Currently staying here and I am BLOWN AWAY. Very easy booking via Mark. Simple process. Close enough to the action but far enough away for tranquility. All privately owned but ours should be 4 stars. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing place to stay with a great room! There was someone at the front gate when we arrived, but never saw anyone in the lobby. I think most of the rooms are owned or permanently rented. We had a room on the top penthouse level that was perfect! Wishing we had stayed at this spot the whole trip!Photos are from our balcony!

Amazing place to stay within walking distance of Waikiki beach and Diamond Head Crater hike and plenty of shopping and dining option, yet it felt quiet and secluded enough for rest at the end of a long day of beach or whatever.

Staying in room 701. Great views, but the place needs a lot of work! Ceilings are cracking, tiles are cracked, carpets are heavily stained. Grout in the shower looks to be filled with black mold, the shower head is covered in a green corrosion product.The arrangement of the furniture in the living room is awkward. There is only one tall skinny window that looks out to the water (why?) one must go outside to the patio outside to enjoy the view of the ocean.Had to pay for a parking stall in the garage, it is absolutely awful. It requires a 6 point turn to get in and out of, its seriously a joke.This place has redeeming qualities such as its location in the city and great views, but really needs a lot of work to be deemed a respectable place to stay for the price.

Pros: the location is terrific, within a nice walk of Waikiki Beach but outside of the busiest part of the beach. It is close to Diamond Head and has great ocean views. Cons: our suite was very run down, the carpets were stained and the cupboard s in the kitchen were starting to fall apart. I found a cigarette butt on top of the door frame in the bathroom which was a little gross. The main bed was comfortable but the second bed was a queen mattress on a double boxspring so it wasnt very comfortable. It could have been a great suite but it really felt like they stopped really caring for it years ago and it is starting to feel run down. The suites are all privately held so some may be better than others but ours did not live up to the pictures on the property website.

This place is a hidden gem. Next to Ocean and the other side faces the beautiful fountain and Kapiolani Park with the zoo and the aquarium.Its the experience of the peaceful tranquility and when you want it, a 15 walk to Waikiki with all the shops, restaurants, and excitement.Great choice of units and unbelievable pricing for what you get.

Clean, quiet, could use more amenities like beach towels but overall a good place to stay.

Gorgeous location, away from the crowds, but easy (and beautiful) walk to waikiki beach, restaurants, and shopping.Weve rented the same unit (901)for several years, and it looks EXACTLY the same as it did the first time- which we love- (if youre looking for something fancy, updated, etc. this may not be the place for you though 😉)

My husband and I been staying at the Diamond Head room 1203 for the pass 5 years..Its been great until last year I saw a roach so I said ok its just one but when we just recently went back we had to call for them to fog the place because it was full of roaches. They did fog but never return to atleast come clean up. I prefer a room with a kitchen because I have a problem with my stomach so I have to cook my own meals. While cooking there was one about to go inside a clean bowl that I had just washed with bleach. It was a great stay these pass few years but I guess its time to find another place..
