I appreciate the attention to detail with oil change on my car.The tech, Shaun did a very thorough and professional job explaining what he found on my S60 T6. Explaining what he recommends and why it should be done sooner, rather than later, like timing belt. But he also pointed out couple of lesser preventative maintenance things, which Im going to have done.Thanks Shaun for the great customer service!

I was very pleased with my experience at Swedish Motors. They were thorough with their diagnosis and repair. I was kept informed every step of the way and was happy with the repair. I would recommend Swedish Motors as a dealership alternative. They do quality work at a reasonable price.

Very friendly staff. Very knowledgeable mechanics, and a couple of adorable dogs to boot.I have been a regular customer here for quite a few years now and Justin, the owner, and his capable staff have always come through for me. Might not be the most affordable in town, but if you have a Volvo and like taking care of it, its really hard to recommend anyone else, including the dealerships. They are fully capable of doing everything the dealerships can and then some.If you are concerned about the service costs, my personal experience has been often when I have done a pricey job elsewhere to save some hard earned cash, I have had to bring it to him to either correct or find out I didnt need that job in the first place. And a few instances where some predictive maintenance wouldve saved me the heartache of another big repair bill.Long story short, its cheaper for me to go to Swedish Motors than go somewhere else and then come back here.

Justin and his team are quick and knowledgeable and get things done for reasonable cost - a grand step above the dealerships.

Originally dropped off the car to get the convertible top fixed and were told it was working the first time. After winter ended, we took it out and the top would not go down. We were told to bring the car back in and the results were that the fixes werent worth the money. Came to pick it up this second time around, spoke with the owner who continuously read the invoice with their highlights and telling us how he interprets that there is no guarantee that the top would work. Unfortunately, we are not the mechanics. Zero resolution to the problem; only repeating over and over that there is nothing he could do. Great way to waste my time and money where the solution was to tell us up front what the true issues were to let us make the right decision.

I have been taking my Volvo here for years. Justin and crew are solid mechanics, they are very helpful in setting up appointments and all are very good with communication and explanations.

Justins been looking after our 09 S40 for quite a few years. His shop does a great job; works with us on timing, cost & planning of repairs and does good work.His shop seems very clean & professional.Great spot for your Volvo!

I had heard about them from a fellow Volvo owner- so scheduled a minor repair to check them out. I had some difficulty finding them back behind other businesses, but once there, was very clean and people were friendly. The service was on time and quickly done (at my request they had already ordered the parts necessary and were ready) The price is never cheap, but considerably less than the dealership. I referred a friend whose older Volvo had some expensive service elsewhere and they too were pleased. I will get all my services there in the future- my Volvo has close to 200 K miles but so far so good, and I want to keep it that way.

I was ready to get rid of my volvo after 3 near death experiences after using the dealership in town for repairs. I have never had such good service and I totally trust what they do. Maybe they cost more, i dont know, but my car runs perfectly!

Very helpful, great rates, friendly staff, and sometimes (if your lucky) the sweetest dog ever is there to great you.I have used a lot of different automotive companies (including Borton for my Volvo) and havent experienced as great of service as I do at Swedish Motors.

Took my 2010 s40 here after I hit a pot hole and bent my wheel (rim) and was told by the dealership it would be $800 for a new one. Justin found a (barely) used one that matched my others from a salvage yard and replaced it for less than half the cost of what the dealership was going to charge me. This is somewhere you can drop of your car and feel comfortable youre not getting screwed and that your car is actually being taken care of properly.

EXCELLENT!!!! I will us these guys over the dealer now in a drop of a hat. Now we only had our oil changed but they were just as efficient as the dealer and less costly than the dealer. Excellent service and communication. They found that one of my struts was damaged - showed my husband and fixed that also - They checked it all out just as the dealer would have. I called to speak to someone about replacing the engine in my Volvo. They would not even DISCUSS with me what I had or what the issue was. They insisted that I needed to have it towed in and evaluated before they would even TALK to me. I know all of the details of what I am looking for / need. But it did not matter as they could not be bothered to have a simple conversation.This is how they treat a new customer that was willing to spend thousands of dollars for a new engine. Customer Service is the easiest thing to do and they cannot even do that. I cannot imagine why anyone would trust their vehicle to this place. STAY AWAY!!

Ive been doing business with Justin for 10 plus years. He is a great guy, super honest when it comes to diagnostics and repairs. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Im on my second car from Swedish Motors, and have no plans of ever buying elsewhere.

I have a Volvo S70 and Swedish Motors has done an excellent job servicing my auto in the 5 years that I have been a customer. The owner, Justin Christenson, has been unfailingly responsive, polite, and customer-focused. I trust his professional judgement and would recommend his business without reservation.

I was referred to Justin at Swedish Motors. Its great to have someone who knows my car that gives me objective choices on maintenance. I am referring my friends now - skip the dealership hustlers.

Work was quality. Then told me the condition of a part based on mileage, not observation. Qouted $$$$. Part had been recently replaced. Not returning.

My go to shop for my Volvo has deeply disappointed me. I needed 2x new springs and shock absorbers and they wanted $1580 for my 2005 Volvo. I approached them trying to find the same brand shocks Volvo buys without OEM sticker and they strictly refused to do the job. I ended up going to my mechanic of 20 years putting in Volvo OEM springs and the very same brand/type Volvo uses for shock absorber and ended up with $810 cost. 2-stars for not going the extra mile for the customer.

Dont go here! They overcharge and dont tell you until you pick it up. They charged me $300 for oil change coolant fill and to check the car over.
