Sent an email email with details, also called booking line multiple times and spoke with tour booking agent, no one able to assist or respond. Booked a Luau based on expectations set from luau vendor and booking agent, package received was NOT what we paid for, in regards to food, activities and other services. No communication prior to event that things changed... we purchased the high end package and received low end product. Entertainment by the performers was good. Little else was. Really disappointed.

It was an ok luau experience but definitely not worth the price. I gave it a 2 instead of a 1 because the staff was pretty nice, but the food was not good at all. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Ka Moana Luau provided by Hawaii Tour Experts. They picked me up from my hotel in plenty of time so I wouldn’t miss a beat, and they dropped me back off at my hotel in conclusion of the Luau. It was such an enjoyable experience and I highly recommend it!

Went to the ka’moana luau and was not satisfied with our purchase. Our tour bus was 35 min late and when we got there our seats were not what we paid for. We paid for celebrity seating which was a joke, there were cheaper seats sitting in the area that was we paid 75 more for. The drink line was 15 min wait each time and they would only let you get one drink at a time. Which were 4oz cups. The food was the biggest disappointment. Was cold and not much flavor. We have been to luau’s before and this was by far the worst one. The only good thing at this luau was the show was just ok. We will not be going back to the Ka’Moana at sea life park again.

Great deal and service for me and my family. I recieved a wonderful price for 4 of us to go on a Waikiki Segway tour, the Diamondhead Luau, and Extreme Parasailing. I saved a decent amount. I would definitely recommend their services.Thanks to Deztin for your helpfulness.

We had a good time visiting Pearl Harbor and some landmarks in Honolulu. The tour driver was very friendly and did a good job of detailing the trip and what we were looking at, as well as the history of the island.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I sat through the presentation and got discounted luau tickets for the following week. Due to Covid everything was canceled. I purchased the first week on March. Tomorrow is September 1st and I have not been refunded! After disputing the charge, someone from the company called me 2-3 weeks ago and promised a refund within 3-4 days. Still nothing. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone. Of course the island shutting down isn’t their fault (which is why I’ve been extremely patient) but it has been almost 6 months now and I have no tickets and no refund. Do not recommend

Tour was oversold & under delivered. We did the island circle tour. There are 2 one with snorkelling & one with mountain pass. We chose the mountain one. But it turns out the pass has been closed for months. We were merged with the other tour who didn’t get to snorkel due to heavy rain the night before. I feel this should have been communicated before we got on the bus. The bus seats are narrow so not great for longer legs. We were told we would go to see the shrimp trucks, but in the end we went to a place with just 1 truck. Tour was ok. We learned a lot but it didn’t match our expectations.

Got a fishing charter through them, was on time to wait for our ride that was suppose to pick us up. They didnt show. Got a call from the captain who ended up picking us up..late. Captain asked what we wanted to do but recommended against it because the weather and swells were so bad. He should have cancelled the charter if the weather was bad not taken us out anyway just for the money. Basically paid a ton of money to catch little fish you could catch from the shore. He took us back early no one would compensate us for the time that was missed on their behalf. Horrible experience. If you do get something and they mess up on their side dont expect them to try and fix the problem.

Just came back from the island of Oahu. Went on vacation for my friend’s birthday, and had an unbelievable time. We booked a cocktail cruise, luau,and shark cage diving through Hawaii Tour Experts. We dealt with an employee named Kevin...he was extremely knowledgable and patient when guiding us through activities. All the activities were super fun and hassle free. We definitely recommend Hawaii Tour Experts for all your Oahu excursions. Hope to visit again soon!

My family and I just visited Oahu for the first time and booked through Hawaii Tour Experts. We decided to do the Aloha City Tour, and it was really fun. Our tour guide was cool, however I wish we visited a couple more landmarks. Other than that our experience was fantastic.

Experience started out great, we did business with a man named Matt Hill, the deal was great, and then he told us that if both couples showed up to the presentation the deal would be even better, a whopping $70 better in fact... when we showed up to the presentation we didn’t get the second couple deal. The lady even called and Matt stated we must’ve misunderstood what he was offering. (No one in my group heard anything different from what I heard) Matt refused to honor the deal and instead gave us credit for a $20 box of macadamia nuts... our trip turned out great, although some of the things such as meals available which were garunteed by Matt himself were not available. The poor experience with the booking agent really overshadowed the experience as a whole! I would never recommend this man or business to anyone...

Beware! They are trying to sell you something and while the discounts seem deep they are not! We were lied to and misled - very manipulative. Their presentation lasts 90 minutes plus another 60 minutes while they pressure you and use every tactic they can think of. You must agree to the time, disclose your income and give an arm for that oh so delicious breakfast and supposed discount. They have changed names SEVERAL times to avoid negative reviews.Save yourself and stay away!!

If you need a job they got you, unless otherwise. They do actually produce what they offer.

Swimming with the dolphins was a once in a lifetime experience. You get so close to them its stunning. Im so thankful Kevin recommended it!
