Great service, mani -pedis. Recommend gel polish pedicure. Great for in Hawaii polish doesnt dull in sand and salt water. Lasts a few weeks.

Best baked manapua in town. About $1.90 a piece but they have a good variety and theyre tasty. A dozen regular charsiu is my go to for party finger food.I did notice they had a pupu tray for $70ish so might try that next time.

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Kaimuki, located a short distance from Coffee Talk and between Noods and Azteca Mexican restaurant. From looking at the front of the shop, it is deceptively small but there are many lounge/massage chairs available as well as rooms in the back for facials, eyelash extensions, massages, etc. The staff does everything you need done from your head to your toes. They are professional and do a great job. I’ve been frequenting this salon for many years and have never gotten bad service, from eyebrow sculpting, eyelash extensions, pedicures, gel and acrylic nails. Reservations are taken by phone or by using their website and walk-ins are also welcome.

Long Review - Do not recommend for special occasionsI booked an appointment for 2 Mani/Pedi and a Facial to celebrate my grandmothers birthday. We told Lillian that it was a surprise and the plan was to do my grandmothers facial first and then our mani/pedi after.We were running late due to our brunch at Farmhouse Cafe and called Head To Toe to notify them. Lillian answered the phone and said that she had a 1pm facial. We arrived 20 minutes behind schedule and the salon was empty. With a Lei around her neck everyone knew that the special guest had arrived for her special day. We were told that my grandmother could not do her facial because it takes an hour. The facial menu has other options available for shorter times that were not even offered as a substitute that would have satisfied my grandmother.Lillian finally said that she has 3:30pm open and we could do our mani/pedi first and the facial at 3:30pm, ok, problem solved right?The mani/pedi with the added massage was good and things seemed to be going well. That was until at the end when we were drying our nails, 1 lady tells my grandmother that she can pay cash. Seriously?! You know shes my special guest and its her birthday! After our nails were dried, 2 other workers were at the front desk calculating how much we had to pay and knowing that Im paying and its my grandmothers birthday they show her the paper too! Im getting upset at this point as this business clearly does not listen or pay attention to someone being treated on their birthday. I had to tell them that I needed a price with the facial so Im not paying for 2 separate transactions.Lillian walks out from the back and says the price out loud for everyone to hear. Then she does a face palm realizing that she said what she should not have said. Do you see a pattern here?Finally, at the counter where you pay there is big sign in a frame that says CASH ONLY. Not realizing that its cash only Im now scrambling on where I can take money out of the nearest ATM. We leave to get money and come back and Lillian says you can pay by cc. SERIOUSLY!? Im pregnant and stressed over how this place kept forgetting its my grandmothers birthday and saying/showing the price.Extremely disappointed with the overall experience at Head to Toe Spa. We will never patronize this business again.

I really am not one to write poor reviews, especially for businesses during a pandemic, but I am so upset.I went in to get my bushy eyebrows tidied up and left with barely any eyebrows left. Every time I look in the mirror I cry. Now, I have spent $20 on bad eyebrows. Another $20 on makeup to hide it for 6 months. And Im going to spend $80 on getting a henna tint to cover it up.I used to have thick eyebrows, and now the ends of my eyebrows are only 2 hairs thick. AND the eyebrows are totally different shapes and different widths.I am devastated and embarrassed to leave my house. I should have just plucked them myself. Dont go here.

Will not be going back. Got charged $200+ for 2 spa mani and pedis and 2 facials. Got both the basic ones but charged me for the deluxe. Also would not recommend the facial, was not worth the price at all! Felt like she didn’t really do much besides rub different moisturizers on my face and some steam that was basically it. Also workers and owner talking and laughing in their language made me feel uncomfortable. Don’t recommend for anyone to go there to be honest, Way over priced for low quality work and charged extra when that’s what I didn’t want to begin with 🤷🏽‍♀️ -1/10

Went there today to do a full face wax. i booked an appointment for a specific person because my friend had recommended the place and had a good experience so i was looking forward to get the same treatment. as soon as i got there they told me to follow the lady to the room. they didnt check my temperature or had me log-in a booklet and they didnt follow the Covid guideline with the questionaires. the lady that did my face wax didnt even introduce herself so i had no clue if she was the one i requested for. they did my full face wax and trimmed my brows, the lady told me that i shouldnt trim the ends of my brows because theyre too thin i had told her that i am going for a pointed short brow look but i dont think she understood what i meant, after she fixed my brows it literally did little to no difference. the inner brow is still messy and uneven. the full face wax had literally peeled my cheeks off. i have wounds on my cheeks and nose now that i cant even wash my face properly it stings so much. it was bleeding a little bit after i took off... i dont know what happened today but that experience was just not worth it.

The owner was very nice. The place is nearly renovated and very pretty. They did a great foot/ leg massage and nice nails. Even did a little nail art.

They make booking online fun and offer specials and coupons. I purchased several gift certificates for my friends and family. Lillian is very professional and yet casual and loves all kinds of people. She loves laughter and tries her best to accommodate and embrace peoples lifestyle. She works very hard to improve her status quo. I had the privilege to see her from the very beginning as she started her shop on 12th Ave. Soon after, she extended her shop and offered irate customers (special one time only) free flex footology therapy. She contributes to society. ❤️❤️❤️🌈
