While visiting my son at Hickham Air Force base found his 2011 Durango had a bad oil leak front crankshaft seal.Talked to Hector at Oscars Auto repair, dropped it off Monday 8/16. Picked it up 4 pm same day. Came in under what he quoted, he cleaned all the oil off that had leaked and topped off all the fluids. Great job Hector. Highly recommend this place for service. My husband and I live on Kauai. We were trying to decide whether or not to purchase a used car from a dealership in Honolulu. We needed someone to check it out for us and Bryan came highly recommended. We asked him to check it out and he was kind enough to accommodate us on very short notice. He was very professional, polite, thorough and, in the end, saved us from purchasing a vehicle with a massive oil leak that would have been VERY costly to repair. Seriously! If I could give Bryan more than 5 stars, I would. I really appreciate his honesty and candor and will absolutely send any business I possibly can to him in the future.

The service has always been really good at Oscars. Ive had the clutch replaced on my truck there once I dropped it off in the morning and it was completed the same day. Thats good considering that have to remove the transmission to get to it.

I just left there they were nothing but helpful dirt cheap and they did an awesome job

Don’t come to this place while they’re on lunch, which is around 1pm. They’ll turn you away. Went in for safety check, all 10+ workers eating and no one acknowledged. I asked about a safety check and they told me to come back. This is my second trip to them this week. I asked if it was going to be the same the following day. “We don’t know. We don’t know when we will be hungry again,” was the response I got. Very unprofessional. Apparently not 1 of them could do what I needed until lunch was done. And there were no other customers waiting. Such a shame too. Been a loyal customer for all my car needs for the last 6 years with my car.
