequently for my customers at my work and this is the single worst tow company. Please please please save your money, call Brandons, Jones brothers, anyone else!!!They are called as the closest by state police. He charges way more than anyone else, extremely rude. The owner answered a call while I was asking questions about charges then when I get home charges me over double his initial and tried to charge extra because he cant do simple simple math. Threatens to take vehicles back to his storage lot if you dont pay and the kicker.... cash only, and he will threaten you to charge more for his timeIf you love to pay $50 alone for him to use a push broom for 30seconds then by all means call him. Brandons will completely tow you for a few dollars more than his cleanup fee alone.

Steve does his best to accommodate every one he can and does the best job on towin i ever had done . and he has helped me with parts also i would recomend him to anyone big or little job .

Its funny to me how people complain about having to pay fees to have their car towed. They accept credit cards and have for over 3 years, so previous comment are wrong, they do not believe in sugar coating, they are straight forward and will try to work with you with in reason, most people don’t understand what all goes into working this business, when they work their 9-5 schedules, try working 24/7 with being woke up in the middle of the night, and our prices are contracted with the law enforcement agencies so they can only charge what the law enforcement agree on. So if you don’t know what you’re talking about don’t comment.

Best towing experience & very nice people!!

The guy was extremely rude and hateful. He referred to my car as a piece of s**t. Doesnt matter what kind it is the car is mine and thats all that matters. Also he kept complaining he couldnt get nothing done because people kept bothering..News flash thats ur job if u dont like it find another. I found him to be very unprofessional and would not recommend him to my worse enemy...
