But Audrey stayed patient with me, always stayed in contact, and eventually knew exactly what I wanted. Now I’m in the perfect home, thanks to her and all her hard work!She really goes above and beyond for her clients. Her communication is exceptional and she is so knowledgeable. Buying a home for the first time is stressful, but she was there every step of the way to explain everything to me. As a first time homebuyer I did not know what I was getting myself into, and to be totally honest If Audrey and the team she assembled did not do such a fantastic job of helping me understand each step in the process- all while moving at a fast pace and even closing early- I probably would have waited and put off pulling the trigger to finally own a home. Throughout the whole experience, Audrey had excellent communication, was extremely responsive, and was incredibly patient as I thought through all the decisions. Any questions I had, she either would have the answer right away, or would get back to me before the day was over with the correct information.

Dealt with a lying, threatening and nasty agent from this company. I actually contacted the corporate headquarters about his conduct detailed in emails. No response. Definitely indicative of the way they operate. Luckily I hadn’t signed with them, but I would not recommend doing business with them to anyone.
