We had a fantastic time riding all around Waikiki on the electric tandem bike. We rode all the way around diamond head and up to punch bowl on one charge. A great way to see the area as you can stop and start so easily.

Went today for a tour it was amazing, we went all over the south side of the island and ate lunch at the Kahala Hotel with dolphins, fish and sea turtles. His electric bikes are super easy to ride. Do this the 1st when you go to learn the Island and see the sights. Then if you come back the next day and rent a bike it’s way cheaper than a taxicab, if you rent it for 4 hours in the morning you can keep it all day for free.

Our group saw Diamond Head and Magic Island on these bikes. Its a nice way to add a little adventure to regular sightseeing. Customer service was awesome. Our bikes came with a cell phone holder, bottle holder, lock, small cargo pack, rear rack and helmet. They showed us some routes and off we went. It couldnt have been better!

The owner is great and very down to earth. Makes you feel comfortable and works with you if youre not sure on what youd like to do. Can 100% reccomend the tour! Also If you love dogs, youll also love this place!

This store has great energy starting with the owner. Michael Robles. He is eager to ensure you experience Hawaii with joy, adventure and curiosity. I was walking by his store on our last day of our trip. The store called my attention time and time again. I decided to go in and ask about prices. I had my 5 yr old with me and wanted to make sure riding on my own w her in an unknown city would be safe and enjoyable. Michael made it easy to decide to spend a whole day on the electric bike welcoming the ocean breeze and ease into our day. His tours are personal, exhilarating and so joyous for me and my daughter on that beautiful and unexpected Sunday. He made sure we felt safe and comfortable every step of the way knowing we had never been on electric bikes. He knows the paths so well and has these dope helmets where you are in communication w him the entire ride to ensure one doesnt get lost or frazzled. He is a talented guide and oh so entertaining. I felt I was riding bikes with a neighborhood friend that day. It was very enjoyable and sweet. I was only looking for an hour bike ride w my daughter but found a day of being young again w my daughter, guided by Michael and those super fun bikes that know to take you on a ride! I highly recommend Michael and his shop. He is passionate about his work and if youre open to it an unforgettable experience.

I was visiting Waikiki on a business trip and decided to get out an explore. I tried the curb rental bikes out but didn’t care much for the quality of the bike. The next morning I wanted to bike about 10 miles to Spitting Cave and see all the sights along the way.I googled “Electric bike rentals” and up came Pedego Electric Bikes Waikiki.It was an easy walk from my hotel to the shop. Warmly greeted by 2 staff members upon arriving. They offer both guided tours and private rentals. I was immediately upgraded to a nicer bike than I had intended. The staff was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable about their bikes.I’m a big guy, 6’4” 275lbs plus a backpack, and their pedal assist fat tire bike was dynamite all the way through my 5 hour 20 mile journey. I even used just the throttle a few times and cleared 22 mph easy.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a good time.I’ll definitely rent from them again, and I’d consider a guided tour.If you need any more convincing, I left my waterproof pouch in their bike bag, and they called to let me know they have it waiting.SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES, RENT HERE!

Great service! This is where I’ll get my e-bikes from now on.Being a road bike geek, I wanted to blow off the engine battery assist but after an hour of a great tour all over the local area, I’m sold! Throttle is a great way to zip around traffic safely and overcome obstacles. Really enhances a ride when you want to get a workout but enjoy the scenery along the way. No better way to enjoy Hawaii !!

This was such a fun experience to ride around the island with bikes that had an electric motor. And it gives you an custom experience of places you want to see. We took a night ride to see the sunset and a morning ride at diamond head to see the sunrise. And it was easy to get around because you could go with the flow of traffic. It was so exhilarating to ride around at a higher speed with very little effort. And the island is so beautiful! A great way to see the sights. You can rent by the hour or by the day. Mike is great and will get you set up with what ever you need. An awesome experience you won’t forget!

The owner of this place is such a great person, passionate bike lover, and smart businessman. We went on biking for an hour on our last day on Oahu, and we were taught patiently for how to ride an electrical bike, and in the end the owner didn’t even charge us anything and said it was a gift for our memory. My daughters and I were looking for bikes to rent so we can ride around Waikiki and found this shop on a google search. Me and both my daughters are sure glad we did. The shop owner, Mike, took us on a island tour that far exceeded anything we had in mind. We stoped at some of the islands most beautiful scenic spots, Mike took some amazing photos for us (he gave us the pictures, didn’t try to sell them to us). We made some priceless memories for sure. One of my daughters is 9 years old, she wouldn’t have been able to ride or keep up with this tour on her own, Mike had a really nice electric beach cruiser bike with a comfortable back seat so my 9 year old was able to just sit back and enjoy the ride. Mike also provided blue tooth connected helmets that allowed my 13 year old daughter and I to stay in communication with each other and Mike the entire time. The bikes were top notch, the scenery was top notch and the service was top notch. A true deserved 5 star rating ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️P.S. I also recommend the Diamond Head route with Dolphins and Sea Turtle watching as well as some delicious smoothies!!!THANK YOU MIKE!!!

This place is awesome! The bikes speak for themselves. If youre comfortable you can keep up with traffic in the streets or stay on sidewalks and trails. Michael took us out for a night ride to Diamond Head lookout and the Ala Wai canal trail. What an adrenaline rush. Its a great way to see Oahu and you can get around extremely quick. The bikes hold charge well and you can tell are exceptional quality. My girlfriend and I will be going out as much as we can. This place, the staff, and the bikes are awesome!

We road all over Waikiki and down to this cool resort which had dolphins, sea turtles and a nice secluded beach 🏝 Mike purchased the first round of drinks for the adults & the kiddos had smoothies. We laid out on the beach after a great club sandwich (I highly recommend) and then headed back to Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel. The entire tour took about 2.5 hours & we laid out on the beach for about an addition 1.5 hours. The owner of the shop was crazy cool really personable and down to earth. There were bikes for all of my friends and I, tandem.. you name it. Im a pretty big guy, and the bike i was able to ride still gave me such a fun time! Id definitely recommend this shop for anyone who wants to zip around literally ANYWHERE! 10/10 experience~ . In Hawaii visiting friends and family. I’ve been biking a lot this past year and thought how great it would be to rent a bike for getting around. After some internet digging I came across Pedego and decided to give the electrically assisted bike concept a try. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after a trial run around the block I was sold. You can pedal just like normal, have pedal assist or just give it power like a motorcycle with the throttle-really helps on hills or when you’ve been out sightseeing all day and need a boost to get back home. I was able to visit all of Waikiki then ventured further out to downtown and beyond. I even took a full day trip out to the east side of the island and never ran out of juice. I had a blast and felt like I stayed in shape, which was good because of all the great food I was eating while out and about. Even if you aren’t an avid biker, anyone can do this since I think the range on the bike is over 20 miles on throttle alone. Thanks to the Pedego staff for helping me have a great trip!

This was a GREAT experience! Customer service was excellent and Michael was awesome! He was friendly and patient with us and ready to answer all my ridiculous questions. The bikes were excellent quality, great price, and his shop is centrally located in Waikiki. When I go back to Honolulu, I am definitely going back to PEDEGO WAIKIKI!!!

My wife rented the e-bike for a week, to use on the roads and pathways on the northshore area. the bike was worn, but useable and the heavy, bulky lock was hard to use and the numbers were hard to turn. but since we werent staying close by, she made do. i wouldnt be writing this, except now they added an $89 extra charge on her credit card for a new lock! there was no mention of a problem when we turned the bike back in; the dirt on it wasnt excessive and she told them we had trouble with the lock. and we stored the bike indoors. this was not good customer service. they should credit the $89 back onto her card.

We took the 3 hour guided tour with Mike and we had an amazing experience! The electric bikes made it super easy to cover great distances and see a lot of incredible places. Mike is a great guide and we felt always safe and in good hands. A must do in Wikiki. Mahalo!

This shop is super cute! We got bikes even though we had a rental car because traffic and parking on the island can be ridiculous, I wish we had gone straight to Pedigo in the first place. This was a really fun way to get around. Michael, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating.

BEWARE! Website only lets you book at the overnight rate for premium e-bike rental even if you just want to rent for the day at the discounted daily price! Mentioned the error to the owner a few times and he just skirted around the subject and never offered to rectify the matter or refund me the difference! Feels like a scam! ALSO, traffic is horrendous! Think twice: if it is your first time on an e-bike, traffic makes you nervous or you have kids that you want to keep alive...its quite dangerous!!

We rented a tandem bike to tour the island. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bike was exactly what we needed to stay together on our ride. I highly recommend Pedego for excellent customer service and great bikes. (personal note - this was our 50th state to ride a tandem bike!)

I’ve just moved to Honolulu and the experience I had riding a pedego was amazing ! It made seeing the sights a whole different experience . Michael has really made this moment one I will always remember .

Let me start off by saying, Michael is AWESOME! I just recently moved to Waikiki, and I wanted an electric bike to use for my commute to work. As soon as I stepped into his shop, he offered to take me on a tour, to see if I really did want an electric bike. We rode around for HOURS, and he showed me several cool and beautiful spots in the area. Hell, he even bought me dinner! And, this was before I even committed to purchasing a bike from his shop! Needless to say, when we returned, he showed me Pedegos catalogue: he is VERY knowledgeable about all of Pedegos products. I ended up buying the Stretch, as I routinely need to haul around a few bags when I commute. I really like that there is no sales pressure here: if you decide that you want to look at and try their products, then make a decision on another day, they respect that. This shop is amazing, and Michael makes you feel like youre family! I appreciate you, brother!One thing to note, as this shop is in downtown Waikiki, it is in a pretty-crowded area. So, you may not find parking, in the immediate vicinity of this shop. If you live close, like I do, a walk couldnt hurt. Or, if youre a little further away, Id recommend using a taxi or rideshare service, to remove that stress about parking.

I found Pedego Waikiki on AirBnB as an option for Experiences and this 2-hour tour with lunch immediately resonated with me. It had my name written all over it, especially since they also accommodate any dietary restrictions for lunch. Im an avid cyclist for commuting, recreation and exercise back home, but this was my first electronic bike experience. Hands down this was the most enjoyable way to connect with the heart of the island, free of the constraints posed by vehicles (traffic hell/parking woes/gps confusion) mainly because Michael and his staff were sooo friendly, funny, helpful and attentive.After an explanation of how the bikes work, and a few test rides up and down the street, Michael and I were pedaling and zipping around on a fabulously fun, personalized tour of truly lovely Waikiki and beyond. The spirit and joy present on the island is genuinely reflected in Michaels love for the bikes, island culture and his respect for all people. Hes also well-liked by the other business owners, residents and guests in the area that I felt completely at ease, carefree and charmed in his presence as a solo traveler. Whether traveling, solo, as a couple or group, Im sure you will feel the same way too.I highly recommend that you take the opportunity to rent, tour or purchase with Pedego Waikiki. The rates, both hourly and full day, are very reasonable, but the customer service is priceless!

Guy charged my friend $180 for some scuffed dirt on the bike. Stick with a Biki you will be better off. No huge surprise costs. There are so many Ebike places around. Do yourself a favor and try one of the others.

Ok if you like tours horrible if you need your bike fixed charged me over 200.00 and didnt fix the problem had to go to another store on opposite side of island

I had a great time with the cheerful owner. Since Japanese is not completely compatible, 10% could not understand the conversation, but I managed to rent it!One of the cars I borrowed was in a condition where the air was gradually draining, so I was burned, but I was able to ride while straddling air at a gas station.It was a petite trouble that would be good for traveling, and it would be good news for you later.
