On January 30, I took my laptop in to geek squad to get it repaired. After they examined it, they said it couldnt be repaired, They gave me several options, one of which is they said they could recover all of my music and photos onto a flash drive. They claimed that the drives I gave them didnt have enough memory so I agreed to buying a 128gb flash drive,, with the understanding that they could store all of my files on it. I picked up my items on2/15/2021, and when I got home, I proceeded to install the 128gb flash drive into my home computer. I was really upset 😡 when I found out that absolutely nothing that I asked for was installed onto that new flash drive that they sold to me. I also checked the drives I provided to them, absolutely nothing downloaded to them either. Trying to call the store is absolutely pointless because either the recording puts you on an endless loop or if the phone does ring, nobody picks it up. I will be filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU because of their deceptive practices!

I have been trying to call for 2 days to find out the statis about a phone I ordered.. No one answers and then it says the store is not taking calls at this time BS if Ive ever heard! Now I have to drive there!

The Geek Squad is usually great. I have had one negative experience, but most of the Agents are very capable and able to explain what they are doing. I would rate my last experience 5 STARS.

Very unprofessional service, couldnt understand the technician, very bad English and service. Delete the geek squad, their the hackers and want money after they hack your computer. The rude tech asked for $250 dollars for repairs after they hacked my computer.....sick company!!

Received very horrible attitude from the manager and just felt like they just wanted us to leave and stop asking questions. Told me I should call a mainland number instead of answering my simple question. Did not thank me or apologize for the service and lack of help they could offer. Basically they just want your money and will waste your time. Despite paying 200$ for a warranty they charged me for parts that did not work and for someone to tell me the same thing for the past 3 days. Do not expect them to give you even a friendly attitude when you have a serious computer problem.

I was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get an agent to help and no one answered. I had to wait a month and a half before the first available appointment and they didn’t even have the right tools to work on my stereo deck. I had to reschedule for another month and a half and had the same problem. I feel bad because it’s only one man running the audio shop, but by far the worst service I’ve ever received.

Wow. Technology product company best buy doesnt have a proper google listing? Then I call the number, get put on hold, and told I need to enter a passcode number, and get disconnected?Glad I dont own best buy stock. Best buy? maybe. Worst service? So far, yes.

I used their walk-in service, they were very helpful, solved the problem quickly, showed me how to deal with it in the future and didnt even charge me for it all. Maybe it wasnt a big deal but they could have taken an advantage of someone not aware of the problem, they didnt, I appreciate it.

He was very informative, knowledgeable, polite and efficient.Would seek him out help me with any or all future purchases. I would rate my experience a 10 on a scale of 10.The service of this particular salesperson was excellent
