Less than one star Had my vehicle serviced here a handful of weeks ago. Avoid this place. Made the appt because oil needed to be changed and breaks were ready to be replaced. Paid $1300 for an oil change and new breaks. None of the dash lights changed or reset. Break light, windshield washer light on, break sensor light and now low engine oil light on. (Wasn’t on before service) Makes me wonder if anything was performed. The guy who answered the phone wanted to argue with me and went on to tell me other dealerships forget to do these things as well so the industry as a whole is this way. Hard to believe, I’ve never experienced this level of incompetence before. Stay away

Excellent experience at this Tires Plus location. The employee at the front desk around 5 PM today was super helpful. A different mechanic I used to change my tires earlier in the week put my old tires (with no tread on them) back in my car instead of disposing of them. The employee at Tires Plus was smart enough to look up my receipt and realize that I had been charged for a tire recycling fee even though the previous mechanic never took the tires! Tires Plus took them off my hands for free as I had already paid for disposal. That is 10/10 customer service right there. Highly recommend for their helpfulness and ability to go above and beyond.

Had a great experience here before but especially today! I had to have my car towed to this location last min and they were able to work on my car right away and it only took a few hours to be ready! Heather kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure I was getting the best bang for my buck. Thank you guys for saving me huge amounts of stress!

My husband took his car to change oil yesterday, they told him that in three hours they would deliver it to him, that they were going to send him an email to come and pick it up but he never brought the mail, so we decided to pick it up and it was ready, My complaint is that the inside of the car is stained, carpet etc. My recommendation is that they be more professional when doing their work. Thank you

This is by far the best car experience I have ever had. From the second I walked in the door, Allen Russell did everything in his power to make sure I was taken care of in this time of stress. He was kind, very accurate, and made the whole process smooth and seamless. The manager on duty was of huge help as well. Get your services done at this location!!!

Everyone at this location was incredibly helpful and courteous. They answered all of my questions and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need or ask for. Within a few minutes of finishing my check in, the team was working on my vehicle so the entire process was incredibly fast. Additionally, they went through the vehicle inspection with me so I understood everything on the documents. Megan in particular was great! Incredibly personable and knowledgeable on all of her recommendations.

In July I bought 4 new tires for my car. Part of the deal was a $90 Visa card that they would send in the mail. It is October and I am still waiting!I also got my oil changed and the next morning as I go out to my car there is an oil spot under my car. Never had a problem with oil leaks before. I took it back to them that day and explained, they checked it out...they hadn’t tightened the bolt tight enough. Could have been disastrous!!! I won’t take my vehicle here again.

I came in for a Tire Rotation, and they discovered that my rims were poking out through the sides of the tires on the inside. They gave me tools and advice and a time frame on what I could do to get new tires! They were so helpful and I am vary grateful for their knowledge and advice to keep me safe. Thank you so much!

Had to get three lock lugs nuts removed and replaced that a different shop must have wrenched on with the might of Thor and also get tires swapped. Megan and team were gracious enough to only charge me for the tire swap even though they spent way more time than expected getting the lug nuts off. Would recommend them to anyone.

I came in to Tires Plus today with a tire issue. I was able to get excellent service from Josie. He is very knowledgeable guy and he was able to take care of my issue. I would recommend anyone to this Tires Plus. They have the best service in Hopkins.

Full transparency: I never leave reviews. My experience at this store was so bad, it merited a warning to all others considering their services. It took three hours to complete an oil change... Multiple personnel were standing around talking and eating, rather than working on customer vehicles. Furthermore, they charged for an inspection that never occurred.Just giving everyone a word of caution. I hope your experience is better than mine.

I came here for 1 tire and ended up getting 4. Thanks to the honest customer service from Joe. It was incredibly busy when I was here and very chaotic yet Joe kept his cool and provided excellent customer service despite having other customers yell and argue with him. They even stayed late so they could put my tires on for me!

I have brought my Lexus there a few times. Unfortunately the problems are not fixed without a huge headache as well as new problems appear which will cost me a lot of money. Megan is great and location is perfect but it isnt worth the trouble.

Megan at this location set up my appointment for a tire alignment for my 2006 Audi, she took all my information and let me know to come in the following morning and they would get it done. I arrive at the store first thing and am informed by a gentleman that they can not service my car it has to have the alignment done by the dealership. This not only wasted my morning and time, but also a co-workers time who came to pick me up quite frustrating, maybe a call the night before to give me this news instead of letting me drive all the way there during rush hour. This is a basic training issue and if you dont know what cars your service you have a serious issue and if you were unsure you could ask a person who knows there job,

Ordered tires on tire rack and picked them up myself to save 40 dollars thinking I definitely couldnt possibly get them installed the same day I called a few places and they were booked. Allen took great care of my car!

I took a single flat tire that was already off my vehicle into their shop and it took them two days to fix it. This should be a ten minute job. On top of that, they were extremely rude over the phone. I definitely wouldnt recommend going here. I should have gone to one of the many locally owned garages in the area.

My visit today probably saved my life. I went in today to have a tire looked at that had been losing air. When the tecnician checked he found the wheel had shredded the inside of the tire. I had a great experience at this store. I got two tires patched within a reasonable amount of time at a perfectly reasonable price. The best part for me was that the man working at the counter was very professional and did not give me the condescending treatment that I tend to receive from men in this industry.

This is the place I like to bring my car for repairs. They are good to me and seem very honest. I thought I needed brakes and was expecting to have them done along with an oil change, but the told me the brakes were just fine. A lesser place would have done then just to make a few bucks.My only issue this time was that they said my car would be ready in an hour or 2, then they called like 5 hours later and left a message saying it was ready (missed the call and they were closing soon). Ended up picking it up the next day. It always seems to take longer than they say, but they do good work.

This is my go to place. I used to go to other mechanics 🧰 but something always seemed to go wrong with my truck after they would fix one problem another one would come up. Or the same part they fixed would go bad right away .So now I come to them, the mechanics and the whole crew is great . Always making sure they go over everything that’s needed to get done. It’s worth spending the extra dollars on them.

I purchased a set of four new Affinity tires in December of 2011. About two years later, after deciding to wash and shine the sidewalls I noticed to my chagrin that one of the tires was of slightly different design than the other three; same Affinity name-brand, but noticeably different in appearance, at least on the sidewall. My question is how do you live with yourself when you try to hoodwink someone like this? So now, four years later, Im visiting a more trustworthy Tires Plus, and I made sure this time that all four tires are an exact match. Still cant believe some mechanic actually got away with that on me.

Purchased four 65,000 mile Firestone tires in 2018 from this store and they had to replace two of them after only 15,000 miles (and that is with tire rotations) and they did not cover the replacement! Update: They gave a discount on the two new tires since two of the Firestone tires didn’t last very long.

Fixed my flat for a very fair price. Courteous and friendly staff.

I have to say that this tire plus up here in Hopkins has to be one of the best they got me in today right away and the workers dont push you into things and they ask you first before any other work needs to be done so I just want thank you all that work up there a big thank you Shane.

Just got a tire a couple months ago. All 4 brand new. One tire blew out the sidewall while just driving down the road. No puncture didnt hit anything just blew out the sidewall, faulty tire. Tires plus says we didnt pay for a warranty so they wont cover things like a faulty tire..... Nice couldnt even get 5000 miles on a 40,000 mile tire.

First time using Tires Plus and it left a horribly bitter taste in my mouth. Went there for Black Friday sales and that was a great deal, however, when I picked up my car, I wanted to pay by check. I was told this will take some time and then he proceeded to help other customers instead of running my check and I had to wait over 15 minutes for him to help others and then get back to me. I didnt think Id have to inspect my car when I picked it up, but the next morning I noticed a red scratch on my blue car right below the mirror. When I went in the next day saying there was a scratch on my car that I wanted them to look at, the guy walked right to it! I didnt say where it was but he knew it and started frantically saying how weird he thought it was. Everything in their shop is red and he claimed the lift couldnt have done it. Well, there are plenty of other red things in a shop that could scratch a car. I called corporate and they sent a third party inspector and he told me that he thought it was quite clear that Tires Plus did this. A week later I get a call from corporate and they said the lift wouldnt have done it so therefore its not their fault. I never once said it was their lift!! There are plenty of other items in a shop that would have done it. They put words in my mouth and did not care less. I will not be going back to any Tires Plus for my free services. I would rather pay money elsewhere then deal with this horrible customer service and business.

Made an appointment 2 weeks early to have winter tires put on a spare set of rims I had. Was told they couldn’t remove the old rubber for a week and a half. They tried overcharging me $100 for service. (I was keeping the rubber off the old rims and installing my own tpms sensors.) dropped 3 rims off to have the old tires pulled off at 8am. Was chastised when I came in 8 hours later for coming in to early. Today when I dropped the rims off at 9am I came back at 2pm and had to wait 3 hours in their lobby. Only got them to start working on them when I reminded them I had made an apt two weeks ago. While I was in the lobby they told another customer they couldn’t check her air pressure because they didn’t have a working pressure gauge in their “tire shop”. Would highly never recommend!

I made an appointment for 11am on a Saturday. The appointment was accepted and as of 3pm on Sunday, they had not even looked at my car. They never called me to update me nor to provide me with information about the delay. Basically just ignored me as a customer. Too bad zero stars is not allowed.

Corporate liability is prioritized over customer safety - go elsewhere!They turned my mother away when she requested they change her headlight because she brought her own light – they will not change it unless you buy their own. I asked why and they stated it was because they would be responsible for the warranty if the customer came back if the light didnt work.I told him we would pay for the labor and sign a warranty waiver but they still wouldnt install it! They showed no concern at all that my mother was driving illegally with one headlight, which was getting her pulled over. Terrible experience.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have no clue what they are doing here. Guy at the front desk is rude and doesnt know his job or understand that customer service is important. If the owner is reading this, they dont want my business. I went across the street. Background... I had them install four new tires and tpms sensors. One of the sensors didnt work. I waited 10 days for an appointment to fix the sensor, dropped the car off and they said they cant install a TPMS sensor they didnt supply. When I made the appointment he told me to buy a TMPS sensor from the dealer and bring it in. Thats what I did. When he said he wouldnt install it, I said fine, ill buy that from you. He said yeah, thats going to take a few days as we dont have those on hand. The sign right in front of my says TPMS sensor service. What a waste of my time. Also, when I had the tires installed this place was a SH!# show. The owner should take a closer look at how his customers are treated.

Cut my cv axle boot on my truck several months ago when I took it in for a brake inspection, then lied and swore up and down they didn’t and quoted me over $1000 and when I contacted corporate they offered to fix it for half price, why should I pay a dime for any despairs when I was not like that when I brought it in just outrageous

Terrible. had an appointment for an oil change, which took over an hour for my car to even move in the shop. in the mean time a guy with a later appointment, that was late for his, was in and out before my car was touched. and don’t get me started on the “inspection” and pressure for unnecessary work.

Lots of miscommunication and poor attention to detail. Long story short I bought 2 tires and 1 was supposed to replace a flat tire I had. They replaced the wrong tires and tried to send me home with a very obvious flat tire. They were even trying to argue with me and I had to literally show them the tire and test the pressure with my own pressure gauge.To make matters worse I dropped off the car first thing in the morning thinking it would be ready by the time I got off work at 4. That was not the case and I didnt get out of there until 6:20 pm. See pic.

My husband went to this place yesterday because his car indicated low tire pressure and he thought that Tires Plus would be a cheaper alternative to this regular high-end mechanic. He was immediately told that one of his tires was improperly patched up and given a $711 (!) estimate to fix it if he really wanted to but of course the better alternative would be to just buy and install a new set. He decided to swing by his regular mechanic instead and it took the guy all of 15 minutes to fix the tire and another problem for a total of $50 (the other problem required a new part so clearly just the tire fix wold have been even less). When told what the guys at Tire Plus said, our mechanic just laughed out loud and said, what a load of bull----t, the previous patch up job was just fine and had nothing to do with anything, those guys just tried to sell you a set of tires, thats what they always do.

Steve notified me that my battery was under warranty instead of selling me a new battery. He helped us get a replacement from auto zone and stayed open an extra 10 minutes to get my battery installed. I was really impressed and will definitely return for future servicing.

I worked for TP as a teenager changing and fixing tires and have had good tire purchasing experiences with TP in the past. This past Sunday I took in a tire that needed repair and I wanted to take advantage of the tire protection plan I had bought. I was told the nail was too close to the sidewall and could not be repaired, but I could certainly BUY 2 or 4 new tires. I told the guy my car is closing in on 200,000 miles, the frame is getting bad and I dont want to invet in new tires at this time, I just want a simple plug put in the tire. He went on to explain that due to industry standards he could not repair the tire, that he had to go to a training and get recertified every year and he could get in trouble if he repaired my tire. That is totally understandable, but this guy needs to work on his non-verbal skills ( which I teach about at school)! The tone of voice and mannerisms he used with me were belittling and disrespectful. I will not be a return customer and I can only hope he doesnt treat other customers similarly! Thus, I went home, talked to my neighbor who has a plug kit, put a plug in the tire myself and it is holding up fine. Guess I should have done that in the first place!

Quoted $110 for the service of changing 4 tires. This costs $60 at most places. $80 if they are trying to make some extra money. Never heard of a price this high. Theyre crooks looking to make money off unsuspecting people who dont know any better.

***DO NOT SAY YES TO THE FREE BRAKE INSPECTION.***My fiances car blew a tire on Saturday, brought it in after getting it towed and was given a quote for a tire replacement. Everything seemed normal. I left the keys for the car with the employees and went on my way.A while later, I received a call from the mechanic, asking if I was interested in a free brake inspection, since they seemed to think that the brakes were worn and needed to be replaced. I said yes, not knowing what the full inspection entailed.A few hours later, they call me and say that the brake pads, rotors and calipers /NEEDED/ to be replaced or the car wouldnt be safe to drive, and that the cost for everything would be over $800. I tried to say I couldnt really afford that at this time and would like to just replace the tire for now and take it to my trusted mechanic (Check out Sparks a few doors down from these guys, theyre great and not scam artists) to have it replaced at a later time.They then proceed to tell me that their brake inspection entailed;Taking the calipers off to test them as well as the brakes and rotors themselves.I asked if they could put the old ones back on and they tried to tell me they couldnt. Upon doing some research I found out saying that calipers and brake pads are bad and needing replacement is a common scam for mechanics.Classy.I then said no, put the old ones back on, and Joe continued to cut the price over and over as if he was making some sort of deal, and then had the audacity to try to get me to sign up for a credit card with the place. Again, real classy. After saying no a few more hundred times they finally caved and said theyd try to put the old calipers back on. I was called again and asked if they I still wanted the brake pads and rotors replaced, and gave me better deal. I figured that there was a possibility that the car may still need new brakes and since they were already there and seeming to work with me to get me a better deal that maybe it wasnt so bad (The price for everything dropped to around the 390 range.) I said sure, go ahead and do it.Big mistake. I later found out, that the brakes on the car had been replaced within the past year, and that the pads were basically still new since the car doesnt give driven too terribly much.The company had been lying to me the whole time.My fiance called them the next morning, told them to stop EVERYTHING and put it all back, and that he only wanted the tire replaced. They tried again to bargain with him, and my fiance wouldnt budge. They finally agreed to put everything back on as is and let us go on our way.I go and pick up the car and they charge me for the labor to put the brakes back on. So much for the free brake inspection, I guess. I assume I probably would have still been charged for that had I given a hard no to everything from the get go after agreeing to the supposedly free service.Scam artists, the lot of you. If it wasnt the weekend, I would have gone to the nicer, more fair, better quality mechanics over at Sparks. But since it was the weekend and I needed something bad, you all took advantage of me.And be sure that if something was messed up on the car, or God forbid, something be stolen from the car, you all will be hearing from my lawyer.Awful service, scummy, and greedy. I will make sure all of my friends, family and mutuals alike will never, ever, ever set foot in one of your garbage fire establishments ever again.Good riddance.

Bought set of tires there and starting hearing loud noise when I would steer either way. Went back in and they said tires were fine but I needed a front wheel bearing. I asked why the noise just started happening after the new tires put on and they gave me some lame excuse about noise frequencies. Was quoted a price of 623 for wheel bearing replacement so I decided to wait and shop around. After finding out the normal cost for this on a 2011 Toyota RAV4 is between 500 and 650 I called them back and asked if they could do repair for something closer to 500. He basically laughed at me and said Sir we can do it for 623 and thats it. No compromise whatsoever after I had spent 850 bucks on new tires and the noise started happening right after that. I will never buy or go into this place ever again. Very poor management and it reflects that in all the poor reviews.

When for an alignment and the mechanic told me that my control arm was damaged and that I should not drive like that. What really happened is that he damaged it while using a torch to heat the nut on it, burning the inner rubber on it. He was not honest to say he damaged it and they tried to still charge me for putting in the new one. No ethics what so ever (and little knowledge on car parts). I had to explain him how this control arm was designed. Take your car somewhere else.

Dropped my car off at 10:30 am today, was told it would be an hour and a half, finally recieved car at 2:30pm. Was given no explanation or notification of delays.

I had an irreparable tire (so they told me) but because I had an AWD car I couldnt just buy two like I wanted they told me I had to purchase all four. Now this may be true but if it is I shouldnt be turned away if I instruct them to only put on two not four. They were ready to put my tire that wouldnt hold air back on if I didnt purchase all four. With regret I purchased four tires. I was then not told it was going to take them four plus hours to replace my tires. I really wish I would have read the reviews before picking this place to take my car too. I would rather have my car towed than return there.

My Monday started the same way every Monday has started since beginning my career, just terribly. I got a jump on the day and decided I should get in to work early, important clients were in town so timing was of the upmost importance. Of course, when I got to my brand new truck I noticed my rear tire was flat, but when you live with my type of luck you just expect these things to happen. Luckily I live close to this location, so I put the spare on and drove over. I was greeted at the door and and employee named Jeremy helped me sort out the tire issues and had me back on the road in no time. This is the way service is meant to be delivered, and this is how you gain a new long term customer. My thanks to the staff at Tires Plus.
