I had a wonderful experience with Lauren. She took time to make sure everything was sorted correctly and at the best price. She took time to walk me through each step and make sure I understood what coverage I was getting.

We had a problem with the Mortgagee on the Insurance Dec page. I called Lauren in the morning and explained my problem. She took over from there. She Called the bank and was able to get the correct verbiage within a few hours. I have never seen any Insurance agent respond so quickly. Plus going the extra mile by calling the bank direct. I was going through a refi on my house and had an issue with the Bank and the Insurance as to how the verbiage was set up wrong. I call Lauren. She called my Broker Dan Emerson. Dan explained what was wrong. Lauren called the Bank, got a hold the the person that Dan couldnt get a hold of and explain what was happening. I watch from the sideline as the emails bounced back and forth with Lauren and Dan. I was floored to watch this emailing going back and forth with the progress happening in real time. By 2pm, it was all taken care of, Fixed.Ive never had this kind of Service and was taken aback by how Lauren handled it immediately. Erick Ellgren and his team at the Ellgren Agency are always super responsive to any inquiry and proactive when it comes to claims. Like many policy holders, we occasionally have a claim and ours have been handled professionally and promptly. Sadly we had some of our neighbors homes burned which caused some indirect damage to our home. Before we could even reach out, someone from the Ellgren Agency contacted us to check on us and our insured property. An adjustor was out to our home within days and a check received within a few weeks. I cant compliment them enough and gladly refer them whenever the opportunity arises.

Pretty darn good. Erick has been my agent for 19 years since I moved to Honolulu in 1999 for a teaching job at the University. That record is better than the recent turnover turmoil in the White House. Having Erick around in the background is one of the few existing stability factors in my life ... other than having this house for the same amount of time. Im on my second car so there was a switch there that would not have happened save for the fact that cars dont live forever (miss that red Acura Legend!). Yeah, Erick is also still in his same office, again more stability for me since my own office at the same job changed 5 times. Anyway, Erick is super smart, a little too smart :), and he has been taking care of my insurance needs in a timely and efficient manner.
