These folks cannot be trusted.My car was running just fine before it got towed to their yard for parking on Ala Wai Blvd during street sweeping hours...I go to pick it up from the tow yard, got a 1/2 mile down the road and my car starts making a crazy noise... I suspect they improperly or recklessly towed my vehicle. I had no issues with my vehicle prior to this.If you can avoid getting towed by them, you’re doing yourself a favor.If you do get towed by them, make sure you do a full look over on your vehicle before driving off their lot.I wouldn’t be surprised if I wasn’t the only one.They are lucky I’m leaving the island and don’t have more time on my hands to handle this.Pilau.

Worst tow company. Do not respect customers vehicle. Had Shoes Stain both my front seats. driver must have step on my leather seats to secure the truck. Damaged my leather steering wheel. When I went to pick up my truck. I discovered my tools box, money, personal are missing. Asked whats going on, the gentlemen told to call the police . They dont responsible with your belonging. Never use them.

Kunis assisted us with a customer whos vehicle was in an accident. They went above and beyond to make sure that both our company and customer were taken care of . The communication was clear and the gentleman we worked with was very helpful. Id like to thank Kunis for fantastic customer service and for their flexibility in working with us for the best result for our customer.

My motorcycle was towed yesterday due to an accident, stop by today to take a look at my bike and this is what I see, what an establishment just disappointed

My car was towed in Waikiki, and the sign was barely legible. They have no contact number listed anywhere, and had to go through HPD to locate my car. When I finally got there the guy gave me the address to the wrong lot, after spending $30+ on an Uber to get there. I had to practically beg the guy to give me a ride to the other lot. They charged me $160, and my car had been gone for maybe 2 hours.

I mean, how can you be happy with having your car towed? However, I will say when I finally arrived after calling the night before and they told me to wait until the morning. My car was right there parked in front of the shop ready to go as soon as I forked over the hundreds of dollars I owed them. They were just doing their job, but the city doesnt have any signs stating there is no parking during those two hours two times during the day, which is just ridiculous. It should just simply be no parking and make it simple! If I felt like fighting this ticket in court, I know I would have a strong case. Anyway, this place took care of my car! They even have an ATM machine there, so no need to worry about finding one before you get there.

After being told that my car is in another lot and waiting a hour on my lunch break, was told that it was actually in the lot I was at but it was buried so it would take another hour to dig it out. Now late for work, I return after to be told that they forgot about it and I have to wait for them to still dig it out. The management needs to get their heads out of each other’s a$$es and do a better job

Yeah. They will not have the same problem with their children and the children and their families will not be allowed in this area of their homes and they will never change the name of their homes or to the army all weekend long before it comes out in their homes or homes or to be the only people in america who have been affected by this storm and they have been called out and the no fly zone has a very different situation than they were in the m in Afghanistan where the whole country is 7or 7or in Iraq is not going anywhere but 99it to the fullest have fun last night and you can its a bit more and less than you can its own to make sure the people who have a beautiful body are being taken away by a few 6percent or the animals that have easy access

After having called ahead, I stopped in to talk to the owners of Kunis about buying an old license plate to take home with me. (Im from Canada and collect plates from countries and states whenever I travel). The team there was super friendly and happy to offer me a license plate from the wrecks in the yard....free.Much thanks to them for their charity.

We shared a Birthday after I was hit by a car and he towed metal. I was so scared and confused. My car is wrecked and I may not even be able to afford to get it out. My life is upside down in the worst way. But I had one moment to smile. And for that I am thankful. Happy Thanksgiving Birthday to us! Sorry if I cant pay you...I literally have nothing left...there is my car...it was a terrible Birthday...

If I can give these guys zero stars I would they towed my car and there was no signs indicating that it was a towing spot when I finally found it a few hours later they charged me $175 for five minutes of work and illegal towing I will be suing and opening a claim on these guysAlso very rude service at the front counter these guys do not have any social or customer skills they were rude and is very unacceptable

Horrible customer service - very rude on the phone and in person. The address for Google maps should be updated to the new location.

They were helpful and were able to accommodate us until we were able to have a tow truck pick up our van.

STAY AWAY From this SHADY Business at all costs if you can! We reported our moped stolen 6months ago. On 2/4 we were excited to receive a letter stating our moped had been found. I left messages with no return call. 2/5 multiple attempts Brian the owner answered. Just before hanging up I asked if there would be any recovery fees to retrieve. (Of course he was not forthright) He told us $325 because it had been sitting there for 2 weeks. I gasped asking how this is possible. He was incredible rude while trying to explain all his ridiculous fees. Keep in mind we were notified only the day before of the recovery. (Odd in itself) 2/6 we went to his shady shop. After 2hrs of waiting (Police had to come to release) Brian then told us the charge was $975 cash only. Thats right! Considering brand new it was $800 we about blew a gasket but attempted to be calm and ask how did it increase to almost $1k overnight and for him to explain these absurd charges. Again he was very rude and said he had nothing to do with these prices and the state is who sets all the prices. I highly doubt this. This is a true example of extortion. I hope this business gets audited. BEWARE THE REAL THIEFS ARE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!

They sabotaged my car.

The people at the tow yard are rude and unhelpful. Ive had to deal with them twice because of car crashes. They have a contract with the city so they get that business no matter how you feel about their service.

On Jan 3 2020 I paid $262 include tax. towing distance 5,246ft on google map that is 0.99 mile.

Theyre located all the way on sand island, but at least you know theres only one way in and out of the area. Make sure you have your license and of course your keys with you. Towing fee is cash only.

Theyre always taking up one lane on Isenberg at almost all times of the day creating hazardous situations. Doesnt matter what time it is theres always the sound of horns going off and car banging around. How does anyone live near here!?

The office worker dont seem help. Their tow truck driver were more helpful.

If I could, I would give this establishment NEGATIVE 10 STARS! God forbid your vehicle gets towed by this company. Absolutely ZERO customer service, the Man in charge is so incredibly rude & plays dumb to make an already nightmarish situation as worse as possible. The overall moral of any tow yard is low, these guys have been notoriously shady for as long as I can remember. Normally any property in the vehicle, including stereo equipment, will be thoroughly rifled through if not completely removed/stolen. The abuse of power they have over any person with the unfortunate task of attempting to retrieve their vehicle is out of control. The other employees are quite aware of this ridiculous attitude & try to be helpful if & when the are not within earshot of their Boss. They also has multiple lots so your car may or may not be there & normally there is no one available at these other lots. Good luck if u ever have to deal with this company..

After my Moped was stolen, the real thieves are the owners of the shop. Making me pay over $200 to recover my STOLEN ITEM which was there less than half a day and then letting me know that it’s my fault in the first place for it getting stolen. Absolute terrible service with greedy scam artists running the show. Avoid them at all costs. Or you will literally lay.

If you had to get your car towed youre not going to be happy. They only accept cash and it reeks of cat piss, but the bathroom is pretty good given the circumstances

About 20 miles from where I was towed. Overpriced, they aggressively handle the cars with some machine. Total BS.

Called 7 times before they answered the phone. Cant leave a message and after calling I waited 1 hour. I was told it would only take 10 minutes.

Name should be changed to Ass Hole towing. Towed a car from my neighborhood when 3 cars were parked in front of their garage. The old man that answered was an ass hole.

Rude people. Charged $137.50 for a tow from Kalihi. They charge arbitrary fees and fines.

They will park your car on the street and charge you for storage. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
