Id like to state that my husband inquired about a Jeep Wrangler at 9 something at night. We came in for a service maintenance that was suppose to be cover under a warranty purchased through another dealership prior to our PCS to Fort Campbell. Unfortunately the NC dealership wasn’t able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. Called in to have my car looked at due to ETC light on dash earlier this week. Ricky helped me set up an appt time and do what he could to get me back on the road. Within the same day of my appointment, I had my car serviced, fixed, and back home. Ricky kept me updated throughout the whole process, and patiently answered and questions I had. Will definitely come back if any other car troubles arise!
I was looking for a used truck, and went to Sisk Auto Mall to look at one. The sales rep, Malcolm Luster, was very friendly and helpful. He was quick to answer all my questions, and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. After getting the truck, there was something I didnt think was quite right. They came and picked up the truck and took it back to the dealership. They found a sensor that was bad and replaced it, at no cost to me. You can find a good deal in a lot of places, but its how they stand behind their vehicle after the sale that counts. This dealership went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and I was happy.
Service was great. Ricky kept me informed throughout the entire time my car was being repaired. He didn’t try to hustle me or sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn’t need. I would and have already recommended them to friends and coworkers.

Great customer service. I was in the area for a short time and had an emergency issue with a brand new vehicle. They got me in right away, gave me rides where I needed to go. When they determined the fix would take a while they gave me a loaner that was covered under my warranty. Lucas in service was a big help, great staff.

Service Department and bays are immaculate and well lit--which is not the case at the nearest dealership on the TN side of the border. Appointments available same/next day. Lucas was exceedingly professional and got us squared away. SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT: where this dealership really excels. Bought a ‘21 Jeep Grand Cherokee L, Wayne was our salesman. Everyone there was super helpful, didn’t feel pressured or rushed like a lot of other dealers. They gave us a good a deal as you could expect given the current car supply issues.

The staff was good, but safety doesnt seem to be one of their biggest issues. The alternator/generator went out on my 21 dodge ram bighorn and it was recommended to me that I dont drive it. When I asked about a loaner I was told there wasnt one but it, should be ok, and should not lock up on me. When I said that its not good enough when my kids are in the truck. I was still not offered anything until I asked to speak to a manager. Again it didnt seem like safety was anywhere in the toolbox. Not impressed at all.
My Jeep had an airbag recall. I had an 8 am appointment. Ricky the service tech checked me in very quickly. He was very friend. I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. True to his word, the Jeep was complete within the time frame.
The only dealership I’ve been to that is transparent and fair to their customers. My experience is only with the service dept since I never purchased there but took my Mopar there for any service needs (all mileage recommended maintenance and oil changes). Always came out cheaper than taking it to local shops or the other Dodge dealership in Clarksville. They would also take the time to educate on their decisions, give options, opinions and listen to concerns when it was time for the big money maintenance time. 10/10!

Top-notch service department. I had an issue getting my battery changed out and I called them an hour before they closed. Even though they were closing soon the woman that answered said they would try to help me out. Calling before closing, they could of understandably turned me away. I thought I was going to be stranded with a dead battery but they were able to help me and get me on my way. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely go back. Lucas, John, and Allen were so helpful and never acted like I was putting them out. Even though I live in Clarksville, I will be going back there for any future service.
I am very pleased with Sisk. I called to make an appointment for my Dodge Grand Caravan, because of my rear sliding doors were making some type of clicking noise. They were able to get me in within 2 days. They kept my van overnight and were able to collect the problem and get my tires rotated and balanced, as well as, an oil change. Thank you Jonathan Vickery for taking care of my van and having an amazing attitude.
Service Department does not take care of your vehicle! I brought my 2021 Pacifica in for an oil change as part of the maintenance package I got when I purchased the vehicle from Sisk.The first issue is they did not put the package under the correct name when we bought it ( sales department fault not service) after that was figured out I thought it would all go well. However, when we got the car back there were two long scratches along the sides of the car. I KNOW the scratches were not there when we brought the car In and when I spoke with Ricky in the service department he denied it happening there and told me that I just didn’t notice them. However you could still see that the scratches are fresh. They only care about bringing cars in and pushing them out. I do not have any faith in the fact that they even serviced my car. Beware of this dealers service department!!!!!!!UPDATEJen with the customer service department contacted me and she was absolutely AWESOME. She was able to get my van in to be looked at and coordinated everything including around my family’s busy schedule by getting us into a nice Chrysler 300 while the van was in the shop. When I went to get the van this morning all damage was repaired to the point where I had to refer back to pictures to know where to look and I still am not able to see any marks! The repairs were outstanding. I appreciate everyone at Sisk Automall for fixing this issue. They have all made me feel comfortable with returning for future service work. Everyone can make mistakes, but it takes truly outstanding people to own up to and fix their mistakes.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Lena while my vehicle was being serviced. She was very friendly and informative about what was going to be needed. She went above and beyond to make sure my cost was going to be as little as possible and to call me before anything was done that had not already been discussed. I don’t believe I have ever gotten better customer service and will be seeking her out whenever I need service.As for the service on my vehicle it drive much smoother and I am pleased with what was done.

Scott was easy to work with and did the best he could on helping get the best deal for trade in and take home. Very pleased with the trade in on my previous vehicle. Didn’t feel like I had been taken advantage of like I felt after dealing with previous car lots and sales members. He was very patient when helping me to understand all the numbers during the process. At the end of my shopping, I not only took home a car I was very happy with, but I left not feeling any regret or like I didn’t get a good deal after it was all said and done! If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Wyatt Johnson in March and had zero issues until a few weeks ago when I was having problems with my brakes. I took it back there and they were great but because they don’t work on Jeep’s they sent it to this place and let me tell you they charged me $1700 to fix the rear rotors, calipers, and brake lines. Got it back and that wasn’t even the problem. It was worse then when I brought it in. The car was pulling so bad I almost ran off the road. I took it back to Wyatt Johnson and they called Sisk who said “it’s not our problem” “they must have did something to it in the 2 mins they had it since they picked it up that caused the problem” basically the manager told Wyatt and us to go screw ourselves. Wyatt fixed the problem and gave us a rental car at no charge and even fixed it for free. This place is terrible and I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here for service. Beware they may fix something you don’t need fixed, charge you an arm and a leg, and then tell you it’s not their problem after you get your car back with worse problems.
We’ve recently purchased our second vehicle from Sisk. As before, very happy with the wonderful customer service we received and vehicle as well. We’ve always been given the best deal. Our salesman Malcolm was superb at helping getting us into our next vehicle. I highly recommend him! I can’t say enough about the financial guy as well. Very nice and patient and got us in our vehicle at the price we wanted! Sisk goes above and beyond for their customers. Very professional and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The irony is I bought it three years ago in Northern Ohio and I was just there for an oil change and tire rotation. On 5/14/2021 I took my vehicle to the service department to have the drivers front wheel hub replaced. After picking the vehicle back on 5/15/2021 I noticed the vehicle still had the same issue. The wheel hub was replaced on the wrong side. I took it back on 5/19/2021 and Cody Tauriainen at the service desk handled the entire situation in a very professional manner and took care of having the correct side replaced and my vehicle back by the end of the day. They definitely won my business just with the customer service that I received.

Look, I could go on and on about all the specific stuff that they did. The most important part of my experience was that I felt like I was part of the family. There were a few hiccups during the repair and I was kept informed, but everything was resolved. Everyone has their preferred dealer. This one is mine.
To start off with was a lady that i talked with on several occasions about the part for my jeep . we spoke alot on scheduling to come in and later had to cancel because the part wasnt in yet. she was wonderful to talk with. i am awful with names but seems like it was maybe Leena. regardless of the name she is a asset for sisk. the gentleman that took care of me when i went in was Jonathan and he was friendly and took good care of me. i have no complains except on how long it took for the part to come in.i know sisk had nothing to do with that. so overall sisk is great to deal with.... thanks for all yall done

Great customer service and I will always use them for any issues with my vehicle.Update: Just finished up with a service this past Friday. Ricky was upfront with everything and kept me in the loop of what was going on. As stated before, Sisk Auto Mall does amazing work. I’ve been going to Sisk for years and I am beyond happy that my service provider Tim goes above and beyond my expectations.
So I’ll start by saying that I used to live in Miami which is way bigger than Hopkinsville and the pressure that car salesman put on people is crazy. This was seamless and so smooth. I called to make an appointment on Monday for Saturday morning... done. My wife and I had plenty of questions and all of them were answered without any attitude or talk back or anything this is easily the best service I’ve had when it comes to buying a car and between myself and my wife we’ve had our fair share of cars. Needless to say Steve was great Ian’s I would definitely recommend him I’ve seen some other reviews and made me a bit skeptical but after all was said all was done. Such a good experience and we left with a new car can’t really ask for more then that. Keep up the good work guys.

The people are super nice. With my work schedule, its hard to take my car in to get worked on. So I finally got a chance to take it on a Friday. They ordered my parts and was supposed to be in on Monday. I took off from work, set up an appt. They wait til I get here to tell me that they ordered the wrong part. I couldve just taken off tomorrow. Smh. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed, because of scheduling. Like I said, I dont blame the guy who has been helping. Hes super nice.
Positive experience. Brought my car in for routine service. The advisor greeted me explained what the tech would be doing, and approx timeframe to complete.
I went in to get a simple diagnostic test, turns out my filters needed cleaning and brake lines needed to be flushed and new fluids. No errors afterwards would recommended 10/10.
When I came in with my issue they was easy able to resolve the problem. Even though the part that was needed for the car was not in. Craig kept me informed on what going on. Also help me by getting a loaner car so I could continue have a way to work everyday. Made a hard situation much easier for me.
This is my 3rd purchase at Sisk Auto Mall. I have worked with 2 wonderful salesmen (Barry @ Nissan and Dave @ the regular). Both gentlemen were extremely professional and polite. Dave is personal and remembered me from approx 3 years ago (which is amazing in and of itself considering how many customers he deals with in a years time). The purchase was easy and not much of a wait time just sitting around. The business managers were also great. I feel that they made sure I got the best deal for me (who has fair credit). Ended up with a very nice vehicle with an extremely amazing car payment. I will definitely continue dealing with Sisk for all of my future car needs.

I take my vehicle regularly to SISK for repairs and services. They are always very prompt at answering the phone and schedule appointments at the earliest available date. They keep in mind that the customers time is precious and facilitate themselves to the customers needs. They have a shuttle service that will take you home or back to work. When you vehicle is ready for pick-up they quickly come get you and shuttle you back. Roxy my service tech was waiting for me as soon as I arrived. She knew exactly what I was there for even though she had never physically seen me before. She quickly secured my vehicle and got it queued to get the new tires I requested mounted balanced and aligned. Before I could even remember she already had my vehicle scheduled for a factory recall that I forgot about. I waited in the lobby where the friendly staff consistently asked if there was anything I needed. The service tech we come find me about every 30 minutes or so to give me an update on my vehicle.I highly recommend Sisk Automall for a new vehicle purchases, used vehicle purchases, and for services on an vehicle you own. 5 stars for care, comfort, timely, service, and appearance.
I was looking at a specific used car they had in stock and I live 3 1/2 hours away talked with salesperson Malcom Luster and he sent me some additional pics along with a video describing the car and it was pretty much spot on. I just wanted a little more info before driving that far. Malcom is a stand up guy and I would definitely do business with him again. Also talked with sales manager Cris Deaton during transaction and both he and Malcom are good people. If you are local or even a few hundred miles away dont hesitate to give them a chance to earn your business!!!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. It took longer then usually for me to get seen. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. The turn out was very quick but they forgot to reset my oil life.

Got in pretty quick for oil change, the only problem is which is still ongoing is the drain uconnect radio was suppose to have streaming and it don’t the sales person said it did and now 6 months later no change so that is pretty said. That is one of the reasons I purchased that truck.
Sisk provided a courteous reception and completed the work ahead of the estimated time. John was polite and listened to my concerns and was an A+ rep.
