Jon provides fast excellent service, my car was down hard for 3 weeks and Jon had it up and running in one day. Had to replace starter, A/C Compressor and a 250 AMP Fuse which had blown and prevented the car from starting. Then I thought the A/C was broke, but I forgot to hit the button to engage it. I highly recommend Jon for you car care needs. Fast, Reliable, and Honest. I will recommend Jon to all my friends and won’t use any other mechanic on Oahu.

Jon Sanchez is a mechanic that communicates well and takes care of his customers. He is knowledgeable, punctual, and priced well. I got into a bind after business hours and was able to schedule an appointment with him the next day.He arrived early, diagnosed my ignition issue, and my car was running within the hour. I am extremely grateful for the service I received. He has earned my recommendation to my friends and family.

Jon came to our location and diagnosed the various problems with the car. He suggested cautious steps to locate the problems that still needed to be fixed. He provided a detailed quote with a statement of warranty on the parts he used and the labor to install them. Jon seemly had the latest equipment to test the cars computer and the electrical system. There were multiple problems which he recognized and illustrated definitely what the problem was before moving on to the next stage of repair.I had checked on Sanchez Mobile Car Care with BBB and DCCA before contacting him. He was in good standing at both places. Jon is patient plus his respectful good sense of humor brightened the dark days of mechanical woes.I give Sanchez Mobile Car Care a five (5). I have already recommended him to others and will definitely rely on him in the future.

Jon is very prompt on response and showing up for the appointment. He helped do a diagnosis on my electrical system that had me stumped. John’s service was beyond exceptional. I called and he said he would be right over when he finished the job that he was at. He came quicker than I expected and within an hour our truck was fixed. He has a great spirit and attitude. It’s his knowledge and professionalism that makes him a great mechanic though. His prices are also extremely reasonable. We will definitely call him again. As I was headed to a party late one night, all of the lights on my dash lit up. I pulled off Stillman Ln and it died completely. The next morning I called serval automotive places. Either they couldn’t get me in right away or seemed like a rip off. I called Sanchez. I read the reviews and reached out. Not only did he respond in a timely manner, he squeezed me in at the end of his day to do a diagnostic. Since he had other appointments, he kept in touch throughout they day to give time updates to when he could come to my home (kaimuki) The diagnosis was my Alternator. We discussed price, parts, labor and any other questions that popped in my head. By the end of the day I received a quote. I appreciated the offer to purchase warranty service, but my wallet wasn’t hearing it! Lol. If I had the cash I would have. I purchased my own parts and sign the warranty waiver. He quoted me a good price for labor and time frame and both were honored. He’s easy going, professional, and honest. Hands down the best experience I’ve had since I’ve been on island. Definitely using his services from here on out!!

Had a tow truck come out as seriously thought I would have to be towed somewhere. I was stressed out about being late to work.Tow driver was very nice and professional. He tapped on something and asked me to try starting car. Sure enough it ended up being my starter not battery. He said call the a Mobile mechanic. So I did.Jon was extremely fast at his response to my call. I went to pick up my new starter and with an hour and a half he was at my house.Cant thank him enough for his great work, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor!

Aloha! I highly recommend John at Sanchez Mobile Car Care. Well, the alternator on our 2007 Toyota Highlander gave out yesterday so we came across Sanchez Mobile Car Care. The great reviews were on point and we were very satisfied with the level of professionalism and quality of work performed within the duration of time stated. Not only did John fit us in between appointments, he is also a great listener and answered all of our questions and gave us some great recommendations on our repair options. We would definitely be contacting John at Sanchez Mobile Car Care in the future with our car care needs. John has gained our trust.

John just replaced the battery on my wifes car and has done other work on her car. Being mobile makes everything very convenient. You dont have to worry about dropping your car off or picking it up. He is very knowledgeable and will refer you to another qualified mechanic if there is work that needs to be done that he doesnt specialize in. On top of that he is a really nice & friendly guy and above all he is honest. I would highly recommend him!

Coming back from Christmas break our car was broken down and not starting AT ALL. He was able to come out within the hour and diagnose our car then leave while we got the part and come back same day. Not only was he beyond friendly but went out of his way to give us advice on where to go to get the parts. As females who are not particularly mechanically inclined we appreciated his respect and patience when explaining everything. Highly recommend!

John is a lifesaver. Prior to calling him, I had spent a lot of money with towing to shops for two recent repairs. Never did I know that their was such thing as mobile mechanic. Found John by his website, called him and he responded immediately. Following day my car was repaired and ready to go. Oh, the job was done following day because I called him at 5pm the day before. Quick response and quick but very careful work. I didnt ask him to do extra work, but he checked my electrical systems and my fluids. He is my go to person from now on. 12/26/2020 I can not thank John Sachez and his team enough for the Aloha spirit. such a blessing. I can not thank you guys enough our Ohana is super grateful. With all the stress and the Holiday season right around the corner. Took the stress away, We just have to install an alternator but when we installed it, the belt came lose, we didnt have the tools or the financial to purchase the tools, we called all around town, asked family and friends you named it. Thank God for John Sachez and his team, it was last minute and they came through. I can not thank them so much we are super grateful. I would highly recommend this service if you are ever in need.
