I tried several times to book online and called to book a ghost tour Orginally I was told the orb tour was full and would put me in a city walking tour I told them no thanks I was a professional paranormal investigator and also a ghost walk tour guide and had wanted this tour specifically. I placed a order for another day in the upcoming week as they have the tours advertised everyday. I was sent a email stating they would confirm within 72 hours and they sent a email stating that my tour was canceled due to not selling enough tickets . If you are going to offer tours it should be your duty to make customers y’all by fulfilling tours

Terrible booking company. We waited INSIDE our hotel lobby for pick up as per instructions provided. After waiting 5 minutes past pick up time without hearing anything, we tried contacting Kualoa Ranch who dismissed our concerns as we booked through a 3rd party, even though Veltra say to contact the Ranch before 8am.As Veltra is ‘online bookings’ they did not accept a phone call.I would recommend booking directly through Kuoloa Ranch if you are interested in doing this tour - just know that they aren’t friendly.

Avoid Veltra!I would not recommend Veltra … Our child got sick the night before our outing and despite our best efforts of email, phone calls, and even driving into the appointment to talk face-to-face about our situation, Veltra would not give us even a partial refund. We ended up paying $188 for no services rendered due to circumstances beyond our control. The company that was offering the tour was prepared to give us a refund, but they were unable to because we went through this booking agency. My advice – go directly through the company offering the service, do not use Veltra. Heaven forbid anything ever goes wrong on one of your vacations they will just take your money. I would understand losing a percentage because it was a last-minute problem, but I do not understand them taking the full amount when the tour was still going on without us. Shame on them.

I’ve booked several experiences through VELTRA in Oahu and it’s been excellent. Besides each of the attractions being exactly as described and the drivers being on time, the agents at VELTRA have been excellent. I made a mistake on one of my bookings. I called to have the booking modified and the agent discovered there had been an error in the original booking price and I was undercharged. However instead of requiring I pay the difference she accepted responsibility for the company’s error and (despite my being less than courteous as I had assumed they would force me to pay more like most travel companies) did not require I pay the difference between what I paid and what should have paid. She (the agent) told me her name but all I can recall is she is located in Hawaii and it starts with an “M” anyway I’ve loved booking through this company for this trip and absolutely recommend them and will use them again.

I had a problem with one of their subsidiaries, but once Veltra entered the picture, everything was taken care of graciously and quickly. They really have xlnt customer service....at least in my situation.

We bought small group tour and we got put in large group.so they overpriced us!!!!!!!

Book tickets that promised a discount if we wrote a review - wrote the review - no discount - no refund.
