I not familiar with my agency there was an abrupt take over of my account. I didn’t get any introduction or anything I’m sure I got an email or two but a personal phone call would’ve been better especially since they are virtually “handed” my account and money. So I couldn’t really tell you. Sad to see personalized service become a thing of the past!

Absolutely horrible service! We were assigned this agent when our wonderful agent of 45 years retired. Did not even return an email after over one month. So cavalier, and does not know the meaning of superior client service. He cares less. We have found another agent. Bradley assumed he bought the clientele when he bought the business. Client loyalty is earned, not bought.
