Henry is amazing! Great knowledge and very straightforward! I love how he keeps it real and is respectful. Got a scooter here with my boyfriend, they only have one kind the AEB-e-Go S-350 but got it for a great price and it was one sale (original price is $850 and it was one sale for $699), it has all the things I was looking for. There are lights in the front, rear and sides (sides have 3 colors, green blue and red) The scooter has an electric bell and blinkers. The scooter has a LCD speedometer, the front has shocks and both wheels are air. The range is about 15-20 depending on your weight. Weight capacity is reccomended under 200lbs and the max speed is about 23mph. The scooter has a great feature of an alarm system, has 2 keys for the alarm!! You can find all the information online which I did before coming in. I was able to have my boyfriend test drive it. Its great to support a local business! Highly recommend this place!😊

I have been on the market for an affordable ebike (if there ever was such a thing haha). Aloha E-bikes was my final stop! I found an affordable foldable ebike that fit my needs. The owners were so helpful and great to work with. I definitely recommend paying them a visit if youre on the market for any type of ebike.

Henry stands behind his Ebikes 100%. I bought a Yamaha Wabash gravel bike from him and it is well built and a joy to ride. My return ride home each day includes a mile of 12% uphill....not a problem!! Excellent customer service, too!!

Henry and Ann were so good to me at Aloha E-Bikes. They gave me so much information and helped me choose the right ebike for what I needed, which was commuting to and from work. Roy installed a few extra things on my bike and I was ready to get going in about a half hour from the time I came back for the purchase. They assisted in registering my ebike as well, and gave me information about keeping the bike in good condition for as long as possible. The batteries last 2-3 years and Henry can replace them, along with any other services the ebike may need. Thank you so much; highly recommended.

Couldnt be more happy with my updated Ebike. Ive had this mountain bike for a few years and wasnt using it much since I moved to the city. If you want a bike transformation with professional detail, Aloha E-Bikes is the place to go. Henry is the owner and extremely knowledgeable about everything Ebikes. Was at ahi&vegetable and realized I had a flat tire in the mid afternoon.rolled over to here on foot with bike in tow and was first told they had no time for a flat repair, despite not having any customers in the store and no other bikes being worked on. It was my only way to get home and Id forgotten to bring my spare tube and levers.Then I was told they did have time, but that it would cost me $40.$40, to fix a flat, on a bicycle.Ive never spent more than $30 to fix a flat on my CAR!I had to get home, so I bought just the tube and levers ($15 for just the tube from them... $8/tube everywhere else in the world) and did it myself outside their store. at least they let me borrow their pump and didnt charge for that too.Ill never go back unless emergency repairs again force me too. Ill continue to patronize aiea bike shop instead.

My wife, Lorraine, and I live on Molokai which has some of the highest gas prices in the country. At one point, regular gas was selling for $5.67 per gallon. Yikes!I called Aloha E-bike in Honolulu and spoke with Henry and ordered a MLYB electric scooter sight unseen. I trusted that Henry would do right by me and he most certainly did. Henry packaged the scooter, shipped it over on Young Brothers and it arrived in perfect condition. I have never received better customer service from any business and we could not be happier.The solar panels on our roof allow us to charge the scooter and drive it unlimited miles for free. I went there to check out some e bike terrible cusromer service. I ask him if he had and super 73 or something similar. He pointed out a Chinese fold up bike this is better then a super 73 ask him the top speed and he said 20. Which is not what Im looking for. There a lot of American made ebike that goes 35+ up hills for the same cost or slightly more. I told him Im looking for something that goes 35-60 and if he could order one for me. He told me Im at the wrong stop and go buy a motorcycle instead. That was so rude.If u guys want better service hit up bike factory and other ebike shop. They got waaaaay more options and are willing to answer questions. These guys dnt want loyal customer they just want your money.

Im grateful today for another angel that I met on the island his name is Henry he has an awesome bicycle shop real convenient parking next to Chuck-E-Cheese you can tell immediately that he has a passion for bicycles he has an awesome inventory of electric box family business I would highly recommend shopping with him yes it is easy to go to Costco you might save a few dollars will Costco be there to help you when you need your tire pumped up or have questions about your bicycle where you ever get to shake the owners hands of Costco something to think about you dont realize how local is so important like anything you dont miss it till its gone

Came on Saturday google said they close at 6 arrived at 5:45 they were already closed. Called the number some guy answered and I asked him if I could purchase 2 chargers for my electric scooter and he said oh no Monday. Disappointed. Would think that they would want the business since the covid is affecting business. I guess not his. Oh well will try bike factory on monday.

This bike shop is AWESOME! Henry is super helpful when it comes to fixing my different bikes (& trikes) over the past few years. He doesnt hesitate to show me why something is broken or how I could adjust a part myself. Even though my bike isnt a standard model, Henry has been able to find creative solutions to fix it. I explained what I was looking for and he found me the perfect bike! He also took the time to explain the other types of bikes available so I knew I was getting what I wanted and needed. This bike can accommodate my husband (who is 61) and myself (52). He also provides servicing as well. His store is also easy to find. Aloha E-Bikes No Ka Oi!

The Chinese guy is very friendly and let us try to use bikes, but the Chinese lady who might be his wife is very rude and she didn’t even let us in the shop and she looks stupid. I never ever wanted to buy bikes from here. No recommend. Go to ebikes Hawaii in Kaimuki.

Great rentals and service.My wife and I rented 2 bikes for a half day. We ran into scheduling problems. Henry was great about the adjustment and the bikes were ready.The bikes were like new. Henry had 2 different bikes ready, one my size and one for my wife. Again these bikes were excellent and we had no issues.After the ride Henry picked us up at the cruise ship we were on.Even though it took some time to get to the bike shop, I would rent from them again. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have had an electric moped for from Aloha E-Bikes for over a year now and I absolutely LOVE it!!!! It gets me everywhere I need to go, has lots of storage space and I dont ever have to buy gasoline! I love being out of the oil economy, and I love that its totally silent and produces no exhaust. Regular mopeds dont take much gas but they put off more emissions than some cars. These bikes are emission free! So cool. The other great thing about Aloha E-bikes is Henry the owner. He is so nice and friendly and is always there to help if anything needs a little bit of extra attention. Highly recommended!

We received excellent customer service! Our bikes were delivered to our hotel early. We learned how each bike operated. We had bike helmets, baskets and locks for both bikes. We were given a few maps and suggestions where we could ride and what we could see. We rode nearly 18 miles in three hours and saw some beautiful scenery! It is really easy to get around Honolulu on an e-bike. At the end of our ride we called and were met at our hotel where the bikes were picked up. The prices were very reasonable! Best of all we had a BLAST!

I bought my first ebike here not too long ago and I havent regretted it since. Ive had bikes before and rode them pretty far during exercise sessions but Ive gone a lot farther with the ebike. The electric motor helps on the ridiculously steep hills and can be turned off on the flats when you dont need it. The ebikes are on the expensive side but I can attest that the price is worth it. They are well built and outfitted with extras. I got the fat tire ebike which is very agile and good for sand, mud, etc. It is also great on paved surfaces. Theres a headlight built on but you just need to fit a rear taillight. Purchase a good bike lock and use a case hardened steel chain. DO NOT USE THIN CABLE LOCK. 20mm is probably the thickness where you want to start for bike locks. Get a horn or bell too. Helmet and reflective vest wont hurt too. Henry the owner is the best guy and very helpful. He helped me with my brakes when the pads started rubbing on the disc without pressing the brakes. He has all of the bike accessories that you need for your ebike. He puts the bike together and fixes it too. The ebikes come with warranties- mine has a 3 year warranty. Get your ebike from Henry and Aloha eBikes.

I shopped around for an electric bike. I wanted to buy one directly from a store, rather than the internet...thinking I would get better service. I tell you, that was the right thing to do. This company gives personalized service and makes sure you get the bike you need. They are fair in pricing. I was offered a test drive and did not feel pressured at all to purchase. I have already needed assistance post-purchase, and they were right there to help me out. STRONGLY recommend.

I and my 2 friends have been in Hawaii during our last weekend getaway from NYC. We have stopped at Aloha E-Bikes and rented their e-bikes for site-seeing in town at Honolulu, Waikiki, Diamond Head and all the way to Hanauma Bay. It was beautiful and the e-bikes were very smooth and could get us to some gorgeous beaches which regular car visitors could never discover.Thanks so much Aloha E-Bikes, and the manager even had offered us pick up and drop off right at our hotel in Waikiki. Strongly recommend to ride e-bikes. I am now thinking to have 1 in NYC.

I ordered an e bike on August 14. It was paid in full. It is now Sept 22. I have not received my bike but Henry has already received his profit, probably already spent it. who knows when Ill get it.He should have not applied the charge until I have received my bike, at least not all of the charge. I bought 3 ebikes from aloha ebikes, one for my daughter, my girl friend and myself. we love our bikes, I ride my bike all over kaneohe and kailua. I love climbing hills with the peddle assist it makes it easier. I am 72 years old and I feel like a kid again, its a great way to exercise. I have shopped around for a electric bike and Aloha Ebikes had the best deal in town. Henry is a very nice and knowledgeable about his product.
