The day before my trip, I had last minute changes from my car rental. Within an hour trying to find other shuttles, King Airport Shuttle was able to book me and family. They were very prompt and easy to communicate with. I was surprised we had a shuttle for just our family of 6! They were easy to book with the for return shuttle to the airport. I would definitely book with them again!

Very quick reply to my email. Needed a van that could fit my motorized scooter in the back & they had one. Friendly and helpful driver made sure we got to the right place to meet him and to our hotel. And the price was so much better than anyone else. Highly recommended.

Worst service EVER! They were an hour late picking us up from the airport and we missed our second shuttle to the Luau. Lost out on $400 because we couldnt cancel and get a refund. They wouldnt even try to make it right and offer us transportation to the Luau... I will never use this company again.

I called King Airport Shuttle on a late night 2 days before my departure flight. I initially intended on getting an Uber or Lyft to the airport but decided to price out the night before to get a real estimate on what costs would be for 2 passengers with luggage at my desired time. OMG!!! The price for 2 people on an Uber or Lyft during that time would have cost us well over $120. After googling shuttle services in Honolulu, I tried to book with at least 3 other services that came up before King Airport Shuttle and was disappointed discovering no one had openings or availabilities. I called King Airport and was immediately greeted with enlightening news that they still had openings available. Such a huge weight off of my shoulder and pocket book. I was instructed on how to pay for the service and immediately after paying, I was sent a confirmation with pick up time and receipt from payment. The day of pick-up, I received a text notification that the driver was on his way and then a courtesy call when the driver was near to head down to the lobby. We boarded the shuttle and were whisked away swiftly to the airport. When boarding, it was a fairly large shuttle but we were the only two passengers on board. We arrived at the airport in a prompt and safe manner. If we are ever in Honolulu again, I wont hesitate to book with King Airport Shuttle. Fast, efficient, and wont break the bank! Dont hesitate to book with these guys.

Arrived in Honolulu with twelve large totes, three large dog kennels and four people. We had no shuttle set up to take us into downtown.I called and explained the situation and within 20 minutes, we had King appear and help us out! Saved our bacon getting to the hotel with all of our stuff. Extremely friendly, hard working lifting our heavy totes into the van and will recommend to anyone and everyone I can.

Our driver in on 1-24-2020 took us to the Hilton Village. was funny, very talkative, gave suggestions about what to see and do. Im sorry I forgot his name. Very nice man. Driver on pick up back to airport 2-1-2020 8pm from village did not say a single word, not a word. Your service is wonderful would use and recommend to everyone. I am more inclined to give a big tip to any driver. Cab taxi, shuttle, car service of that are engaged.

We arranged for transportation from the Honolulu airport to our Waikiki hotel. The driver was prompt, the van was very clean and the rates were very reasonable. I really liked that they dont stop to pick up/drop off other people along the way. We liked the service so well that we had them take us back to the airport when it was time to leave. I very much recommend this service.

Fantastic experience. Called one day prior to book a airport pick up and the experience was seamless. Shuttle was waiting for us on time as planned. We also planned a return trip back to the airport for a 5am pickup and that was perfect also. Price was cheaper then an uber for 2 people. Definitely would recommend this company.

Our driver called as soon as our plane landed to let us know he was there. Finally got unloaded and our baggage and he was waiting. He was super nice and helpful with lots of fun facts and details to our hotel. Gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Cheapest rates I could find and blown away with customer service and experience.

Was very impressed with Manny our driver. He was ontime very friendly and knowledgeable.i was not so impressed with the owner. My backpack was left by mistake in the floor of the front seat and when we discovered it was missing we called Alex the owner and was told I would have to pay $30 to have it dropped off.When I told him we wouldnt be able to use his service any more while here he said good dont use my service. So we paid the money, I got my back pack but I will never use this company again.

I used this company following a recomendation on Trip Advisor. So, I booked my airport pick up on their website and then email. They communicated well, picked us up on time, nice friendly driver and price I was quoted was correct. The car was clean too.I was so impressed I booked them to return us to the airport at 6am. They were early and again nice car, only us and had a safe travel back to airport.Can’t receommned this company enough.

Fantastic service, we were an hour early in arrivar. They were monitoring our flihfl and aready waiting for us. The Lei were sweet and traditional . smelled sweet and absolutely perfect.

They didnt take us up and we had to get a fly.its the most terrible what can happen.Never again!!

We called the night before arrival, and we were able to book a huge van for four adults, two kids plus their carseats, two dogs in kennels, and 12 bags plus carry-ons. Our driver was extremely helpful and courteous. Picked us up at baggage claim, drove us to the animal quarantine, dropped two of us off at rental cars, and drove everyone else tp.our new home.Without a doubt would reccomend.

King shuttle were awesome arriving in Honolulu they were outside ready for us with our beautiful leis and we had an early flight with 330AM pick up they wer outside of our hotel waiting at 300AM. Arriving we were a party of 10 leaving we were a party of seven with 12 large luggages not including our carry ons mahalo Nui Loa King shuttle cant say enough you guys are just awesome they do also answer the number that they give you for contact ❤️❤️❤️👍👍👍🤙🏿🤙🏿🤙🏿
