He is the worst attorny on the island, don’t hire him if you have a good case. He took my money when signing the retaining contract, he breached his own contract before the case was over, never heard from him and he ignored my calls. Had to hire another attorney to finish my case.

Will lie to you and blame you for them. Doesnt care about your case just his bank account. Only honest thing Mitchell did was agree that the Hawaii court system is flawed to take your money.

I have been battling custody for my kids for over 10 years. First through a divorce, then after remarried for custody of my kids. the advice and strategy to win my kids was honesty and staying positive.
