I was on the phone waiting for 1hr from 10:19am to recently 11:20am. It said You are number 1 in the Que it then said the mailbox you are trying to reach is full and hung up. Do you know how irritating that is? Now I called back 11:20am and it says experiencing high volume of call again. Same thing again get to number 1 on the Que and it rings and says the mailbox you have reached is full hung up. 2nd time I took a picture of how long I have waited and then it just hung up. 2hrs.

Very nice and helpful, they answered right away and helped me with my benefits because of COVID and my pregnancy, I am very thankful to them, they deserve a wonderful raise!

So thankful I got help here so I could eat and not starve since my hearing disability was keeping me from getting a decent job. Fast and efficient service who were very patient with my bad hearing. Thank you!

Dont press 4 because iv been on hold for about 55 mins so i went down there to talk to them got to see my worker and everything done and i was still on hold on my phone so i ask my worker if that was the right number and she giggles. Thanks for the help better phone service would be nice not a fan of wasting time.

Very lax, & very nice people who work there. Sooooo different from LA, & youre in & out really quick too, unlike in LA where you need to pack a lunch, bring something to do, & bring extra chargers.......& LOTS of patience!

I went to get Food Stamps and it was amazing!!!! I got food stamps... They didnt give me financial assistance because I receive SSI for my children from my wifes death benefits... Like child support but she is only depositing the money in spirit. I understand that if I went out there and wrestled down that 9 to 5er or that 5 to niner that I would be Mr. Smashin Finer and would no longer be Mr. Dash n Diner..
