SDR made the process very simple and efficient. They were quick to respond and quick to diagnose. When time matters just as much as quality, SDR proved their worth. Timur Granovskii was a big help. Secure data was able to retrieve the data on my old hard drive. I sent them the wrong replacement hard drive and when I spoke to Timur and he told that they store the info for at least 30 days in case something like that occurs. I sent them the new harddrive and they sent it to me again with no problems. All the info is on the new one and I havent and any issues. Thank you for everything!

NAS with encrypted RAID 5 volume had 2nd drive fail while rebuilding the 1st failed drive. Recovered 9.3 million files with only 25 reported corrupted sectors, which we have yet to identify so they are probably all in a few files of insignificance. Scott was patient with our timeline and communications and helped by customizing the final procedure to meet our needs.
