Amazing service!Gabriel is a great guy. He was always on time. Very reasonable charge for the service he provided. He moved a 4069 Genie scissor lift for me. About 20 times over a 2 week period. He takes the time to make sure everything is secure and safe. He gets from point A to point B in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him for all your towing needs. Last Sunday, I had just sold my car and borrowed my dads truck to drive to work. On the way there, the truck, for whatever reason, wouldnt start to save my life. I called 2 different tow companies with no avail. Not even a call back from either. I then requested a quote from Transport Oahu Towing, on Yelp. Owner Gabriel replied to my message within 5 minutes. We exchanged a few texts and we were on our way. He was quick and on time, which I find very comforting. He explained to me that only Sundays, he would be able to make such a towing trip, considering weekday traffic and business opportunities in town. The price from Pearl City to Waialua (about 25 miles) was a lot cheaper than other competitor companies that would charge twice of what I paid.Gabriel takes pride and is every bit of passionate about his business. Hes down to earth and easy to talk to, which is very helpful in a stressful situation.I support his business and what he stands for. Highly recommended, as I wouldnt hesitate to use his services again if need be.

Gabriel is excellent! Based on the ratings on google and yelp he is the guy to call when you bike cant move on its own. He came on time and told me the cost up front to tow my bike from my house to the shop. I would recommend him to my friends or anyone else for that matter!

Ive used Transport Oahu twice now and I honestly dont know what Id do without Gabe. Hes very professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. That being said, the rates are incredibly reasonable considering the level of service youre getting. Affordable! Affordable! Affordable! Fast! Professional! At first when I Googled motorcycle towing Gabriel was at the top of the list. And that made me think that he was the most expensive and then I looked at his website and saw all of the custom bikes on his flatbed and that convinced me that he was out of my price range. So I started calling tow companies from the bottom of the list and was blown away at how much they wanted to tow my bike 3 miles. One clown who had a van wanted $150 and the same for a guy who had a ratty trailer. As worked my way up the Google list to Transport Oahu Motorcycle Towing and kicked myself for not at least calling Gabriel first and Im glad I did. And Ive made a friend for life. We spent over 45 mins calling every towing company with good reviews on google and every phone call we either got forwarded to voicemail or blown off saying they just didnt have time for us. Finally we landed on transport Oahu and he not only was willing to come get us but was there super fast! Then he spent the whole time laughing and chatting with us. We ended up going from feeling miserable about ourselves to smiling as we were hoping out of his truck. Im honestly glad everyone else blew us off so we got to meet such a great guy!

Called early am for lunchtime tow, was told to call back when I was ready for pick up. Called at 11, was told they were on the way. At 11:30 they said they had confused me with another customer. At noon, they told me that they couldnt get to me for another couple hours.

By far the best service I have ever had! After hitting a pothole in Waikiki I sat on the side of the road with a broken down bike for an hour and a half waiting on the tow truck my company called. They never showed and Transport Oahu saved the day. After contacting them I was loaded up and ready to go within 15 minutes. Not only that when I asked him to take me to a different location he took me there for no extra charge! He was so good I contacted him the next day to tow my bike to the shop (was closed the night of the incident) and he answered right away and again I was at the shop in no time! I cant say anough about how well I was treated and you can tell from the way this company conducts business that they have your best interests at heart in your time of need.

My boyfriend used this service for the first time ever and he loved it. From the speedy response to the great customer service and amazing price. He had to tow his Yamaha VStar Classic from Salt Lake to South Seas off Nimitz. From call to dropoff it only took 45minutes. He told his dad (the proud owner of a 2014 Indian Cheiftan) about his experience and his dad asked for the number right away. A returning customer most definitely.

It is amazing in this day and age to experience excellence. My son and I had that pro edge today. We needed to get our new scooter from Waikiki to Kaneohe and we were on a tight time schedule. My son made one call and Gabrial from Transport Oahu was onsite within 20 minutes. He loaded the bike in just a few minutes, working very efficiently and professional. He was courteous, friendly and focused. We gave him the address and he assured us he would be there in one hour and he was. He had another pick up in Kaneohe so as an Akamai business man he gave us a reduced haul rate which again you just dont experience very often. I will strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs their scooter or motorcycle transported somewhere. They will do it and demonstrate excellent service.
