They did a good job in the interior but expect to spend a lot of money if you have hard water spots and want them removed. They were very honest about pricing and expectations were met for my vehicle being shipped. My engine bay hasnt looked so clean in years.

Sergio is exteremly professional and friendly, he stayed on the phone with me after discussing ceramic coatings and helped me on a detailing plan for my car. He did not have to do that, but was geneunily interested in helping me. Not many biz like this anymore. I really appreciated that he did not pressure me to buy anything from him. He just wanted to help. If professionalism is what you are looking for then give Auto Concierge Hawaii is your place.

You pay for what you get. These guys are top notch. Yeah, a little more pricey but the customer service and the products is the best. Had some problems on my end that I did and right away got a response and schedule to get it fixed.

Got my 2016 Murano detailed on November 17, 2018. My car looked brand new when it was done. Better than the day I got it from the dealership. The whole process took about 4.5 hours. Super happy!

Did I get my moneys worth? YES and then some!Sergio spent all day on my Ghibli and the ceramic coating is fantastic. Wouldnt you know, after I get my personal lesson on continued care, I drive off and it starts to rain. I drive home in the rain, park in the garage, get out and get ready to wipe it down and, to my surprise, theres not a drop of rain, or water mark to be seen. This coating is truly like glass. I only wish I had found Sergio sooner!

I decided to have my Tesla Model 3 tinted here after many emails with the owner Sergio about possibly ceramic coating my car. I could tell he really cared about me compared to some of the more robotic and sometimes spammy/annoying interactions I had while getting quotes from other businesses. I havent decided on the ceramic coating yet but I did get my car tinted with Xpel XR.-Clear on the windshield-50% on all doors, moonroof, and the back glass in one big pieceIf you are on the fence about tinting your Model 3, I would highly recommend it. Having the extra heat protection on top of the factory installed tint makes a huge difference. I am able to run the AC several degrees warmer due to the added heat shielding from the tint (more range!) and I dont feel the suns stinging rays.Get your car tinted here. The cuts for the install are clean and straight.-The large pieces for the windshield and the giant piece for the rear were perfectly installed and cut to shape with nice indents around the defrosters for the rear glass.-The tint on the moonroof was done with the cuts invisible since it was tucked neatly under the headliner.-The frameless door glass has the tint all the way to the edges so you cant even tell its tinted.The job was completed before the promised time and the price is great for the service, tint material, and the quality of the completed job.___________________I had a consultation about ceramic coating before my tinting and would like to say that Sergio did not rush or pressure me at all. He was honest and told me both realistic benefits and a single downside about ceramic coating so I would know exactly what I would be paying for. I still havent decided on whether the coating is for me since I enjoy washing my car weekly, but its something I would love to have Sergio and his team complete if I ever stop being indecisive about this.

To call these guys detailers would be like calling Michelin Star Chef Gordon Ramsey a Cook. This is not just another wash and wax company. I have used many of what I thought were top detailers to service my cars and they pale in comparison to the results that Sergio has achieved. From the first time I dropped a car with Sergio (over two years ago now) I have never considered using any other company to care for my vehicles. I regularly used other detailers on monthly basis for years and while my car looked great the day I picked it up the freshly detailed shine would quickly fade. I consistently spent several hundred dollars a month having my car detailed chasing that new car shine, all the while oblivious to the latest techniques in paint correction and restoration, swirl and scratch removal, and automotive coatings that would give my car that better than new shine permanently!
