I just went through his 4-day Weekend Course and it was worth every penny. Actually, I think this course is underpriced for what you get!Michael teaches you everything from start to finish on how to successfully flip in the local area. As a former student of his, I now have access to his network of professionals that he uses for all of his projects, which will further accelerate my future flips!Before this course, I was doing random things I read in books or online, but I still felt completely and utterly lost. After taking this course, I now have the knowledge and confidence in order to get started on the right foot.His hands-on exercises are actionable steps in the real-world that will directly translate into your first deal. Not some make-believe scenario thats done out of some workbook.Not only does he teach how to flip here, but also teaches how to transition into a more long-term, passive income style of investing in order to achieve true financial independence.Theres so much more I would like to say, but I dont think I can fit it all.

Not only that he talks the talk he is actually walking the walk and he can prove it! He is not some mainland guy coming here to teach and then leaving us behind. NO! He is local, living here with his family and ACTIVELY doing this as I type this review. What I really like about his mentor course is that he keeps it small so there is that personal one-on-one connection with Michael.Theres also different options to take his course. I opted to take the weekday courses which ran Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Each day averaging about 10 hours. And let me tell you, there was no ounce of boredom in me. Everything he taught me got me more excited as the course progressed! I honestly wished that the course went longer! But I know Michael really cares for his students and wants us to succeed and now its my time to make it happen! Like any education you get, you go to school and graduate and make things happen.
