Don and his team at Super Geeks did a great job. My MAC was running extremely slow. He explained what they would do to bring it up to speed. In addition, they managed my expectation as to when I would get my computer back. Amazing service as I got my computer back sooner than expected and it now runs perfectly!

I dont usually run into computer problems because I take pretty good care of my stuff, and Im fairly tech-savvy. However, I ran into an issue earlier this week I couldnt figure out to save my life, rendering my computer unusable (not ideal for working from home). After checking out the glowing reviews for SuperGeeks, and the praise for Don in particular, I decided to bring my pc in the next day, opting for the quicker turnaround. Don figured out the issue pretty quickly, explained it really well, ran some extra tests to make sure the whole system was in tip-top shape, and was super communicative the whole way through.I really cant recommend SuperGeeks enough if you have any computer issues. Great prices, excellent service, and all around wonderful to deal with! Will be using them for any future problems, and recommending to everyone I know.

Ive been here a number of times and I cant say enough about how helpful they are (especially Don). They provide prompt and responsive service, know what they are doing, and have a good array of previously owned computers and tech. They worked with me and all the computer issues that I brought in. SuperGeeks-DON was my lifeline in keeping my awesome late 2009 iMac alive. I first went to APPLE and told me they cannot service computer thats over eight years old. Don at SuperGeeks knew right away the issue-graphic card failure. He ordered the parts and was able get my iMac running good as new. There are very few services like SuperGeeks and technician like DON, Im glad they are in Honolulu and will support them any way I can.

We were extremely impressed with everything Eddie from Super Geeks did to connect our new tv to Hawaiian Tel’s fiber optic system. He was thorough, patient, explained all the features, completely refigured our remote, and taught us how to use all the options. We will recommend him & Super Geeks to everyone, and use them whenever we have problems. Perhaps they could branch out to work on cell phones. I have previous one that I need to transfer the photos to my PC... Great job, Eddie!

These guys are amazing. I had a Mac that had been damaged by water and smoke and wanted to see if I could get my data extracted. We had originally taken it to another place located on beretania street near the main police station. Those guys charged us $170 to open it up and to check it out- not including the cost of data extraction which they said could run upwards of several hundreds of dollars. When I found out they charged my boyfriend that price, I immediately called them to not touch my computer and went to pick it up. When I went to Supergeeks Don opened up my computer - which took less than a minute - for no charger and I paid around $100 for my data extraction. I cannot believe the price difference and the amazing service I received at Supergeeks. I am very grateful to Supergeeks.

I cracked my computer screen, and looked for a place in Honolulu to repair it. Due to good reviews I chose to repair my screen at SuperGeeks. It was probably one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I turned in my computer in early February, and did not recieve it until mid May. When I came in to pick up my computer, the repaired screen was cracked at the exact same spot as the old screen. Atleast they were nice enough to give me a full refund. As I am a foreign student of UH, I chose to bring my computer home, and get it repaired there. My repairer guy told me SuperGeeks had done a horrendous job of fixing my screen, and offered me to fix both the screen and the casing for less the price of what I payed at SuperGeeks, and to a timeline of only two weeks. So if you are looking to repair your computer, you might want to do it somewhere else.
