If you ever get into an accident you’ll never speak with the agent. It’s always her assistants and they want you to call the other driver, deal with the other insurance. It’s almost like what are they there for.

I would give this app 4 stars if it works properly so that I can pay on time. I tried using the app several times, several days until it would finally allow me to send payment, already late.
