This is the 3rd time Ive had to deal with this tow yard/company.My friend parked in my neighbors spot and got towed. We understand. He called, verified the address, made sure they had his car and the girl on the phone advised the price for him to get his car, all good no problems. We got in my car and I asked him if he needed the ATM. He said no because he had his card. I mentioned I thought they only take cash, so he called back to check. He asked and the girl on the phone wanted him to go through the entire process of finding the car (again), just to tell him if they take cards or not! Why!? I say, rather sarcastically, I cant imagine how that could matter and she starts getting snarky with him on the phone (Im not even on the phone)! All to tell him they only take cash. Seriously? Its like they wanted to find a reason to make the call last longer and be more difficult. We get there and it takes them over 20 minutes to get a car thats been there less than an hour. Cash only businesses always feel shady to me and asking me a bunch of questions in response to my simple question feels evasive, which is shady. Ugh, I feel greasy every time I come down here; and Im not even the one that got towed!

Sad to say, theyve closed. But theres Mr.Tow and Honolulu Towing to help. Ace gave us good service.

My son had his car towed from Kapiolani Park and went to pick it up about 8hrs later. The people there was extremely helpful in finding it as we didnt have the license number. Very friendly staff late at night. Mahalo to all.

This is the bottom of the barrel, most vile, unethical company Ive EVER come into contact with!We parked at Pucks Alley and the attached pictures show the ridiculous and archaiac payment system the parking lot utilized. Be sure to make note that while this box showed a sign that read parking was $4 for 0-10 hours, there is nothing else marked on this system but a towing company name and phone number. That should of been a dead give away to us; but the parking lot was dark, barely lit and we thought the system spoke for itself in that you are asked to pay with coins or slide dollar bills into a slot that does not actually fit the dollar bills. There was legitimately no way to pay. This was our one mistake in believing if we couldnt pay, we would be fine.We went to pick up food at an attached restaurant and less than 15 minutes later, returned to find our car had been towed. There is no way anyone was able to check payment and tow the car that quickly. In the time spent to call Ace and their miserable, rude, condescending workers, we saw not one but FIVE tow trucks circling the block like vultures anxious for their next prey, ie people like us who fall victim to their scam of non payment in a poorly lit, non useable system.The woman who answered the phone had zero aloha spirit and when my husband let her know that they had towed our car with our 7 month olds car seat in it, she was beyond rude to us and had the audacity to tell us to take an Uber to them on Sand Island. Im sorry, but what rational and safe mother would allow her baby to ride in an Uber without a carseat? NOT ONE! Our car had not even made it to the towing lot when we called and was 10 min out. They could have returned the car and had us pay them their $180 no problem, but instead we had to call for a ride (luckily a safe one, with a car seat, as we had friends near by but what if we didnt?!) and make it to the sketchiest of towing lots, filled with feral cats and soul less people.In the end, we got our car back, everything is fine, and we could care less about the money spent to get the car back, we understand and learned a lesson here... but its the principle behind all this! The fact that this review is one of hundreds online showing and depicting this company to be as digsusting as it is, is what infuriates me! I dont know how the owner sleeps at night nor how the employees allow themselves to work for a downright dirty place like this. SHAME on you all.

Called 3 times. Never told me that you can only pay with cash, ans they got their own ATM with additional charger for cash, max withdrawal $200, while bills are usually above that. Other than that, just another company milking the corrupt system we live in.

This business must go!!!! These guys (Im being nice not calling them thieves) have been towing cars that LEGALLY parked in their stalls. They would take your car right away after your time has just expired by seconds. Very unethical practice of this business. Im surprised that they are still in business. Always love picking up my cars from here. The girl at the front does a good job and is really nice to me. Kinda expensive but self inflicted most of the time. Do get time off work tho to grab my cars which is nice.

Our car got towed away. We called the number on the signs and they redirected us to a different number. We called the new number and the guy on the phone reported he did not have our car. We called back to the original number and they confirmed they had our car - we now have to take an Uber from Kailua to Honolulu to pick up our car. I came to my moms place to shower and just went to my car to grab clothes and 10 minutes after my car was gone. Called to ask if I could grab a few belongings because I’m homeless she said nope and hung up on me. And there were two other cars next to me from the time I arrived.

This place is a scam! I am calling any and all individuals interested in helping to call this company to accountability. They stalk parking lots in an attempt to make cash quickly that is most likely not claimed on their taxes. They place people in parking lots to patrol and identify cars for potential towing immediately. When you call in search of your car they are rude and aggressive. They accept only cash. They are very rough with your car and deny any damage they may have caused. I have consulted with tax attorneys regarding the practices of this company. I am interested in filing a complaint with the IRS regarding their possible tax evasion. I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I would like as much support in these claims as possible. If you have a similar experience - which many of you appear to have as I look through all the reviews - I would like to hear from you. Together we can be sure that this company is held accountable for their malicious conduct.

Walked to the counter and seen the female agent sleeping -.- I called out saying I need to pick my car up, she still didn’t wake up!I could’ve easily snuck my car out because she left the gate open, lol. Another agent walked in and that’s when she woke up and rushed to close the gate.Happy to get my car back but their prices are ridiculousssss!

Tried to get my license and registration out of my car, the lady banged on my window with her vape thing trying to show me whos the boss. After that the guy in charge came and started to talk sh**t. Something about they dont know if its really my car untill I give them the license and registration (the exact thing I was looking for).

Got towed in a resident only parking when was guest of resident. Guess that’s my fault but way over priced $260 very rude customer service and was rude when I questioned price. They charged me a $25 24 hour storage fee when I picked up truck as soon as it got there. What storage am I paying for, and $7.50 a mile for towing your car is unreasonable after the outrageous price of a hook fee. Not to mention it’s a cash only business, terrible on all fronts.

Got called homophobic slurs (Im not homosexual, not that it even matters) by one of the drivers and was forced to leave the property while my father retrieved the car. Called to see if my wife’s car was wrongfully towed, and the receptionist wouldn’t give me any details other than the price and time of my vehicle getting towed. She wouldn’t give me more info and hung up on me. Terrible service and I hope no one has to deal with these idiotic and lazy people.

My truck was towed from a parking area on Kapahulu last night by ACE TOWING. I had paid for parking for 2 hours for both my truck and my girlfriends car. I was away from my truck for 40 minutes and in that time it had been towed. I called the towing company and they said it had been towed because my parking receipt was upside down on the dash. The problem with this statement is that I was towed 3 years ago from the same location for the same reason. I make doubly sure that my parking receipt is always placed in the correct position on the dash and face up. The person from ACE TOWING that took my phone call was very rude and the person at the impound yard that took my $190 cash was equally rude and thought the whole thing was funny. ACE TOWING can simply hook any car up they like from the parking lot, tow it to their yard and just say the receipt was not displayed correctly. If you want your car back then you have no recourse but to pay the ridiculous amount of $190. Unbelievable !

Poor customer service, called to have a car towed. She had me wait 30 mins just to tell me they cant tow it. Which I was furious and questioned why she didnt get ALL my info before making me wait and she SCREAMED back on the phone AND HUNG UP all before I could say answer her back SO my note to the lady on the phone: IF CANT HANDLE THE PRESSURE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN QUIT YOUR JOB! I accidentally parked my truck in a guest parking lot last night near my residence and forgot to move it. $270 cash only to get it back, outrageous! My guess is they try to avoid taxes. They patrol the area in their trucks looking for any opportunity they can to snag a vehicle. My truck had a warning label in the mirror when I got it but they snagged it anyway. I’m moving away from this area first chance I have. I hope they get sued and shut down, there’s got to be something illegal going on here.

Towed my vehicle from my driveway without authorization from myself or the owners. A bunch of underhanded dirty dealing mobsters. No, mobsters is not an over exaggeration. They are quite literally an extortion ring. How they are legally allowed to do this is disgusting. They towed my neighbor as well who was parked legally right next to my driveway, perhaps 1-2 into my driveway which is fine as the driveway is huge, they were not blocking my driveway at all.

This tow company is a joke and illegal! The driver towed my car from my parking stall with my parking tag on the rear view mirror. When I called the office, the girl said my car didnt have a tag (to which I argued). When I got to the lot to pick up my car (about 20 mins after it was towed) somehow my tag was missing from the mirror and my door was unlocked! These people are thIves and are only interested in preying on innocent law abiding citizens! I will be following up with a formal complaint with our management office. I never wish any bad on people but I hope they lose their contract! May it come back on you ten fold Fake Towing!

I parked past a fence that was labeled no parking, and the area past it had absolutely no signs. They were called to tow my car, and I assume since they drove from Honolulu to Kailua already, they towed me anyway to get their moneys worth even though I was out of the no parking zone.

Towed our car right from our own parking stall in low income housing. What kind of soulless loser would prey on people like that. Said that my Hawaii teachers tag was impeding the parking pass. His mom owns the place, borrowed my Van. HE runs that place at night HES In Charge! Has the key to my car Ace DID NOT let him keep it for $60. I was out shopping somewhere and I had made your groceries and I ran because I thank God I have the title in my hand and everything and no offense but these idiots took my van and towed it and it cost me $160 that was not cool they could have released it for. They towed my car after i told them its my car! The driver lied saying no one said its their car. The manager says the footage doesnt show a conversation. The tickets says it took them 8min to get from Pauoa to sand island. The manager Was rude and so were the drivers.
