When I was a client/resident I was told to bring in document after document after document at which I complied, I even found employment while there,but being that my job causes me to be late a few times per week I was penalized for returning after curfew. Eventually it got so bad that I was forced to leave without ever having been serviced. Im not sure if a certain staff member/case manager didnt like me but she would always seem to have it in for me. Other clients were taken care of expeditiously while others have made it their home residing there for a year or more

Not a bad place to go if you are homeless and on the street staff is caring and kind and go out of there way to help you.

Its better than living on the streets and safe.

I was told I could recieve mail there but when I called they told me this is a business! I wonder what line of business they are in? Certainly didnt give the impression that they wanted to help annoying but themselves. I really hope this is all a big mistake and misunderstanding on my part. Because of Im not wrong they are bad....just plain not good. And if they are the one that are supposed to help people...what can I expect from agencies that have no philanthropic directives? Makes me wonder...

Its ok in comparison to nowhere to go. A lot of things arent what they claim but all in all its not so bad. Could be better, and we all know could be worse. I just want housing!

Helpful staff

Best place to help get back on your feet. Service, food, and showers are excellent! Staff and workers friendly and kind. Recommend for homeless people who are serious about housing.

They help people get off the streets and they provide great service when needed

It was totally cool how they had used Matson containers and turn it into rooms. Also just recently they had just finish building our bathrooms which are made also from the Matsons container. The staff we have here are the coolest. Always happy and always have a smile on there face. I liked it a lot in the beginning but after awhile I got bored.

Hot location aware it is a shelter for displaced and homless individuals and families allowed a container style unit and have assistance from asigned social worker to find Permanente housing

Btw bathrooms r very disposable n wrong design Arthur n not safe on floor skip few clients getting injury n police crime of D.V as the staff does their best for client in stay in safe n faith in the GOD. ano judgent

Awesome place where those who are in need for shelter and a chance to get stabled . Its a safe enviornment and it gives individuals a sense to call home. The staff here are GREAT and have shown COMPASSION and ALOHA to who are in need. I know this first hand being that im a fairly new resident here at HALE MAULIOLA. MAHALO TO THE STAFF AND CASE MANAGERS FOR THE HELPING HANDS.MAY THE GOOD LORD BLESS U ALL ABUDANTLY.
