I started going here after i kept getting a rush job from my other nail lady ..Im very glad I meet Jessica She is very good at what she does . She takes her time to make sure theyre done right and thats hard to find these days I know time is money & I know they have to get as many clients in to make their money for the day .. she makes sure she does an excellent job! she even gives shoulder and neck massage ..So if u can stop in ask for Jessica she gets 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 OH and my 2 nails where broke & I didnt want to lose them because they cracked very low so Jessica put COCO Gel on them (not Nail extensions) & can see were they were broken ? I no. WOW! 1st I ever seen this

My nails were sloppy, uneven, and all over looked like I did them myself. I’m not trying to speak I’ll of the establishment but I won’t be coming back again.

The worst service. First I made an appointment to ensure I don’t receive subpar, rushed service. But that’s exactly what I got. The lady sat me down reminding me she already has “a 1:30” appointment so we better get going. I asked my nails to be squared & my thumb nails to be rounded. They ALL ENDED UP SLANDED & CROOKED. The gel on my right ring finger wasn’t even completely taken off. My friend, who met me there, took a look at the shape of my nails & said “OMG! They’re horrible! Did she even file them?” I ended up & finishing my nails at home.

I love this place! I normally come here to do my nails and am always very content with them! They are fast and efficient and offer a pretty standard price for a full acrylic set.

Amazing place! Go there and YOU will NOT be disappointed!!! I like to go to a salon for a spa experience. This is just the place. They do exactly what you ask. There is NOT a push for upcharges. I would ask for T, Jessica or Chi. All are amazing and try hard to make you happy with your spa experience.

We had an amazing time at The Nailery. Ive been to many nail salons and this was the besr. The facilities are top notch, clean, relaxing. The staff very friendly, professional and skilled. Do not believe negative feedback, Dexter would not have high profile clientele if he didnt provide 5* consistent service. My friends were all super pleased with the level of care we received and will be returning as faithful clients

They do a pretty good job but for the price, I would expect better customer service. You dont really get spoken to unless you are part of a beauty pageant or fashion show. Ill try it again because maybe the owner was focused on the fashion show going on that week.

Ive always had a difficult time keeping my nails from breaking and the paint from chipping. Then I met Dexter Do through the Nailerys sponsorship of the Miss Hawaii USA pageants. I had Dexter apply a gel polish for a special event in March and his expert application lasted a month. I received so many compliments and have been back every month since then. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service and a friendly environment dedicated to making clients look and feel amazing!

The staff is all about detail.Detail in there nail skills is apparent at every step. They are pros. I have had my nails done around the world. The Nailery Beauty is one of the very best for a manicure, pedicure and get nails. You will not be sorry if you choose this nail salon.

I was in over the weekend and had a very disappointing experience. I had been once before for a gel fill in and it was great, so I came back expecting the same service. Unfortunately that wasnt the case. The woman who was managing that day greeted me and wasnt particularly welcoming. I asked how much to remove the gel set and get a basic manicure with gel polish. She said $38. I waited 30 minutes for my turn, which was fine - I was a walk-in, no big deal. But when it was my turn, my technician was clearly in a hurry with zero interest in listening to what I was requesting. She was running all over trying to get the supplies. While my gel set was soaking off, she gave me an arm massage, but never once put any lotion on my hands. She asked if I wanted to keep the length of my nails and I said yes, but then she proceeded to file them down anyway, and very badly at that. They were uneven so I asked her to fix it and she only made it worse. At this point, I nearly offered to take the file and do it myself, but I was ready to just get it over with. In the middle of all of this, the manager came out and loudly berated all of the ladies in front of all the customers about putting towels in the warmer. Definitely didnt make for a relaxing environment. Then came time for the polish, which like everything else was rushed and poorly done. When it was time to pay, she tried to charge $5 more than what I was quoted, until I asked her to check with the manager. Basically, I paid nearly $50 (after a $5 tip) for a manicure I couldve done better myself at home (and I did have to fix it at home). I wont be back, which is unfortunate because after my first visit I was ready to go there regularly.

Dexter always takes care of me. His team is always available and they often accept walk-ins to the salon.A month ago, we also had my pre-wedding shenanigans here and the team shut down the location so that we could enjoy ourselves! The 10 of us took over the entire salon.If you live in Honolulu, you know how difficult it is to find parking at so many salons. None of that here since they share a parking lot with other small businesses. There is always parking here!Visitors love it here too because they even does massages and reflexology! Best prices around!Super clean location! Great staff and of course the award winning Dexter Doo!

Ive had my nails done by Owner Dexter Do and wife Moon for over 10 years. I always get a mani  pedi done at his shop as well as other services and they do a great job. They have the best recommendations and always make me feel good.  I like bringing in friends to get their nails done. I love how they make me feel welcome. They have great service with a friendly staff. Walk-ins are welcome and are quick. I thank the staff at The Naliery for always taking care of me!
