I made an appointment for Oil Change and back brake replacement. I was told that it wasnt time for my oil change (based on my mileage) and my brakes didnt need to be replaced, they still looked good. I am very happy with the service done to my vehicle. The price was typical of the usual rates of reputable repair shops. It was definitely a fair price. As with most times taking vehicles in to get repaired, there are other fixes that need to happen. It was not a gouge, just another expense that needed to be done to get my car road worthy. They were honest. I asked about getting an added fuel injection cleaning which, he was honest again and said it was not needed, saving me money. Those that work there, are very friendly, the mechanic was knowable and trustworthy. They fixed the problems in a reasonable time and were quick to give me updates. My biggest compliment will be that I will go there for all my future car needs. Hopefully, just oil changes for now. Support your local businesses please!

Unfortunately this will be my first 1 star review. I wish I had looked up other real reviews before coming here. The owner is smug and runs a disgraceful auto shop that gives a bad name to the industry. They charged us $60 to tell us something we told them when we drove in. Please dont be another victim of this business! To be fair, Im sure people with money to lose will be happy with their work (though I dont know). You will however (1) be way over charged (2) be sold on things you dont need (3) if you choose not to do business with them they will get every penny they can from you. There are plenty of other honest shops that will give you a free estimate, with the believe that a fair price and hard work will earn your business, future business, and possibly referrals. This owner will say you think we work for free?! Under the false assumption he has already earned your business. Im sure hell come up with some snarky comment on why I (his customer) is wrong, but why take a chance when theres plenty of great shops out there?

I needed a mirror for my car on the drivers side and they ordered the part and were able to install in one day.! The receptionist was very friendly and courteous!! I used to get my car sent here whenever it had a problem and they were just fine and friendly. The last couple of times have soured me on ever going here again. The secretary had to call me back several times over the course of the hour because she kept forgetting to tell me about other charges. It was really unprofessional but I decided to let it go figuring that everyone has a bad day. I wouldnt hold it against them, but then...I took my car 5 year old car to them and they told me it was junk. Literally didnt even offer to fix it, just offered to buy it from me for $150. Yes, you read that right. ONLY $150. It was in otherwise perfect condition. The staff tried to browbeat me into selling it by saying that it was my fault the cars engine failed. I took my car back and sent it on over to another mechanic who had the car up and running better than it ever was in two weeks. Everyone from the tow truck driver to the other auto repair shop I took my car to said they were absolutely SHOCKED that Jeffs tried to convince me the car was garbage.I used to recommend Jeffs but after my last two experiences, Ive been warning people away. I will never go here for again.

Jeffs Aurt helped me last summer when my vehicle failed due to a Factory Recall that did not get repaired by the dealership. After Jeffs told me about the recall and saved ME almost $2000 the dealership did step up and get the job done. Jeffs Auto did NOT have to tell me about the recall..

My experience with the entire staff at Jeffs has been consistently courteous. They do thorough, complete work. Nothing half-way. You can rely on these guys to do the needful...and do it right.

Went in for an oil change where the mechanic reviewed my service records and checked rear brakes as a precautionary measure since the pads life was expiring. The inspection revealed about 5% of the pads left. Mechanic also checked out intermittent pulsation when braking. He discovered several issues with the braking system and left, front axle that needed to be addressed. The mechanic described each issue in detail and provided minimal to thorough options to get the vehicle safely back on the road. Before resolving each issue, the mechanic/receptionist provided a dollar and time estimate. The shop values completeness and correctness of work over speed and they do not take shortcuts to quote a cheaper price. Simply put, I trust this shop which is family run.

Recently had a really puzzling problem in my wifes pet car. Had it in another good shop 4 times in two weeks trying to track down a damn thing wont start in the morning, then runs fine all day, no check-engine code kind of problem. Finally decided to get fresh eyes on the problem, so took it to Jeffs on recommendation of a relative. Paul took charge of the problem, and after two days tracked it down to a faulty sensor (which was apparently was bad-out-of-the-box) just installed at the previous shop. The shop was competent, professional, and honest. The staff kept me in the loop throughout. Wasnt cheap, but I believe I was fairly treated on the bill. Recommended.

Fixed the car but ran into a problem part way through and charged me extra for the time than what was estimated. Great service but wish I could have be prepared for the extra cost. Like supporting local but I like the fixed pricing of corporate mechanic shops when I am already living paycheck to paycheck.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE: Today was the THIRD time that I had brought my car in for the same brake issue. I have paid money all three visits and my brake issues are still not resolved. The woman who works the front desk is completely rude and unhelpful over the phone, and refused to let me speak to the owner, when I asked multiple times. The mechanic I spoke with is actually very friendly and tries to be helpful, however I was called with a quote and explanation of the work needed, and it varied SIGNIFICANTLY from what the mechanic told me when I went to pick the car up. How can you provide a quote without having found the problem yet?! Lastly, when they pulled my car out of the garage, they realized that they had FORGOTTEN TO HOOK MY HOSES UP UNDER MY HOOD, so my car was running shakily and the check engine light came on. The owner, present for all of this, seemed as though he couldnt care less, and actually tried to make me PAY FOR SERVICE COSTS this third visit, even though no work was done and it was my third return for the same issue. I will NEVER take my car here again. Awful experience.

Was told in person to drop off car for the day when we tried to make an appointment the day before for a SIMPLE oil chang and rotation. They send us a text in morning reminding us to drop off car. We drop it off. 5 HOURS later we return, and they havent even looked at the car, necause we didnt have a set appointment when they TOLD us to just drop it off! Chick behind counter was SUPER rude, and the moron grease monkey that was in the office with her as equally as rude. Unless you are a local yokel and related to the inbred kin, DONT BRING UR CAR HERE

Had my car towed to jeffs auto to have repairs done, long story short, they locked my keys in my car then proceeded to tell me that i would either have to pay them to have someone come out and unlock it, or option 2 was that they would unlock it for free as long as i still get my repairs done there. the woman working was very rude over the phone and in person to me and my wife. i eventually got my car unlocked by myself (no thanks to anyone at jeffs auto) and took it one block down the street where i was helped promptly and treated like a valued customer. oh and by the way the quote i got at the new place is also cheaper than jeffs. so think twice before going to jeffs, unless you want to be treated like dirt. thanks for nothing Leann!
