Tour guide was very knowledgeable. Excellent day!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the Ultimate Circle Island Adventure with Waimea Waterfall. Our tour guide, Emma, was friendly and incredibly knowledge. She not only gave us information about each of the stops, but also shared fun facts about the Hawaii and Hawaiian culture throughout the entire tour. Our bus driver, Hiro, was also great and drove us safely the whole day. The tour itself was fantastic! We got to visit so many of Oahu’s top spots, which was exactly what I wanted. We definitely got to see way more (and learn way more) on this tour than we would’ve if we toured the island on our own. I highly recommend this tour!

Through no fault of the tour operator my family plans changed and I needed to cancel my reservation. The communication leading up to my cancellation couldnt have been better. They answered the phone each time with professionalism and answered all my questions fully. When it came to cancelling they continued to impress me. I received my refund immediately with no fuss or hassle. I look forward to rebooking my tour later this year and I wouldnt even think about calling another company.Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!!!

Close your eyes and book your trip with them and no way you will be disappointed. We had a wonderful trip two days back and our Driver/guide KEN was not only jovial but very knowledgeable. The time we spent with him is pretty hard to forget, as he ensured all different nationalities in our group were individually attended. The various places he took us, he explained clearly be it cultural, beach or anything else. Keep going.

I highly recommend the Ultimate Circle Island With Waimea Waterfall tour with Oahu Nature Tours. The tour operator and tour are superb. My only recommendation is that the time allocated towards Halona Blowhole and Nu’uanu Pali be increased from 20 minutes to 25 or 30 minutes each which will allow for more time at these superb sites, which offer stunning views and great photo opportunities. Otherwise, it feels somewhat rushed. The time allocated for other sites is adequate.

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would we used Oahu nature tours to go hike diamond head and our tour guide knocked it out of the park his name was Ken and I don’t think he could have been any better there were 4 people that didn’t arrive on time and he waited as long as he could which he didn’t have to do that was very awesome to see he was very funny and made everyone feel included on the trip adults and kids included he was very knowledgeable and he will take your picture if you need him to and he’s happy to do it amazing job Ken and Oahu Nature Tours for hiring such a talent!

Have done a few tours with this company. Always a good time and lots Of Good Information. Steve did a great job keeping us engaged and he was knowledgeable.

We went on the ultimate circle tour with Monique. It was fantastic. The itinerary is similar to other companies but I felt that our guide was particularly knowledgable about the ecology, culture, and geology of Hawaii.As a bonus, our lunch stop was super organized. Lunch was waiting for us and was super efficient. I almost felt bad for the folks from the other buses queueing up 10 minutes to get an order in.If youre genuinely interested in learning about the island, I couldnt recommend this tour more. If you are just interested in being driven around the island to take pretty pictures and eat dole whip... There are honestly a lot of cheaper tours.We had a blast!

We absolutely loved our tour and tour guide Levent. The tour itself was absolutely beautiful and a wonderful way to get an idea of where you would like to go back to during your stay in Oahu. Book ahead of time because tours get sold out. I learned the hard way. Levent is so ridiculously knowledgeable. He knew just about everything and then some. He taught us all about the history of Hawaii and I am not kidding when I say that I didn’t want my tour to end because I wanted to hear more. Money well spent. Mahalo!!!

Great tour & Great tour guide!This is a great way to see more of the island, learn about the history, and listen to stories of the Hawaiian People. PE was a great tour guide.The tour stops pretty regularly at different beaches, view points, and points of interest to take pictures. You get plenty of time at each location.The walk to the waterfall is a little less than a mile to get to. It was a pretty light walk, there is one hill that my 68 year old mother needed to take her time.

This tour was fabulous! Our guide, Paul, was not only knowledgeable, but also passionate about the Island. His enthusiasm was such that you could think that it was his first time to see everything! That quality just added to our excitement! Tired, but happy, at the end of the day!

I took the Ultimate Circle Island tour, and I had a wonderful time. The tour is fantastic! I really enjoyed seeing the beautiful temple, hiking to the waterfall, visiting the Dole pineapple plantation, and learning all about Hawaii. Steve was an excellent and very knowledgeable tour guide. It was an awesome experience!

We went on the North Shore tour and Ken our driver was so friendly, funny and just all around amazing!!! He was so knowledgeable and took us to the best spots! We saw the beautiful temple, ate amazing shrimp and even got to see turtles!!! This tour was definitely the highlight of our trip and Ken even recognised us a few days later and took the time to take photos of us at Diamond Head when we weren’t even touring with him, which just speaks volumes to the helpfulness and friendliness of your staff! We can’t recommend this tour enough so thank you so much to you guys for making our trip so memorable!!!

My Aunt and I did the Manoa waterfall hike yesterday with Monique. The hike itself is spectacular, slippery in some parts so make sure you have adequate footwear (sneakers not flip flops/thongs). Also bring water and bug spray- Monique had some bug spray for us which was very handy.Monique was a fantastic guide, passionate, informative and such a pleasure to talk with. Monique is easily one of the best guides we’ve ever had alongside Ken who we did the Diamond Head hike with the day before.Very impressed with Oahu Nature Tours as a whole, from the pickup at our hotel to the hike and drop off back to our hotel the process was effortless. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Hiked Diamond Head with this tour company In April 2015 and it was so enjoyable because of our driver/tour guide. So knowledgeable and fun. It really was so much more fun with the guide than it would have been by ourselves. Wish we would have found them the first day of our vacation because I would have done every tour they offer!! Please use this amazing company for your Waikiki tour needs.

Very informative tour with a lot of different stops throughout the whole island with plenty of awesome photo opportunities and little nuggets of interesting information from our guide. The lunch included was delicious. Paul was our guide and he was simply fantastic. I would highly recommend asking for him to be your tour guide.

Aloha just completed the Jurasic park waterfall tour this mornimg thoroughly enjoyed it .glad more of a hike than a walk. Great landscape visually beautiful. I did the North Shore and Circle Island tour with Paul. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and has a wicked cool Boston accent. It was my first trip to Hawaii so I went on various tours but this one with Oahu nature tours was the highlight. As far as value, you get the best bang for your buck! You learn about the fauna and flora, whale and seal watching, cultural history, current activities on the island, as well as a celebrity houses tour snuck in between. Theres something for everyone, including an amazing lunch! We were all happily exhausted by the end of the day and as other posters have said, you do feel like a family. If youre going to take one your for the trip, Id recommend this one.

Took the #8A North Shore and Circle Island Adventure with Paul on December 28, 2015. It was an entertaining, informative, and relaxing tour. Paul was a great guide and the van was comfortable.Tried to book another tour with them, but it was too short notice and they were all sold out. Will definitely use them again next time were in Oahu.

Its the instructors who take the tour that really make the experience one to remember ! From their hospitality to their loving nature, I truly felt at home and beyond welcome. The performances given by the two instructors were beautiful as well as entertaining. Had A fantastic trip up diamond head with Levent as guide. His presentation was excellent with historical details. He took pictures and gave out a certificate of achievement as well. Nice size group. Well paced.

This tour is definitely not worth the amount of money spent. The tour guide did not stop at all the stops that he was supposed to. The food environment was the nastiest encounter I ever experienced. There were flies flying all around us. The food was cold and the pops were warm. This so-called waterfall looked like a water Spicket was turned on. Very disappointed. The tour guide was late to pick us up. But if I would’ve been late they would’ve only given me three minutes.I felt like I was robbed for my money and also robbed by missing out on one day of my vacation because this was an all day tour that was not worth it.

Diamond Head Adventure Tour.Justin Hahn was our tour guide, he was amazing. On time for the pickup, personable, knowledgeable (unbelievably, a human Google search engine)(a snapple bottle cap), and funny. Kept us laughing. He was aware of each of our hiking abilities and accommodating to each.The hike itself was easy for us. Beautiful views. Definitely recommend this company for your touring experience especially if the other tour guides are like Justin.

Exceptional tour around the island with a knowledgable and fun guide.We just did a military move to the island and did the ultimate island circle tour to get our bearings before house hunting. We went to 11 different places including beaches, landmarks, and a waterfall trail where we learned about Hawaiian culture and history as well as local plants and animals.This tour covered everything east of H2 (middle of the island). Pickup was in Waikiki and we traveled along the east coast north and back south from North shore hitting the Dole Plantation. There was a quick shrimp lunch in the north that was alright, nothing special.Excellent experience all around and was great to make friends with everyone on the bus. Highly recommend this tour to people interested in history, nature, and a locals tour.

We took the Ultimate Circle Island Tour and enjoyed it thoroughly. The tour is very well planned, covers beautiful locations and includes delicious Shrimp lunch and shaved ice (you may choose other lunch option). PE (Ka pua o ka lani?) is an excellent guide who made our tour more enjoyable, she really knows how to narrate mythology and history in a interesting way. Although this tour makes many small stops, we never felt heavily rushed. Highly recommended if you want to cover major Oahu spots in a day.

The knowledge of the staff was wonderful, and they were just like good friends or family by the time we had to reluctantly exit the bus! We were known as the Crazy Canadians, haha. we were the only ones on the tour, there were Aussies, Kentuckians etc,....... soo fun!! I loved the truly amazing scenery, also the tropical feeling we got while hiking! Id certainly recommend their tours, and we will with certainty, go again! I am a travel liaison. I work with different travel guides and tours nearly every week and I can honestly say that our experience with Oahu Nature Tours was incredible! Sage and Levant were some of the best guides Ive worked with ever!!On a personal note, because of some travel dilemmas I had gotten only a few hours of sleep the night before and was thrilled to see the enthusiasm that Sage had. It made all the difference! About half of our group did not speak English well (or at all) and Sage was incredibly patient and enthusiastic to help them learn about the nature of the Manoa Falls trail - even with the language barrier.I would give 6 stars if I could. Sage and Levant, you guys were awesome!!

Makaio was our tour guide for the Manoa Falls tour. He was an awesome tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the Hawaiian ways of life and of the tour itself. For example, there are stops along the tour where he pointed out various points of interested. He made sure everyone made it up and back down the trail without being hurt. This may not sound like a big deal, but when we started our tour it was raining pretty hard, so it made some of the trail slippery. But the views of the falls made the trip worth it. Great tour.

This was the very first tour I booked in Oahu to get my feet wet(literally) with all the sights and sounds of the island. The day is long; but there are so many beautiful things to see and do here- that it goes by with little to worry about.I cant rate Ken highly enough for information and fun provided. There was never a dull moment and we always had enough time to take everything in. I got a little too relaxed at Byodo-in and was late coming back to the bus- no worries with our guide. A little fun banter and on we went. He really went the extra mile to make sure we saw and did what we wanted at each location. (If youre in need of a tripod worry not! Im so upset, sad and disappointed as Julie forgot to put our name on pick up sheet. We were waiting in front of Marriot hotel for today tour at 11.30am - 11.45am.This morning around 7.30am I rang up to ask whether it is too late or not to book the tour and she said they have vacant seats for us and asked me to book online so I booked online and paid.As we were waiting around 11.40am there was no sign of the tour bus so I rang up only to be told that she forgot to put our name on the pick up sheet.From her point of view, okay its a mistake and all human being make mistakes and she did apologizeHowever it doesnt change the fact that becoz now is already 12.24pm as we were waiting outside Marriot hotel till 11.50am (she tried to call the bus driver to turn around and pick us up) but the driver is already in highway, now we stuck with no activities.We are couple from Sydney Australia and we were flying half way around the world to experience Hawaiian beautiful island. We have limited time here in Hawaii as we flying back to Sydney on Friday, 24th August18.Julie / Tracy, can you please send us the email confirmation of our full refund. We have PAID USD $141.36.We just feel very disappointed. Hawaii is not next door or next state from Sydney. In order to come to Hawaii, it is expensive and we travelled more than 10 hours to get here.ThanksShendy

My wife and I did the Manoa Falls and Diamond Head Hikes. Both were excellent for their own reasons.Manoa falls is located in a rainforest and there was a lot to see on the way to the falls. Our guide was knowledgeable enough and kept us safe on our journey. The falls themselves were awesome to look at. It was definitely a great experience.The Diamond Head hike was very dry and in full sun. The hike itself was okay, but what made it worthwhile was the extremely knowledgeable guide, Mandy. She was excellent! The big payoff for Diamond Head is the view from the top. It was simply breathtaking.

After reading the previous reviews (all negative) I had the urge to set the record straight.First - Guerilla marketing is a useful tool, but it works if it is not OBVIOUS that you work for a competitive company...I have been a guest of ONT for a couple of years now (every time I have the luck of visiting the island) and they never failed to deliver until this day.If you are interested in the natural beauty of Oahu, of nature and would like to learn about the islands in detail, than they are the company to go (yes, before anybody asks, I have tried several different tour companies).Travelling with them is like watching the NatGeo channel, just more fun since you are there in real life! Free water and hiking gear is a plus!One more thing. If you ever have the chance to take a tour that is led by Michael TAKE IT! You’ll have the chance to learn what’s better than watching NatGeo…Personally I think the waterfall adventures are the best, but that is subjective. Choose one that is according to your liking.

Booked the diamond head #1 sunrise hike. Bus came 30 minutes late and we only started the hike at sunrise and reached the summit well after. Very disappointed as we woke up extra early for it.
