Very nice hotel. Reasonable rates. Short walk to the beach. You dont need to be a member to stay here.

Club Wyndam Royal Garden is clean and well kept. Sales people are there but are not as aggressive as other club wyndham resorts. Daily Parking fee is $36.00 plus state tax plus gratuity. I noticed the valets dont open the passenger door for women are only friendly to the men. 🤦‍♀️ We stayed on the 25th floor in a one bedroom presidential suite and the views of the city and ocean are breathtaking. The balcony is small but nice. The bed is comfortable and the pillows are nice and fluffy. The kitchen does NOT come with a stove nor oven. But it does have a small dishwasher and large refrigerator.

Great rooms clean, front desk name Shane great, David the bellman great with my car, there very inviting and beautiful view from the 10th floor 😍😃

Not a resort, but a nice hotelNo. Hot tub, no movies to borrow, pool is small and no hot tub. Our view room was a view of hotels.No view of mountains or ocean.We may stay here again, but would prefer to stay where we can see the ocean

Lovely room with a lovely view. The balcony was an amazing place to relax and enjoy the Hawaiian air. I love the mini kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Close to shopping, restaurants, and just a few minutes to walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. Thank you! We will be back!

Good location in the heart of Honolulu. So many places you can walk to. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. They might try and force a time share on you. Be careful, the sales agents become quite rude if you turn them down flat.

Very nice resort. Very helpful and congenial. They were quick to respond to all the noise on the balcony at 1:00am when I called. I was surprised at the daily charge for taxes!!! Never, Across the mainland, have we had a tax surcharge on our stays at any Wyndham resorts. After the high maintenance costs, this is WRONG!!!

Its a nice hotel but huge dislike about the pool. It is under construction right now and a pool is a must! I understand it happens but they dont go out of their way to make it up to you. A discount, free food or something else.Considering changing hotels.

Walking distance from the Main waikiki Strip. The interior of the hotel was beautiful! Great view of the city! The rooms were spacious and big enough for a family of 5. Really enjoyed staying here!

I dont know if its just this time of year but Ive not been impressed with this particular Wyndham as I have been with some of the other ones. Please look at the picture I posted as this is the billing thats next door and pretty much looks dilapidated and has plywood as windows. This is a real step down from the quality of service I expect from Wyndham and my ownership. And of course with my experience with Wyndham they keep trying to upgrade your service with an hour sit down session and trying to offer you a free item or some cash to get you to sit down for that hour.Update to review..... I constantly smell marijuana on the premise. I have smelt it on my balcony and I continue to smell it at the pool. Now I dont know the laws of Hawaii but I just dont want my family around it.

Peter was a great host & ee loved his place. The view of the city, canal, & mountains were wonderful & we could see a slice of the ocean as well. Its in an awesome location a short walk from the beach, restaurants, etc.

The concierge lied to get us to sit down on a time share presentation. The concierge told us it was a mandatory check in for covid protocol purposes and that it wasnt a presentation and that the office was just across the street. LIES. We had to walk IN THE RAIN to the other Wyndham closer to the strip and when we got there we were told it was a presentation and it wasnt a mandatory thing we had to go to. We obviously turned the presentation down and walked back to the hotel. Such a terrible way to try to get business. Will never come back and will never patronize a Wyndham again!

We had a great time staying at the Club Wyndham Royal Garden. All the staff was awesome and very helpful. We are planning to return.

Great view, great staff, good pool and facilities.Only complaint is the terrible concierge intent on pushing her obviously commissioned (and overpriced -- same tour available on Groupon for half the price) island tour, instead of finding the activities you ask about.

The staff has got to be the kindest 😍people I have ever met. The building is amazing and clean. The rooms were wonderful but again every member of the staff was amazing. I would stay here again without question. Thank you again. 😊

Royal Garden is a very nice place to stay, it has a really great swimming pool, place to BBQ, bathrooms/showers next to the pool. Excellent views seaside or mountainside, above the 12 floor. I stayed at a presidential and studio rooms they both are very good. The laundry room is on the fourth floor its free and so is the detergent. Sometimes you can find street parking free between 10pm and 6am, otherwise its 2hr parking. Valet is $36 a day. Ala Moana Mall, is in walking distance 15mins away and Waikiki strip is about a 5min walk. I enjoyed my experience, it was a four day getaway.

Stayed in one of the privately owned condos here. Comfortable,clean,,the staff at desk and the valets were really friendly and nice. We had a wonderful vacation.

Staff was very friendly! When requesting towels Clean, etc, they brought them right up! Clean room and great location. Nice pool (you do have to make reservations but it was always available).

One week in paradise with a reliable brand. Royal Garden staff was super under the constraints of a pandemic. Pool and BBQ area were formatted to work in unison. We also were limited with the gym being closed, and other restrictions which had to be navigated.Parking price was reduced for guests. There was indoor parking garage on sight. The building was in decent shape. It was also nicely located within Waikiki. Recommended for those looking for a good spot.Our room was equipped with open living and bedroom. A small dining area and work station are also provided for those who are moved to dine- in or work from room. Microwave and refrigerator availed in my space.

Cant comppite with others, Friendly staff and front desk but strange noise inside the room, no cleaning service, and paid parking .But, the location is amazing .

My Company manages 3 studio condos here, a great place to staycation or Vacation.

I am not sure that location is great as stated by other reviews. Sure you are close to shopping and restaurants but the closest beach is very rocky so you really have to go to ala Moana or Waikiki for a beach where you can swim. That’s a 30 to 40 minute walk. Parking is $36 plus tips as it is valet, per day. There is a parking garage block away that will be $12 cheaper (separate review).There is only one pool and one grill for the entire building. If you are staying as an Airbnb guest, you are told right away that hotel will not provide you with anything since you are not an owner. Good things to mention, water fountain is on the first floor, the views were fantastic and Covid protocol was enforced, so we felt safe.

My hubby and i wanted some alone time and booked a king suite here. It was beautiful and the view was Amazing. Small little walk to get to stores and restaurants but pretty nice. The pool.was warm. We enjoyed it. Staff was great! Very nice place to stay.

Parking was Valet only. We were told $30 per day, but it was $39 and it was cash only. Otherwise, great location and room was definitely big enough for the 5 of us.

Location is good for shopping and restaurants in Waikiki. Building looks nice and clean. But the minute star is for the gym & sauna not being open. Plus the double AC units in the room is really loud.

The wife and I stayed here this last week. Very nice room with a huge glass sliding door /wall. The A.C. was awesome.. the room was very clean, the shower had super hot water and good water pressure. The room had its own dedicated mini split A,C, with allowed me to really dial in the perfect temperature. They even made our room extra special for us as we were selebrating this trip.. I definitely suggest booking your stay here. The staff were amazing. Sorry I dont have names written down, but everyone went above and beyond all week... I am attaching some pics.. A+++++

Great hotel, friendly staff. Beautiful views of honolulu. 5 minute drive to Waikiki, 15 minute walk to Waikiki. Only real problem is parking.

Very close to downtown Waikiki.Staff were very friendly!Prepaid garage parking were no issues. There was always a spot when I stayed here.Amenities were nice. The hawaiian coffee package that wereprovided was delicious!Rooms were perfect. Not too small for a studio(opinion could differ for other people). It had all the necessary items so this was fine.Wish it had a deeper tub, but not a huge problem.

No amenities. The worse Wyndham ever. Its just a MOTEL. I wouldnt recommend

Very nice building and rooms but they dont have room service. The other hotel I just came from in Waikiki had room service so I know it can be offered, they just are skimping out. Free laundry service as long as you schedule it. You also have to schedule a time to use the pool. Self-park for $18/day

I stayed in a room there last night and ot was okay. It was a small room. Tiny lanai (balcony). Too small for a chair. But the room served its purpose. It even came furnished with a few necessities such as laundry soap, dryer sheets and paper towels. Actually kinda nice when you add the small things. Wi-fi had a solid connection and it was clean. The room wouldve been great for guest who planned on going to the beach or picnic. Room came with a cooler. Mini fridge and a Kurig coffee maker. All around fairly good room.

This ia a beautiful place to stay. It is very clean and quiet. The concierge, Michael, was so helpful in directing us to the best things to do on the island.

I love the town view and it is very close to the Waikiki beach and the strip where it has all the restaurants, stores that are convenient. Right now, they dont do room service because of covid-19.

Fantastic hotel and resort, I stayed both with the time share and with the hotel itself. Its a beautiful building with comfy updated rooms, and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful!

We are staying in an Airbnb at this location. The room is perfect, location is a little off the tourist area so its quiet♡ Love watching the sun rise over The city in the mornings.

They have free laundry room 6 whasers and 8 dryers for free...... Clean place.

Tried it, was wonderful, just not for me. Need to become owner, member big $ plus added fees and extra costs parking/tourist fees. Wasnt ready for that, should build actual equity then be smoother transition to secure vacation planning.

GF owns timeshare with Wyndham so to avoid losing her 2018 points we booked Hawaii last minute and stayed at this timeshare/hotel. Despite not paying anything for the hotel, I did price it out and it was $171 CAD per night during the period I was there. Location is about 10/15 minute walk to Waikiki beach, which is not bad because the walk is actually enjoyable and plus it is close enough to restaurants and other things you like to have close while on vacation. Public transportation is around the corner if you opt to travel like that, which I did for a few days. Anyway, the hotel is clean, quiet, and despite it being a timeshare they only asked us upon arrival about going to a meeting. We typically use the timeshare points in Florida where they have went so far as to deactivate our room keys to ensure we had to come to reception to allow them to again try to get us to come to a meeting... talking to you Wyndham Bonnet Creek, SMH. Anyway, the hotel does have a small pool and a game room. No bar or restaurant on site. Parking is not free. Anyway, the price is more than fair despite it being 10-15 minutes away from the beach.

Had a fantastic stay here recently. The staff were very accommodating and we got the room at a very affordable price. The beds and amenities were comfortable and they had some small, but decent, gym and laundry rooms.Deserves to be at least a four star hotel. Will probably stay here again when I come back to Hawaii.Would definitely recommend.

I booked this place through RCI and was very pleased with it. The room was comfortable, the staff was nice and helpful and there were nice amenities to make my stay more pleasant (like free filtered water that kept me from having to buy bottled water and washers and dryers to use for free). Its not on the beach but is still in a good area and not too far from the beach.

Considered buying a unit here but was beaten to escrow.

Great customer service!! Standard studio a bit small but comfortable move the less. The whole staff was amazing. Some things are dated, like the laundry room, gym, have room and media room. Bathrooms are really small and towels were a bit rough. The pool is nothing to get excited about. The location was great in terms of waking to beach. My five stars is for the service,

Room, staff and resort were amazing!

Not renovated, middle of the range. Smelly like an old hotel, need to open the sliding door and suffer humidity and heat to vent the place. AC unit is noisy and remote has so many buttons with no instructions.Buttons on handheld phone do not work, useless as you have to use the keypad. Welcome 21st century!Cleaning is twice a week (!) unless you ask but they will only do minimum.Washing machines, some were dirty, dryers are s l o w.Away from the beach and most shuttles do not stop there.Tons of garbage down the street with flies and who knows what.Rooster on the loose will keep you singing day and night.And they claim we should be lucky. Hello! We saw better.

This was a great hotel with a great location.

Great friendly staff, very helpful in every way and wanting to resolve any issue you have if possible. Great place off the busy area of Waikiki main shopping area. With in minutes of walking distance to everything. Great location for ease of getting in and out of town without traffic or crowd of people traffic. Rooms arent huge but a good size amount, besides your in Hawaii why would you stay in your room other then get some rest, shower and get back out ASAP! to enjoy what the island has to offer. So much to do so much to see.

Beautiful property with an excellent staff. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The early arrival time for me was 5àm where I was given a guest key which gave me access to the lounge that had the business center, coffee, television, massage chair (free), numerous chairs, sofas and tables. The outside spacious patio allowed me to relax and meet many individuals from other countries.The decor is well appointed and luxurious. Ive stayed at other properties by Wyndham all great.The area of this property is not great in my opinion. There is not a restaurant on site, however if you love walking you can find places to eat.

Very impressed with this property. Very posh reception area. Even though it was way back by the Ala Wai canal still a great location. Some our studios had realy nice canal views and the 1 bedroom was so spacious with fantastic views. They had more amenities than I expected. Loved that they had a sink, mini fridge with freezer section and a microwave. Even though no washer and dryer in our studio free use of washer and dryers on the one floor was wonderful. Also even though I brought my own soap so I didnt need it but I heard the front desk would give you free soap. The quiet garden lounge area is pleasant and would be a good place when it isnt so hot and humid out. (thank goodness for air conditioning in our rooms and lobby etc.)

I honestly think they took an old hotel & slapped the Wyndham name on it. They fixed up the lobby & made it look really nice but the rooms are pretty sub-par. We came here on the discovery package of potentially becoming owners & this location has definitely been a let down. The bed is super hard too, which is great for my husband but terrible for my pregnant body.

Not the worst place to stay in Waikiki. Off the main drag a bit for some peace and quiet, and an easy escape to moiliili if youre planning to visit the rest of the island. But if youre mostly staying in Waikiki, its about as far from the beach as you can get without leaving the area entirely.

We have always stayed in Wyndham resorts from Daytona Beach Florida to Hawaii now and I cant preach how amazing the staff is. Very Clean rooms. I love it. 100% would recommend.

Stayed in a unit rented through AirBnB. Great location away from the all noise of Waikiki Beach. Our room had an incredible view and the bed was pretty comfortable. Amenities include a pool, gym, business center, and game room.Only complaint is the expensive parking that must be paid in cash. Other than that, I highly recommend.

Clean rooms and hotel, very attentive and responsive. Wish there was an stove in all the rooms. Love that a rice cooker is available. Wish the game room was open longer than 10pm.

Anyone working in the hospitality field should take notes and lessons from the front desk staff at the Royal Gardens Hotel. Staff super friendly and professional. I like it when customer service staff remember who you are and what your preferences are.Hotel is super clean and well maintained. Only knock on the place is that they dont have a restaurant.

Very nice studio rooms with kitchenettes. Layout is a little odd, but its definitely better than your average hotel room. Location is on the quieter side of Waikiki while still being within walking distance to the beach. You might even get an ocean view depending on how your room is arranged. While the parking is not cheap by any means, the staff are quick and very friendly.

Great place and amazing service. Close to the beach and within walking distance of a lot of stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The only draw back was the pool. Its the size of a residential pool, and it closes early. But then again if you are in Hawaii its much more enjoyable to swim in the ocean.

In Waikiki. No beach. King bed. Very nice staff. Will try really hard to sell you a timeshare. Parking is valet, $35/day or try to find parking on your own. Also construction on hotel while we were there. Edited with one more star as there is no trouble with getting extra blankets etc and no bugs. Might edit again at end of trip.

Front desk and bell staff very friendly, courtious and extremely helpful. Hotel is clean and very well taken care of. The rooms are nice and had a.full service kitchens. However there is no restaurant on property and its good walk to any restaurants.There is parking but $25 a day can add up. There is street parking available and surprisingly stalls open up.

Very friendly staff. The lobby is pretty nice and clean. The rooms and the hallway has the dark color decor. I personally like bright colors. LOVE the game room, laundry room, business office facility
