Just moved to Hawaii. After a few search I found my favorite. John and his wife are awesome.. they do a great job. Very detailed with what you want, easy to make an appointment and what I love the most is that whatever price they quote me for is what they charge me. No hidden extra fees later on like many places Ive been in . You wont be disappointed!! They are the best 💗

In August 2018 I visited Hawaii, I came here to get my nails done and I have never had a better pedicure. I still think about it. (like now, almost 3 years later)I got square shape with white paint. I wanted my feet to look like Rihannas - they did, maybe even better in my humble opinion.I am from Aotearoa - Hope I can come back one day and visit you again.

I was a walk-in for a pedicure and eyebrow wax and they fit me in right away. Staff was friendly and they did a great job! They have signs up that say cash only, but they do accept cards, there is just a service fee if you choose to pay that way!

This place is fantastic!! Extremely friendly and welcoming, clean, professional, great prices and fabulous nails. They honor appointments and take walk ins if possible, but don’t rush on current customers. They really have great attention to detail and ensure customers are comfortable and satisfied. Go here!!! It’s the best.

Excellent prompt walk in service. John and his wife K were so warm and welcoming. Based on the reviews I knew I had to get my pedicure here. The view overlooking the palm trees was really soothing. Highly recommend them for a mani, pedi and brows. My skin is very sensitive and K did an excellent job!

Dont be scared of the sketchy building. Ive been going for awhile and its perfectly safe. Lol. Amazing prices. $30 for gel. Where can you get that in Waikiki?? Nowhere. Added bonuses: they are nice people and do a great job.

So relaxing! Got the Pedicure Deluxe, for only a little more than the regular; and the experience was quite luxurious (note: this is only my 2nd pedicure ever) The staff worked expertly, true artisans...I respect anyone in a service position and they brought that to another level. Best part? I got to hang out on the balcony when I was done to enjoy the view!

I had an amazing experience at Nail Zone salon! The staff is very friendly, professional! I live close by and I’m so happy I found them! It’s so hard to find a good nails salon, Van did an amazing job with my pedicure and manicure! I’m beyond happy with her work. I will never go back to any other salon! This is going to be my only place for my nails! They had a lot of patience because I brought my two years old with me! Everyone was nice to her and it means the world to me! Best nails salon and God knows I tried all of them in Honolulu! Thanks again to the staff!

Good salon over all, especially if youre looking for SNS/powder in Hawaii (hard to find due to import). It was a little sketch getting to, but the staff is friendly. Their SNS topcoat had dried up, so they ended up doing UV on the top. Turned out to be the best manicure Ive had yet! She completely understood what I meant by the shape too. Pedicure is standard. Dont expect anything fancy--just a local joint with charm!

I came here to fix a nail that had broken from a manicure earlier during my vacation. John was quick to help, charismatic, and thorough. His wife did a beautiful snowflake design and they were both so detailed and made sure my nails looked incredible. I wish I lived here so this could be my go to salon! Thank you! John was great and punctual and very professional and friendly. He has a team of talented nail artists and they can paint just about anything. The building looks like an old apartment building. I was confused and got lost but eventually found it. Go up to the sixth floor and they are there. I highly recommend them!

We found this nail salon on Google and Yelp and after reading the reviews, decided to give it a shot. My friend wanted her nails redone since she broke one and I decided to gift her sister a mani-pedi for her birthday. Some of the reviews left us skeptical but the only way to really see how a place is, is to personally go there. We called early in the day to make a reservation around lunch time and they were accommodating. Instructions on how to get to the salon were sent via text and were detailed and easy to follow.The walk was not far from the Outrigger, around a 7 minute walk (the crowd and the crosswalk light will slow you down the most, really). The blue building on Seaside does not look the best, especially with the dark interior. But it is hiding a gem of a nail salon with wonderfully talented nail artists!Im not one to get mani-pedis, so a lot of this information is from my friend, who frequently goes to nail salons back in Tennessee. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work done by the artists. My friend chose a gel nail art design in a magazine and the artist was able to recreate the design perfectly without an issue. She put in so much fine detail on each nail and made it look more beautiful than the magazine!Her sister enjoyed the nail art and massages. There was a good selection of affordable nail art to choose from, and care was taken to retain the quality of the nails over time. Perfect for her since she works jobs that would degrade regular polish!This place is the real deal and worth the price!

Very very nice people! Great prices and I loved the time he took to file the nails into the exact shape I wanted. I would highly recommend this place. If I lived here, this would definitely be my go to!! Don’t be afraid of the location, it’s so nice and clean inside their business!

First time in Hawaii, we went here our first day. Everyone here was so friendly and they did an amazing job! The main guy was awesome! He was super funny and told us about the area and places to go.Don’t let the building discourage you, it’s an old run down building but these people know what they are doing. My nails look amazing!!! They even painted little whales on my toes. The price was also great and not a single chip for the whole trip!

The staff here is amazing. A quick last minute appointment which they were able to squeeze us in and was in constant communication to helps us locate the shop. I will recommend anyone who in the Waikiki area to stop through. We parked at the International Market Place in the event you are looking for parking.

I honestly dont ever remember having this much fun at a nail salon. The owner, John speaks five languages and has many interesting stories from his varied career and multiple travels. Everyone there seems to be having a good time all while keeping very busy. Also, my nails lasted longer than ever before (I never can keep my paint on for even 48 hours - these only started chipping a little after five days). I highly recommend a visit to this spot. Heads up that its upstairs - you can get in by going into the lobby and going up the elevator, and then walking along the hallway.

Broke a nail on vacation, found Nail Zone close to our hotel with great reviews. Walked in, expected to be charged a lot since its Waikiki, but $30 for gel manicure + $5 to repair my broken nail with acrylic, pretty reasonable given how lovely a job they did!

Very nice shop owners and accomodating. It is not set up like most shops that one is used to but they did a great job on a French no chip. They have all sorts of colorful nail colors and designs. If I ever were in the area again I would definitely be back.

I had a great experience here today! The service was fantastic and the shop was very clean. They even free-handed a hibiscus on my finger. Very happy!

Dont get discouraged by the location. Although it is tucked away in an building that looks like an old hotel, it is a clean salon to go to. The staff is incredibly friendly, they made me feel welcome right away. The service is incredible. The nail art is all by hand and beautifully done. The prices are very good, especially for Waikiki. While staying in Hawaii I wanted to have a pedicure and manicure and I wasnt sure where to go, I did a google search and found this place with good reviews and It didnt disappoint me. I couldnt find the salon in the street and rang they came downstairs and got me. I had the most beautiful lady doing my nails - so friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. I love my nails. The location is modest—some reviews have described the building as sketchy—but this was a great place for a reasonably priced pedicure done by friendly and professional people. I’m glad I went to this small family business instead of giving my dollars to some overpriced chain spa!

Needed my manicure refreshed before heading home after a 12 day trip in Hawaii. Walked in and was immediately greeted! Everyone that works here is so polite and made me feel welcome! Don’t be fooled by the older building where the salon is located!

My friends and I were highly impressed by the excellent service, quality and price. The staff were meticulous and gentle and had outstanding attention to detail. They were friendly and accommodating and provided my friends and I with good local information.The shop is located on level 6 of the seaside commercial centre (blue building). The shop number is 605. Take the lift up and knock on the door and you will be met by welcoming staff members.This is a hidden gem and highly would recommend it to anyone who would like excellent service and good value for money.

5 stars for service, friendliness and quality of work. I absolutely loved Tammy! It’s location is interesting (upstairs in an old building, but being from SF area, I’m used to it). The owner texted me a map to my iphone and even had a person meet me at the bottom of the building at my appointment time. This is not a day spa, but I loved the treatment I received. I would definitely return!

Desperately wanted to get my dip powder off my nails, as it was bothering the heck out of me. This place was open and accepted me right away as a walk-in. They charge $15 plus tax to get the powder off and it was no hassle! Would highly recommend this place if you’re on vacation in the Waikiki area and need to get your nails done in a pinch!

Did a great job, nails are still good over a week later. A little bit hard to find the building. Everyone was lovely and they take their time and dont rush. Was impressed with the job they did.

Van did an amazing job! She was so nice, even asked me how I wanted my toes clipped. The foot and leg massage were wonderful and she did such a great job on my toes. Its been over two weeks and the polish looks like it was just done. I even walked on the beach the day after I had them done! Best pedicure for the price, by far! The entire staff were extremely nice too. Apparently they are great at nail art, but I just had regular polish done. The salon doesnt have a store front so I almost missed it; its on the 6th floor. The building is a bit sketchy and old, but the salon seemed very clean. If I ever travel back to Waikiki, I will definitely go back!!

Nail Zone was a life saver for me. We traveled to Waikiki last minute for a family emergency. I found Nail Zone on Google and they fit us in for an appointment. The girls working there were extremely nice and knew what they were doing. They shaped my nails exactly how I asked and my daughter got a beautiful full set. I will recommend this shop to anyone who asks. And we will go back any time we return to the island. Thank you, Nail Zone!!!

It’s not a spa environment, but like I said...the staff is SO accommodating and friendly. They even had someone wait downstairs for me to make sure I could find them ok. So thoughtful. Also - this is where the locals go so you know they do a fantastic job. Pricing is half what I would’ve paid at our resort.

Wanted a fast and cheap manicure and got more than I was expecting. The technicians were very friendly and took pride in their work, they did a very good job for the price. The location isnt particularly ritzy but I recommend it anyway!

Had a pedicure and Gel nail manicure. Great value, friendly professional service, even charged my iPhone while I was there. It is located in an apartment building but don’t let that put you off, they could not have been more helpful and 1/2 the price of the resort.

The older lady that did my nails was lovely, & very helpful. But the man (the owner) was a complete jerk! From the minute I got there he was trying to get me to spend more money, saying because I’d already spent money coming all the way from NZ, I should spend that extra bit more otherwise it wouldn’t be as great an experience. Rather than letting me enjoy the experience with the lady doing my nails, he sat right next to us, butted into our conversations & talked down to me like I was an idiot. I was going to get the pedicure as well, but because of his attitude I decided not to spend another cent there! The lady was great & the place was clean, but as long as that guy’s hanging around, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!

We were in town for my sisters wedding and four of us needed mani pedis. They were able to schedule us all at the same time and were ready for us when we got there. The entire staff was beyond nice and very professional. We had such a fun time there and our nails looked great. They had SO many options for gel polish and were very helpful &patient with picking out colors. Prices were great especially for being in Honolulu! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my nails done.

Dropped into this place while on vacation to get my powder dip redone and they did an immaculate job. They are also very reasonably priced.

The best manicure/gel nails Ive ever had. They lasted for 1 month and they remained perfectly throughout. Venue is a bit different but it is worth going to, just off the Main Street.

They do great pedicures. Very professional.

This is THE place in the island to get ur nails done. Ive got them done everywhere in Oahu, until my niece took me here.. definitely the best one. Cheap and pro!!! This guys work with Japanese customers all day every day, they know how to please the most picky!!! I recommend it 100%, manicure, pedicure, gel, acrylic..whatever you want, the best!!!!

Language barrier.....guy had an attitude. I asked for shellac mani pedi on hands and feet over the phone and in person, but he misunderstood and tried to get an attitude. I said if its an issue, I can leave but then he said that here people only get shellac on nails.... well I told him where Im from, I get shellac on my nails and toes....he was a bit apprehensive and argumentative but I quickly calmed him down :-)

I am here in Hawaii visiting and desperately needed a mani/pedi. Normally I dread going to nail salons on vacation because I’ve had bad experiences with overpriced tourist traps in the past. This place is not that. As other reviewers has said, do not judge it based on the outside/building.The salon is on the smaller side, tools were clean, and they used gloves.The prices were fair and I received one of the best mani/pedis I’ve had. They took their time, did not rush through it, and did a quality job. They were very meticulous on applying the polish which I loved and appreciated. I also did not want the foot massage during the pedicure to end... maybe because I am used to the 30 second slapping on of lotion in many other places, but they seriously again took their time and did a great massage. The staff was very friendly as well. If I had this place back home I would definitely become a regular!

I was visiting from North Carolina and needed my nail painted for a photo shoot. This place was awesome...clean, fast and they did such detailed work. They are on the 6th floor in an office building. I would recommend this to anyone!

I honestly cant say I have had better service and I have been to plenty salons. Great pricing, too! We will be coming back here whenever we visit. 😊

O M G! What can I say? I have visited this salon on my annual trip to Hawaii every year for the past 12 years and I never cease to be amazed by the talents of Kay who does all the nail art.The staff here are so nice and friendly and I am always welcomed like family.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Nail Zone for all your pedi, mani or infill needs.

Van and Coco are the sweetest and my nails were fabulous! I wish I lived here, so I could see their kind smiles more often.

They do a good job on your nails. This is not a place for the ambiance and its a tight space. Watch out for the outlet on the ground if youre sitting at the second nail station. It was quite busy, they were booked a few days in advance.

The only guy who was there had a bad attitude toward customers and his coworkers. Although I spent over $ 200, he hurt my feeling and I will never come back here because of him.

Best place to get your nails done. My artificial nails came out so nice and i have had my share of bad nail jobs but this place is the best of the best. All the nail technicians are japanese so they know what they are doing.

The salon is a little tricky to find if you don’t know where to look — it’s tucked away on the 6th floor of the building. The ambiance isn’t as posh as some of the more touristy spots, however the prices are much more reasonable (~$40 for mani/pedi as opposed to ~$80 at other salons in the area.) The nail technicians are extremely sweet & professional, especially Yuki, who was very gentle & detail-oriented. Great spot for an affordable mani/pedi if you’re in the area!

Great service and neat and clean polish. Artwork is greatttttttttt, i uploaded a pic so you guys can check it out. Mine is the black polish with the flower art. The art was hand drawn by the way and she got both hands looking the same. My pedicure was awesome very relaxing and my feet came out looking spectacular. They love there job! The best place I have ever went to for pedi. First time writing a review for anything but I felt I should take the time to write one because they deserve it! Although I feel like they loose business because of the location cause its hard to find but cool for me cause I could get a pedi or mani when I want! Terrible job! Nails are too fat and different lengths from the other hand missing acrylic spots. For $57...NEVER AGAIN! You not do nails if you cant see. Tip: $0 I didnt even want to pay.

Loved my visit to Nail Zone. Had gel mani and spa pedi. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my nails each step of the way. Yuki did beautiful hibiscus flower designs on my fingers and matched them on my toes. Very friendly and considerate.
