I worked out of The Hub for a month and had a great experience doing so. We required a 24-hr co-working space and this is the only one we found in Oahu. I am so grateful that, in addition to this necessity, they also had monitors available to borrow everyday, and a sound proof booth for my partner. They are conveniently located across from Whole Foods and a few other open-early places which was key considering I was having lunch at 7am. Thanks to our super-nice and accommodating hosts Joshua and Nam and the rest of the Hub team for making our “remote” work stay in HI a pleasant one!
Great local,ammendities 👍
Not just a place to set up at work oh, but a community of supportive professionals. They make coming to work a joy!
In love with this place! I only wish that I could stay in the island a little longer. Will definitely miss everything this place has to offer. If your ever in Kakaako, you should definitely check it out...you might just meet some of the most awesome ppl in the world! Additionally, Impact Hub has a really great space for everyone specially for startups in Honolulu.
Impact Hub Honolulu is a great place to work at a convenient location full of inspiring and kind people. If you want to be part of a community as you freelance or build your business, then Impact hub is a great place to be. This is a really large space and I did find that it was helpful to increase my productivity and to work late nights. I really enjoyed the location and biking to and back from impact Hub. There is a bike station outside and it is just a 5 minute walk to Ala Moana Beach where you can rest for lunch or catch the sunset at night. I really miss the people and being around so many interesting people as I grow my small business. I think you will enjoy! - Chris
Impact Hub Honolulu is a really fun place to work. What I like best about this coworking space is:1) It is literally right across the street from a brand new Whole Foods so if you are trying to eat healthy it cannot get any easier than this. In addition, the general neighborhood itself is super-convenient. It is within walking distance of the Ala Moana Shopping Mall (the largest outdoor mall in the US), the beach, and just about anything else you need2) The community here is very warm, friendly, and inclusive. People are super nice and very welcoming3) Coming from the mainland it is fun to see things like surfboards next to the copy machinesImpact Hub Honolulu is a great place!
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE with the managers of this place. Read all the fine print before you sign up! (it will take all night to read)They can terminate your membership “for no reason” and “with no warning”. He flat out lied to my face and made false statements. My membership was terminated based on invalid statements. That I was asked to remove a bag of teas on the fridge, but didn’t comply. I have proof stating that that’s not how the communication went down (see photo). They don’t give a warning before they terminate you because their fine print says they don’t have to.
Practical and in a great location.
Great and huge CoWorking Space. Friendly Staff and a lot People from all over the world. Free Coffee and Free Beer ;)
This coworking hub is coming together nicely! Plenty of room to work and play, with a wide variety of spaces to suit any need — desks, couches, beanbags, and even diner-style booths.
Love this place. Such a great working and networking space! Love the extracurricular activities as well! Fast internet, standing desks, great offices and meeting rooms. Not to mention the location in Kakaako, so many great restaurants shops and... Breweries!
Was only there for a week, but really enjoyed the environment/people, comfortable chairs, speedy wifi, and air conditioning. Would certainly work from here again.
I just moved to Hawaii and needed a space with 24/7 access. The staff are very friendly, the building is wonderfully located near Whole Foods and Ala Moana, WiFi is always fast, plenty of seating and fairly priced.
Still under construction. but Lots of potential. Interested to see how it develops.
I have been a member of ImpactHub HNL since the first day they opened in the Kakaako space. My company has multiple private offices rented in the Hub. ImpactHub HNL is great for any serious local entrepreneur looking to work and get connected in the community.Negative reviews look like they are coming from folks we wouldnt want in a professional space intended for local entrepreneurs. I, for one, am happy that the management of the HUB terminates memberships for people who do not follow the community rules.
Excellent concept, staff is great, good location, parking is cheap and priced very well
Trendy meeting spot and shared workspace.
Excellent facility for people looking to work and make a difference.
I’m very disappointed to have had the experience I did at Impact Hub Honolulu. The first weeks I tried working from here were okay despite the constant construction, the noisy working conditions and the brutal lack of AC. (it’s HOT in hawaii, All of the time!)What really set Impact Hub apart from a respectable business was the was the way in which I was discriminated against and the major lack of respect I was treated with despite being an award winning entrepreneur (Best tech startup 2018, nominated entrepreneur of the year) and influencer bringing many clients here. The management is 100% unprofessional all of the time. Wearing inappropriate clothing, swearing loudly in conversations while I was in meetings, always eating at the front desk when my guests check in and just being downright rude.It was expressed to me by clients coming to meetings that the place looked like a “hostel”. I became embarrassed of working from here and bringing my high end clients to a place that was rundown & ran so unprofessionally. What’s worse is that On a number of occasions I was made uncomfortable by the male staff working here, while I was working later at night after they had clearly been enjoying beverages (on the job) from the community fridge. I no longer felt safe working in my own coworking space. Not at all appropriate or professional!!!I’m disappointed to say that this “Hub” is not representing Hawaii or our entrepreneurial community in a positive light. No Aloha, no professionalism and no ethics or respect for women what so ever.
ImpactHUB HNL is a fabulous co-working space. One of my favorite places in Kakaako. Conveniently located across the street from Whole Foods, taking a break from work to grab a bite to eat has never been easier. Check it out and see for yourself how well ImpactHUB HNL fits into the Kakaako scene as an eco-friendly, community-oriented workspace.
Nice co working space, huge! Right across whole foods so can go over and pick up a burrito and come back to work
Great atmosphere, a lot of Windows and sufficient facilities (electricity, wifi, kitchen, bathrooms with showers and lockers)
Best coworking space in Honolulu. Great people, location, and Aloha spirit!
The best coworking space on Oahu.
Used to be a gym so the acoustics are not pleasing. Lack of proper air conditioning so they use fans to move the air and it gets noisy.
Great working environment 👍
Great working environment
This place really knows how to do office sharing.
Go for the improv classes!
Beautiful space
First Impact Hub in Honolulu!
