My nails literally CRUMBLED within 12 hours of getting my acrylic set here with gel polish. They were very unprofessional and didn’t listen to me AT ALL. Don’t waste your money! This place is a joke!

Consistently does a bad job on nails and left wax and cotton and a bunch of hair on my legs! Went and complained and the owner refused to give me any sort of refund (full or partial) because she didnt like that I wrote a negative review and didnt think she did anything wrong. She claimed that my uneven brows, patchy hair on my upper lip, and the scattered hair on my legs was all fine and that they did their job. When I asked her if she thought it was fair for me to have paid full price on a service that was half done, she kept insisting that they had done nothing wrong and that I could do whatever I wanted because she wasnt giving me my money back. Wow, really?

Love this nail salon!! I went to two different places before finding Mylies. I dont go any where else now. Their prices are a bit higher but you pay for quality and thats what you get here. Cindy and Mylie both do my solar nails and they last for quite a long time (2+ weeks). I also love the deluxe spa pedicure. I treat myself to this about every 4-6 weeks. I even have my mother coming here and enjoying the experience.

Mimi is very detailed and takes pride in her work. My daughter and I finally found a nail shop on O’ahu that we love. Everyone is nice and professional.Thi is our new nail tech!
